[ Chronicle: A Watcher's Account ]

A figure, concealed by the dark, its presence only known by the shape of its glowing eyes—eyes that look like stars in the night sky—turns its head toward you: the audience.

"Welcome."

The voice is both comforting and disorienting. It sounds neither male nor female. Old nor young. It is all and yet it is nothing at the same time.

"Welcome," the figure repeats. "Although I know not how, you have stumbled upon a nexus point. A place located outside of time and space where beings like myself simply account for at all that occurs."

The longer the figure speaks, the more of its form is visible. Although it does not have a physical body, an outline of stars provides you with something to associate the voice with.

"We transcribe and record all that happens across the multiverse." The figure then extended its hand toward the immaterial shelves within the space around you. On each shelf you can count dozens of not tens of dozens of books, shimmering, beckoning you forward. "These are my stories. I observe all that transpires here, but I do not, cannot, will not interfere. For I am the Watcher."

Welcome to Chronicle. If any of you are touched by a lingering feeling of Deja Vu, perhaps you remember the variant predecessors of this book. Unlike the rest of my marvel series, this book won't actually have any stories—though that could eventually change as I've considered publishing a couple of short stories that don't have enough content to become full-fledged books—but it will possess all of the files and information of the original characters within my marvel series. Series plural as I've decided that I'm going to expand into a multiverse.

The set-up of this book is going to change a bit. Rather than categorizing the characters by their time era or organizations, I've decided to organize them by order of appearance. Each chapter is going to be named after a book and within said chapter the cast and their information can be found, that way you don't have to go searching.

At the end of each chapter I'll have a little segment for Q & A in case you had any questions specific to characters or perhaps a question concerning the plot of the book they're involved in.

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫| I do not own any of the canonical marvel cinematic universe. It respectively belongs its creators, such Stan Lee. However, the original characters and plot lines which have been created over an extended period of time do belong to me. Some characters have drawn inspiration from other sources such as books, films, and television shows, but they will have enough originality to divide them from the source material of inspiration.
