3rd person POV

Y/N was on time like always and it made her feel weird standing outside the park because all she could see was couples holding hands and being lovey dovey with eachother.

Why is he late! And why did he select this place! Baji come quick it's weird standing here alone. She thought as she played with her fingers.

"Y/N sorry for being late" Baji said as he approached her. "And boys say that girls take a lot of time" Y/N taunted and rolled her eyes.

"You know how awkward it was standing alone here! Why did you even select this place?"

"Believe me it's cool. You know there's so many stalls and things to do." Baji said. "Ok, but if it isn't cool then I am not coming with you ever again"

"Fine, but what if I am right?"

"Then I'll hang out with you more often"

They entered the park and no one spoke anything , it was kinda awkward but it didn't bother Y/N , she would get distracted every second by the trees or the birds but for Baji it was totally different. He wanted to speak something , but he couldn't bring up the courage.

"Eh, Y/N?"

"Yes"

"About your work-"

"Cut it out already!! I got it done and seriously is this first thing you ask me?" Baji cheeks turned a bit pink due to embarrassment. Y/N placed her hands on his shoulders , "Listen let me take the lead. Cause you can only flirt on text not in real life" Y/N sighed.

"Seriously, you were completely different the last time we met"

"That's because , I wasn't alone with you. The boys were there too so it wasn't this awkward. And to be honest you are the first girl I am hanging out with, so it's new to me."

"I see, but it's not new for me! So..."

"Let's go and play some games at those stalls" Y/N said and dragged him with her.

"Oh young couple , you wanna join this game?" A person asked. Y/N was confused , she pointed her finger towards her asking the man of he was taking about her and Baji.

"Couple?" Y/N mumbled and looked at Baji. "Yes I am talking about you two" the man said.

"But we are not a couple right? What do we say? Should we refuse?" Y/N whispered.

"Sorry, we are not interested" Baji replied.

"But we are in short of some players"

"Come on, its interesting. Join us!!" "Yeah,if you don't join us then we won't be able to play the game" The other couples who seemed around the same age as them said.

They ended up joining. "This game has three rounds and in each round one of the four couples standing here will be eliminated and the winner will receive 11,000 yen ($100)"

"In the first game you are supposed to win the prize your partner wants , by throwing the this ring over that object." The man said and everyone looked at the things that were kept as a prize. "Y/N choose what you want , I will get it for you" Baji said. Y/N looked at others and saw them pointing at various objects.

If we are just supposed to get the item we want then why not pick an item that's closer and has a high chance that we will get it instead of something that's far away? Are these girls stupid? Y/N thought as she chuckled.

"Baji get me that chocolate bar" She said and pointed towards it. "Are you sure you want that?" He asked. Y/N went closed to his ear and whispered , "Look the other items are not worth 11,000 yen and they are far away too , so even if you try to get them you will fail and then we'll get eliminated. So it's better to aim for something that's closer to us"

"You are a genius!!"

"I know right!" She smirked.

"Have you guys selected what you want?" The man asked and all of them nodded.

"I want that huge teddy bear!"

"I'll go for that flower bouquet"

"I want that couple bracelet"

"I want that chocolate bar" Everyone looked at Y/N when she spoke. "Why do you want a chocolate when there are so many other things, young lady?" The man asked. "Because I want to eat it" Y/N replied with a smile as she stared in the man's eyes. The man chuckled knowing the fact that Y/N figured out the trick.

In the end the couple who were aiming for the huge teddy bear got eliminated.

Yeah, stupid indeed!

"The next game is..... Dare wheel!"

"Dare wheel?" Y/N questioned as she ate her chocolate. "I have a spinning wheel over here and you will need to do the dare on which the pointer lands." He explained.

Stupid game!

Y/N took a look at the dares which made her gasp. Are you serious?

"Baji look at the dares" She whispered and then they shared a look. "We can't do them"

"Why not?" Baji questioned with a smirk. Y/N's eyes widened as she stared at him. "One of those dares includes kiss"

"I know"

She was blank , she couldn't understand if he was just joking or was he serious. "You know I won't kiss you"

"It doesn't say where to kiss. I could just give a kiss on your hand and plus there are chances that we won't get that dare"

"OK THEN LET'S START!" The man said.

The first couple went to the wheel and did a spin. The pointer landed on a dare which they refused to do.

'Reveal one secret about eachother'

Y/N felt glad that the first couple got eliminated right in the beginning which meant that they didn't need to any dares. "Damn it! I wanted to do the dare" Baji mumbled. "Which dare?" Y/N asked but he didn't reply

I was ignored! Noted, next time I'll be the one ignoring T-T

"The next game is really simple. It isn't a couple game. All you need to do is hit this hammer on this platform and see the score. The couple with more points win!"

That's unfair!! What if someone is weak? This whole game session was trash. But who cares I am playing for the money.

Baji interlocked his fingers and did some stretching. "My time to shine has come" He said.

"Are you strong?" Y/N asked. "What do you think?" He asked back.

"No"

"Yes!"

The first couple hit the hammer and got a total of 10,000 points. 3000 were from the girl and 7000 from the boy.

"I'll go first" Y/N said as she stretched her hands. She picked up the hammer and used all her strength to hit it.

As soon as she hit, the machine started blinking and showed the score.

"Woah!! 5000! I am strong" She said happily. Now it was Baji's turn.

Please score 6000!!

In a blink of an eye , Baji hit the hammer and the machine again started blinking with different colours and showed the score.

I- WHAT!! 10,000?! Bitch, I am not talking back to him from now onwards and also I am not going to make him mad.

"Congrats you win!! Here's your 11,000 yen!"

They took the price money and walked away. "I am so happy" Y/N said. "What do you wanna do with that money?" Baji asked.

"First let's go out of this park! I don't wanna stay here for a second! Then we'll go to a restaurant and eat something"

"Sounds good"

They walked out of the park while talking about food. But their excitement and smile vanished when they saw Mikey walk past them outside the park. Mikey stopped and shifted his glance towards them.

"Baji? Y/N?"

"You guys are hanging out without me!!" He dramatically gasped. "Y/N you go out with everyone except me" He said with fake tears.

"It's not like that" Y/N said.

"Plus what were you guys doing in a couple park!!" Mikey asked.

Both Y/N and Baji sweat dropped. "We were hanging out! It was Baji's idea. Don't ask me but you know what we won 11,000 yen. So how about all three of us go and eat something?" She suggested as she showed him the money envelop.

"11,000 yen!? That's awesome."

The three of them then headed towards a really nice restaurant. "What do you wanna order Y/N?" Baji asked. Y/N was looking through the menu thinking about what to eat. "Hmm I'll go with sushi! I love them"

"One kid's meal, Sushi and Tempura Udon" Baji gave the ordered to the waiter. "And make sure the kid's meal has a flag"

"Kid's meal?" Y/N questioned. "It's for Mikey. And also he won't eat it unless it has a flag"

"That's cute"

Y/N returned home at 8pm and went to bed right after that because she was tired. She didn't even check her phone before going to bed but she should've done it.

The chapter is trash :) I know! But it's nice that I updated right?

Anyways I have my exams coming up so I won't be updating this book much because this book literally consumes all my brain cells (not that I have them in the first place).
