𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 [ 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗜 𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 ]

Levi's POV

i looked myself in the mirror as i put my favorite white cravat as well as my green Survey Corp. cloak. today is the expedition that is being talked about last meeting. and once again, we're going out without Y/N with us. as of now, i am handling Y/N's soldiers but since i couldn't handle Eren's noise, i always seek for Petra's help to handle them out.

i sneaked outside my office before going to the barracks to get my horse and to join the formation. as usual, i'm still on the front line. i can't help but to look at my left side and i can't still see Y/N positioned there. i'm still missing her. it didn't took a while before Erwin shouted that we only have thirty seconds before the gates will be opened. i readied my horse and myself before lounging towards the gate when it is finally lifted up.

cold breeze of air brushed through my face and i can't help but to remember the time when Y/N saved me from a titan. this is the exact scenery i remember, but now, Y/N is out from the picture. once we're out on the fields, a green smoke was shoot in the air.

we formed an attack position and we already saw two titans approaching us. i looked at Erwin and he nodded at me so i stood up on my horse as i use my gear to reach the titans necks. it didn't took me a minute to kill them so i jumped back on my horse as i go back to the formation. the other soldiers lounged at the incoming titans and it goes smoothly at first.

"Isn't it weird? Why are there too few titans around this area?" i heard Hanji commented. "What if its another titan attack and they're just waiting for us?"

i shook my head in disagreement. "Impossible."

"How does it become impossible, Levi? Have you forgotten how Y/N die—"

"Of course not, you bullshit."

i saw Hanji stiffened on my sudden change of aura before shrugging at off and then just focused on the road. we saw two more incoming titans and Erwin shot me immediately a look so i just nodded at him before standing up on my horse and i used my 3D Maneuver Gear to fly to near tree and to wait for a perfect time to attack. 

i examined the two incoming titans and i know that they are aberants so i wasted no time so i lounged at them but to be honest, i got a hard time reaching their necks because they can fucking do hardening. how come they can do that? but although they used that special titan skill, it is not that furnished so i immediately broke the glass as i took a deep cut on the back of their necks. i attacked early so they won't reach the formation anymore. 

i whistled at my horse and once it reached me, i came back on the front line. 

"Good job, Captain Levi."

i just nodded at Petra.

"And make sure to marry Petra. So in that case, you'll have kids so someone will take care of you when you get older."

goddammit. Y/N's words rang in my head as i involuntarily looked at Petra beside me and i caught her staring back at me so she immediately averted her gaze from me, blush painted on her cheeks. i shook my head.

i don't think i can fulfill your wish, Y/N. there's no way in heaven and hell that i'm going to marry someone else but you.

"Two...no, three tita—five...ten! Ten titans coming ahead!"

i brought myself back to reality when i heard Erwin's voice in the air. we, soldiers on the front line, readied our swords and gears for an attack when a very loud thud came from behind, followed by an earthly shake on the ground. we all turn our heads on the back when we saw a titan—a female titan with h/c hair falling up to its shoulder running ahead of us.

we were shocked at first especially when it started to fight the titans before us. Erwin immediately called for back-up and other soldiers helped the female titan at killing the titans. i saw with my pair of eyes how she bite the titans neck, how she kicked every titan who tried to grab her hair. 

i was to surprised to move. we stopped in our tracks first before we watched how she defeated the titans. 

"What the hell is that?"

"It feels like Eren's titan 2.0 but a female version."

i stayed silent, processing everything that happened as the female titan fall on her knees then on her stomach. we saw how smoke emerged from its neck then a human figure emerged from it, veins covering on her arms. that same h/c hair, the same (skin/color), everything. when the smoke totally subsided, i climbed out of my horse as i run the hell out of our distance.

i'm not wrong. this is totally her.

"Fuck! Fuck it!"

tears started to stream down my face as i laid my eyes again on her. i am not fucking wrong. her eyes are still closed and any minute from now, i know that she's going to fall on the ground so i ran faster as i climbed up her titan, finally, our skin brushing against each other. my tears don't stop from falling and my heart is still beating fast like a fucking bullshit maniac. i immediately gave her a tight hug, disregarding the position that we're in right now. 

i don't care and no one will fucking care about the two of us. all i know is that, it's just me and her. no more, no less.

i saw how she opened her eyes weakly as her shaking hands touched my face with her cold hands as she wiped my tears again, just like that day we kissed. just like that very day she told me she loves me.

"L-Levi...I missed you."

my heart ached harder when tears started to fall from her face.

"D-Don't cry. I-I'm here...again."

i closed my eyes as i cried harder then hugging her tighter. i missed her so much. so fucking much. i will trade everything i have just to see her again, just to be with her again and thank God, she's here with me again. this. is. fucking. real right now. 

i opened my eyes as she smiled at me, giving me a cute, gummy smile which i love so much. i put our foreheads together as i stare at her e/c orbs. finally, i got the chance to say this to her. this will be the first time and i thank God and all of us who brought back my girl back and giving me another chance for this.

"Y/N—"

"Shhh, Levi. I already kno—"

"I don't care. I still wanted you to hear this."

she then nodded as she closed her eyes, waiting for the next words that are going out of my mouth. i then realized that i have no regrets of loving her and i hope that she feels the way towards me like that too.

"I love you, Y/N. I love you so much."

then atleast, she finally heard me saying those words to her. next thing i knew, her lips are now brushing against mine. i took the opportunity to slip my hands to her waist, pulling her close. i know that she is somehow tired after her transformation but she still managed to stand at this long, passionate kiss we're sharing. i bit her lower lip as she opened her mouth, making my tongue enter as we both fought for dominance.

no, this isn't lust. this is love. and there's no way i'll let her slip away from me again. not now, not ever. we parted for air as she caressed my hair.

"You didn't marry Petra, right?"

i poked her forehead slightly before she chuckled.

"Of course not, and I won't."

"Loyal, little clean freak."

i laughed at her remark before enveloping her again for an embrace. 

"Levi?"

"Hmmm?"

"I love you."

God, i missed her voice. i missed her saying those words at me.

"I love you too. No matter what happen."
