MEGARA WAS GETTING Ready for the Halloween get together with Aurora. She splattered fake blood all over herself, kinda resembling Billy Loomis from Scream. Aurora was Betty Boop. Charlie came out of the room where a firefighter costume.

Megara giggled and walked over to him "Honey, you look hot."

Charlie leaned down, planting a gentle kiss to her forehead "I aim to please, princess."

Megara hugged him, leaning into him. Charlie hugged back, rubbing her back. Aurora frowned as she walked back to them.

"Andrew just broke up with me." Aurora told them, showing them the text.

Megara elbowed Charlie in the ribs before sighing "Babes, you deserve so much better. You are gonna go out tonight with me and Char, forget about that asshole and have a good time tonight, okay?"

Charlie nodded in agreement "Yeah, so much fun."

Aurora sniffed, hugging Megara with a soft smile "Thank you."

Megara hugged back, rubbing her back, soothingly "Of course, love."

When the two girls pulled away they followed Charlie to his car then got in.

MEGARA HELD ONTO Charlie as he talked to Nasir and his other high school friends. Charlie rubbed the small of Megara's back as he kept talking to them. Megara giggled as she listened to them talk. Charlie kissed Megara's cheek before leaving to get changed. Aurora sat next to Megara with a grin.

"You two are really cute together." Aurora told Megara with a grin.

Megara giggled, biting her lip "So, have you met Kev?"

Aurora shook her head, fiddling with her fingers "Is he nice?"

Megara nodded, sending her his Instagram "You'd like him, love."

As soon as Megara sent Aurora Kevin's Instagram she went down the rabbit hole. Charlie came back in a different costume. Megara giggled as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"You look cute." Megara complimented Charlie before pecking his lips.

Aurora fake gagged, looking between them "Y'all are cute."

Megara's smile brightened upon hearing her best friend's compliment. Charlie for once smiled at Aurora. Shocking, really. Aurora smiled in return before going back to texting Kevin.

"Best Halloween ever." Megara mumbled before pecking Charlie's lips.

Charlie chuckled, planting a kiss on her forehead "Love you, princess."

Megara rubbed her nose against his with a smile "Love you, too, babe."
