since it's conception, chatoyer was meant to be nothing more than a way to hide a mistake, while bringing thousands of new global fans to kpop- but what wasn't expected was the amount of viewers flooding the teasers of the show.

already approaching the popularity of the (disgraced) leader of survival shows "produce", thousands of fans waited in the cold on december 29, 2019 for the first fifteen trainees to be revealed for the show on the screens of the coex mall.

with bated breath they wait for the clock to strike 7:00 PM, when the first trainee is said to be shown.

still, the crowd brims with excitement, energy radiating off of them in waves. although the reveal is supposedly over, the crowd doesn't seem to want to disperse.

it was a good thing that they didn't.

the national representatives have a special message for the fans of chatoyer.

the screens are still dark, but two voices ring out over the gangnam square.

???? (NATIONAL REP.): Greetings Chatoyer fans! Did you miss us?

???? (NATIONAL REP.): I know i missed you!

???? (NATIONAL REP.): Gosh, there are so many of you! Let me count 1...2...3...

???? (NATIONAL REP.): Lets just go with a lot! Say- do think it's finally time for us to reveal ourselves to the audience?

???? (NATIONAL REP.): Hmmm... i would say so, after all, they can't really trust two nameless voices huh?

the screen lights up to reveal the two national representative!

the first national representative is
