TW — ABUSE, BLOOD, DEATH

HAPPY'S KNUCKLES TIGHTEN AROUND his handlebars as he drove as fast as he could down the darken highway. He was still at least an hour away from Lake Sierra, and with Juice texting him that the other rentals were a bust the Tacoma Killer was itching to get to the cabin.

All the thoughts of what he would do to Beau Harrington once he set his eyes on that bastard made Happy's body fill with a sense of joy. Oh, that man would suffer at his hands. Happy would make certain of it.

The thought of Carmen being hurt or worse filled Happy's mind as he pushed his bike to go faster. He quickly shook the dark thoughts from his head. Happy needed to keep his mind clear, he needed to get to Carmen quickly and safely. It would do no good to him or her if he wrecked his bike.

The tattooed man did know though once Carmen was back with him she would never be leaving his sight again. Happy Lowman would be putting a crow on her. Carmen Alves would be his old lady.

He just had to find her first.

A SHARP PAIN FILLED CANDY'S head as she opened her eyes with a hiss leaving her swollen lips.

She wasn't certain how much time had passed or what happened, all she remembered was stabbing Beau with a fork and then him grabbing her while she tried to escape and him smacking her a few times before she passed out.

"You're awake." Beau smirked as he walked towards Carmen, brushing her hair away from her bruised face. "You've been out for a few hours." He stated as though she had simply taken a nap.

"Yeah, getting smacked in the face will do that to people." Candy rolled her eyes as sarcasm dripped from her tone.

Her throat was dry and she could feel some sort of binding on her wrists along with her ankles. It made her want to laugh to be honest. Of course she got herself into this situation. It was a typical Candy move. If only her mother could see her now, living out some sort of cheesy lifetime movie.

"I'll ignore your sarcasm for now. I would be sassy too if I woke up all disoriented." Beau said softly as he ran a hand over Carmen's face.

Carmen turned her head from his touch. His touch made her skin crawl and she was no longer playing along. He was a disgusting human and the world would not miss men like Beau Harrington.

A sigh left Beau's lips as he forcefully grabbed her chin with his fingers. "I've been nice to you, Carmen. I've forgiven you for leaving me and fucking that lowlife, but I will not tolerate your disrespect. You've already made me hurt your pretty face. What more do you expect me to do?" He questioned as his tone grew cold and his fingers dug into her skin.

The room was completely silent as they stared at each other. Carmen's brown eyes full of anger and hatred as they stared into cold hazel ones.

"You're a fucking psycho." Candy stated as she spit in his face. "I'm never going to be with you. You fucking kidnapped me! Why would I want to be with you? You fucking stalked me! I don't know what kind of mommy issues you got but you're so fucked up." A smirk grew on Carmen's face as she watched Beau's face filled with rage.

His hand quickly connected with her nose before she had a moment to really enjoy the look of rage and disappointment on his face. Carmen could feel the blood quickly flowing from her nose. It was broken — again. That she was certain of.

"I know a girl that breaks noses better than you." Candy smirked as blood ran down her face.

Beau wiped the spit from his face and let go of her chin. He composed himself and ran a hand through his hair.

"I'm going to shower. I'll let you think about what you did and maybe when I get back your attitude will be changed."

Carmen watched as he exited the room. The brunette looked down at her wrists to see that it was rope that Beau had tied around them. She waited until she heard the shower turn on before she began moving her wrists around, hoping to loosen them up.

"Fucking asshole has seen too many movies." Candy mumbled to herself as she grew frustrated.

Her wrist were quickly becoming sore and her fingers were growing numb, but she needed to get the fuck out of here. She was not going to die here and definitely not by his hands.

Candy's brown eyes searched the room, looking for anything that would help her, but it looked as though Beau had gone through the room earlier. The large room was practically bare except for a massive bed, end table, and the chair Carmen's body was currently tied to.

Carmen felt utterly helpless. What was she suppose to do now? Try and play nice again and hope it worked? Hope Beau would believe her again?

"Fuck that." She shook her head as she began rocking the chair back and forth, hoping the old thing would break. If Beau heard her then oh well. Maybe it would give her enough time for the chair to break and make a weapon out of it. It was a big risk, but she was willing to take it.

"Come on." Candy whispered desperately as she moved the chair back and forth. Her wrists were beginning to bleed slightly from the friction, but that pain was nothing compared to everything else.

With a thud and a groan from Candy's lips she was sudden on her back as the old chair collapsed onto the floor. A smile took over her bruised and bloody face before she heard the bathroom door open, hearing Beau's quick footsteps heading towards her.

Quickly she tried untying her ankles. Her wrists were bound to the arms of the chair and if she could get her ankles untied then she could use the broken pieces of the arm chair as a weapon, but she needed to hurry.

"Well, aren't you clever." Beau smirked as he walked into the room with a towel wrapped around his waist. "I guess you've decided then." He shook his head in disappointment as he walked towards her.

Carmen quickly untied her one ankle and stood up. "Don't fucking touch me." She warned as she back away from him. "I will fucking kill you." She promised.

"Oh, Carmen." He shook his head. "I'd love to see you try." He grinned before lunging at her.

HAPPY PARKED HIS BIKE AT THE end of the long driveway. He didn't want to warn Beau of his arrival and make the man do anything worse than he already had.

He quickly grabbed his gun before running up the long driveway. His dark eyes noticed a big car park at the top of the driveway and lights were on inside. This had to be the right place.

Happy thought about waiting for Juice and the others to get there, but they were still thirty minutes away and the sudden shouts from inside made the decision for him.

Quickly and quietly he made his way inside, he could hear shouting and fighting coming from upstairs. Happy wanted to race up those stairs and put a bullet in Beau's skull, but he couldn't. He needed to be stealth. If he made one wrong move it could cost Candy her life.

Slowly walking up the stairs he could hear Carmen's voice arguing with Beau as they struggled with each other. Happy made his way down the hall towards the room, his dark eyes watched for a moment as Carmen hit Beau with a broken piece of a chair over and over again.

He felt a sense of pride as he watched her. She was bruised and bloody, obviously in pain but she was surviving.

"Carmen." Happy's raspy voice called out as he kept his gun on Beau's bleeding body.

The sound of her name made Carmen looked up, though she kept the piece of chair held high above her head in case Beau tried something.

"Happy?" Her voice cracked as she stared at the tattooed biker. She had thought she would never see him again yet here he was.

"How sweet." Beau coughed as he looked at Happy. "The lowlife has come to rescue the whore." He laughed as blood spilled from his mouth.

"Carmen, come here." Happy ordered as his jaw tightened.

Carmen nodded but not before getting one last hit in. She quickly walked towards Happy and without a second thought threw her arms around him.

Happy pulled the bruised and bleeding girl closer to him and he placed a hand on the back of her head. He didn't want to let her go but he needed to look over her injuries.

"How bad are you hurt?" Happy's eyes darkened as he looked over her face. Her nose was broken, she had black eyes, a busted lips, and more. Oh, he was going to love killing this fucker.

"I'm okay, Happy." It was a lie. They both knew it, but Happy was here and that made things somewhat okay.

"Don't lie." He rasped as his jaw tightened.

"She's not that badly hurt. I just roughed her up a bit. She likes to talk back too much." Beau smirked from his place on the floor.

A growl left Happy's lips as he softly pushed Candy behind him and shot Beau in the leg.

"What the fuck?!" Beau yelled as blood poured from his leg.

"Don't worry that's nothing compared to what I'm going to do to you." Happy promised as he softly pulled Carmen from the room.

"Your brother is one his way. Once he's here I'm killing that fucker in the most painful way I can." Happy promised as he untied Candy's wrists.

Candy nodded as she stared at Happy.

"I thought I was never going to see you or Juan again." Candy said as tears filled her eyes.

She hadn't allowed herself to get too emotional while everything was happening, but now seeing Happy all of her emotions were spilling from her.

"I wasn't gonna let that happen, little girl." Happy promised as he pulled her into a tight embrace. "You're my old lady." He added as he softly stroked her dark hair.

AN
awkward ending, but yay for Candy getting out of there! I'm back from vacations so updates will be coming!
