Kurumi shifted in the chair, her head laying on something soft, it felt like cotton of some sort. She opened her eyes, thinking she would see something but all she saw was blackness. "What the hell?" She mumbled, now sitting up straight in the chair "Oh! Shes finally awake!" She heard a male voice from the right speak, it sounded like he was surprised for some reason.

"Why can't I see?" Kurumi questioned, confused. "Well, you have a blindfold on your eyes." The man answered her, she could practically feel his wide smirk on his lips "ugh!" She groaned in annoyance. She moved her cuffed hands up to her eyes, finding the cloth around her eyes before pulling it off her face. Her eyes trailed through the area, it definitely wasn't a building of some sort "where the hell am I?" Her eyes met with a darker male, who looked angry "An helicopter." He answered her with a roll coming from his black eyes.

Her eyes landed on a familiar person- a white woman with two pigtails, none other than Harley Quinn. One of the most famous female villains in Gotham. "Harley Quinn!?" Harley waved her hand to the Japanese woman, a toothy grin on her face "Hi foxxy!"

Over a year ago, Kurumi worked with Harley and her boyfriend Joker to kill a man who stole their money, and a few laughing gas cans. Kurumi liked Harley, she was funny and very hyper, they soon became great friends before Kurumi wanted to go solo.

"You're here too, huh?" Kurumi crossed her legs, a smile forming on her pink lips "yuppie!" Harley tilted her head to the right, her pigtails swaying in response.

Kurumi looked to her right, seeing a man with brown hair, yellow eyes and wide cheekbones. The man looked over at her, his cheeks turning bright red before he introduced himself "Matthew Hagen, but you can call me whatever you want." he sent her a wink. The name sounded awfully familiar, but she doesn't know where she heard it from.

"What do you do?" The black male from the other side questioned, not taking Matthew seriously  "Don't you notice anything special about my face?" Matthew asked, causing Harley and Floyd, aka Deadshot, to lean closer to Matthews face "I'm seeing two eyes, two ears , one nose and one mouth." Floyd answered "Yep! A real looker! Not my type though." Harley smiled once again "hmm, he's definitely my type, but I don't know who you are."

Matthew let out a loud sigh "do you three not watch movies or what?" Great, he was a movie star. But Kurumi couldn't help but wonder, why was a movie star in an helicopter with villains?

"No way! You're a movie star? What about TV? I've watched every season of Games of Thrones!" Harley got excited that she was near an actor, a very unknown one. "ah! I seen you in something" Matthew's yellow eyes lit up, he shifted in his seat, his eyes meeting Kurumi's brown ones "You have! What movie?" Kurumi hummed as she thought of the movie she saw him in, then she remembered "The one where you played a lawyer" She answered him, his thin lips turned up in a tight smile "Killer Lawyer! Ah yes! My most popular role. Did you like my character?" He scooted closer to her, so close both of their thighs touched each other "I fell asleep 30 minutes in." His smile turned into a frown "oh, well at least you watched it!"

Kurumi noticed a man with a bag over his head, he looked tall and buff "Who is he?" Kurumi asked, getting everyone's attention "Did he have an accident while shaving?" Harley asked, wanting to know why the bag was over his face. "I never make mistakes. I'm wearing this because people seeing my face could interfere with my mission." He answered. He sounded smart, probably the smartest one on the team.

"Do you know the reason they hauled us out here?" Deadshot asked the man. "Yes, we're on a mission for peace, because I don't put in the work for anything else."

The door opened, a tan man walking into the room where everyone was sitting at "It's about time you woke up, dirtbags.  Glad to see you're all getting along."

"Ehem, over here!" Kurumi cleared her throat, getting the mans attention "how did you get off your blindfold?" He asked with his bushy eyebrow raised "Doesn't matter, but where are we doing here? Baghead said we're on a mission. I think you need our consent for that, correct?"

The tan man laughed loudly "I don't need shit from you guys. But, 'baghead' is right, You're going on a mission. A noble one. Now listen to the word of our Lord." A TV appeared out of no where, the screen flickering on and showing a black woman, the woman Kurumi saw before she got knocked out.

"The six of you will work together with my agent there, Adam, to conduct a mission. The reward for success is a reduced sentence. To put it simply, you mission is to establish and protect a series of bridgeheads that will serve as the framework for conducting research and resource acquisition in a certain region." Amanda finished explaining their mission, to Kurumi, it sounded like a lot to do.

Amanda started to speak again once Deadshot asked why they should work for her, the screen switched to a blue graph "Because you've all had bombs implanted in your necks and I can trigger them to explode anytime I wish."

Kurumi bit the inside of her cheek, angry that there was a small yet dangerous bomb inside her neck, maybe she would be able to cut it out once they get out of the helicopter? "Furthermore, they also work on a countdown unless it receives a radio signal sent from our end the bomb is set to explode every 72 hours. In other words, any attempts to escape or ignore the orders that I give to you will result in death."

"So we're just supposed to wag our tail and be good doggies now that we know our lives are in your hands?" a trail of sweat fell down on Floyd's cheek, his anger is clear. "I heard you have a daughter." Amanda brought up his child, causing Floyd to stand up from his seat "Sit down!" Adam held his gun towards Floyd's head "Amanda you bitch!" He cursed loudly, the vein in his forehead visible "Lay a single finger on my daughter and you're dead figgin' meat!"

"Follow the instructions Adam gives you and you'll be fine." The screen turned black, Amanda's face gone. "This is bullshit!" Kurumi yelled, her fist balled up in the cuffs "How could she do this to me, a movie star?" Matthew asked, his voice sounding like he was offended.  "Shut up, Matthew!" Deadshot yelled from the other seats, finding Matthew annoying.

"All of your gear is stored in the wooden crates in the back. Get changed and prepare for the mission" Adam walked to Harley, the keys between his fingers. He bent down onto the ground, putting the key inside the cuffs "By the way, she said there were six of us just now. Where's the last performer?" Matthew asked out of curiosity since there were only five people in the helicopter, Kurumi, Matthew, Harley, Floyd and baghead "what are you talking about? The fifth one-"

The helicopter started to shake violently and the red light flashed "What the hell?!" Kurumi yelled loudly. She started to move her hand in every directing, trying to uncuff her but it was useless, the cuffs were too tight. "Hey, let me loose!" Harley yelled at Adam, but he ignored her. Adam opened the door where it let to the helicopter drivers, after that the helicopter crashed onto the ground.

Kurumi slammed onto the side of Matthew, hitting her head against his shoulder. Once the helicopter stopped, Kurumi let out a sigh and took her head off Matthews shoulder "My head is pounding" Kurumi complained as the pain stung her brain.

Harley got up from the helicopter floor, walking over to the helicopter controller, only to see a tree going through Adam's head. She luckily unlocked her handcuffs and walked out of the helicopter, but fortunately Floyd saved her from falling to her death.

Everyone's handcuffs came off from that crash beside Kurumi's, she hit Matthews ankle with her foot "little help?" She held her hand up towards him, asking him to unlock the cuffs. He smirked widely with his cheekbones turning into a ball shape "Anything for a pretty lad like you" He grabbed her hands, his fingers pressing softly against her wrist as he unlocked her cuffs. She stared at him in awe "Thanks" She said when she got up from the chair, stretching her limbs "mhm" He hummed in response.

Matthew walked to the door, it being shut closed for some reason. His arm turned into liquid and he punched the door wide open, he's a meta-human, just like Kurumi. "Impressive." Kurumi commented before she followed him outside of the crashed helicopter  "where are we?" Kurumi asked, the atmosphere looked odd. There were dragons in the sky and floating grounds.

Over on the bridge In front of them, weird mutants were throwing people off, it looked like a war of some sort. They definitely weren't on earth, so where were they? What did Amanda do to them? How will they escape?
