𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 [ 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗜 𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 ]

Levi's POV

i entered the meeting room with arms crossed on my chest. all seats were ocuppied except from the one beside mine. i disregarded my thoughts before sitting, my face still stern and serious.

"We're going to start another expedition outside the walls. Since Eren and Y/N succeeded on covering the holes, we'll now start trying to find hope outside."

everybody looked at me but i just scoffed.

the fact that i heard Y/N's name just gave me a hundred percent goosebumps. it's been two years since the incident happen, since Y/N died, since i last laugh or smile, since i last loved someone. the expedition after that, Eren sealed the holes tighter and more secured. and every then and now, we started slaughtering titans in and out the walls.

"Levi, are you listening?"

"Tch. Of course, Erwin."

"I'm asking you if that's fine with you—"

"Shut it, Eyebrows. You're the Commander here, not me. I don't care whether you want to launch the expedition or not."

Erwin just nodded his head at me before proceeding at giving more commands. i accidentally looked at Hanji and i saw her shook her head. it's not my problem that i became more grumpy after Y/N left me. it's my fault after all, letting her go and thinking that she could do everything but i'm wrong.

i felt my heart shattering again while thinking about these stuffs and its not helping me to move on. even though that Erwin placed Petra now as my new assistant and she keeps on bugging me, i still love Y/N. no matter what happens. it's been too long, i know. i miss her so bad. i want to kiss her, hug her, cuddle her, everything. this may sound cheesy but hell, i love her. i will do everything for her.

when Erwin is now done lecturing us, i stood up from my seat before walking outside, heading to my office when i felt someone grabbed me by my wrist.

"What is it, Four Eyes?"

"Levi, you're not you anymore."

i saw Hanji flinched as i pulled my wrist out of her grip. 

"I'm not me in the first place."

"Don't fool this! I'm serious, Levi! Ever since that Y/N left you, you just stuck yourself in your office, doing paperworks. You're just going out when we have training, when we have titan attacks! Levi, I want you to know that the world doesn't just revolve on Y/N—"

"Shut the fuck up, brat. Shut it. You know nothing."

i turned my back on her, trying to avoid any commotion. i dont want to raise my voice on Hanji and i'm not really in the mood so i don't want to mess with other people.

"Don't turn your back on me, Shorty! I'm still talking to you!"

i felt Hanji's kick on my back, falling on my all fours before i rolled on the ground as i avoided her punch on my glorious face.

"What the hell, Hanji?!"

"Give me back our old Levi, you punk! You're not the Levi I know!"

she punched me on the face, causing me to spit blood. damn this bitch! i dogded her attack as i give him a hard punch on the stomach causing her to stagger backwards. as much as i hated to hurt women, dammit Hanji started this! it means that shs's looking for a fight.

"Fuck it, Hanji! Stop playing with me!"

"I'm..."

she kicked me in the stomach, causing me to lay on my back.

"...not..."

she punched me in the face again, adding more bruises again.

"...playing..."

she strangled me as she hold both of my wrists beside my head, totally capturing me.

"...with you!"

"What the hell did you want me to do?!"

"I want the old you, Levi! Not this useless shit side of you! If Y/N is here, she will probably break up with you when she saw your state right now! You're useless, you stink! I hate you! Y/N is now probably asking herself why she loved someone like you! Please Levi, I don't want to hurt you but it seems like everybody is just letting you kill yourself slowly! Stand up, Shorty! Be a man! Be a man for Y/N!"

and then it hit me. i stopped wriggling from her grip as i started to process her words. she's right. she's goddamn right. tears started to stream down my cheeks as Hanji loosen her hold at me. she helped me stand up before muttering a simple sorry at me. i wiped my tears away as i patted her back.

"Yeah, sorry too."

"Let's go to the infirmary, it seems like I punched you like a mad man."

i just gave out a simple chuckle. "Nah, I can handle this. I'll just go take a rest in my office—"

i started to walk away from her but i still hear her loud, usual energetic voice.

"But promise me you're joining us for dinner."

i stopped in my tracks before looking back at her, giving her a genuine smile.

"I will."
