Third(POV):
(AGES:Te'risha=35; Brian=38;Grandparents=59; Twins=Infants; Kiara=6; Trey=8; Jordan=10; Coby=8; Kadin-8)
The whole storm family was enjoying a picnic in the summer heat. Kiara's father, grandfather, and brothers went to go pick up the guests that Jordan and Trey invited.
While Kiara, Te'risha, Eliza, and the new born twins are setting up the picnic. With the twins being watched by Eliza Kiara helps out Te'risha with the food and mat.
Kiara, jealous of the fact her brothers want to spend time with other people then complained to her mother.

"Mommy!" Kiara exclaims with a pout.

"Yes Kira?" Answered back Te'risha as she set up the picnic for the family.

"My brothers don't like me any more!"

Te'risha puts down the last plates on the mat, and after checking her newborn twins she turns to her daughter.

"Now Ara why do you think that?"

"Thay wnt to ply wth dey frinds ad lft me her!"

Te'risha gives her daughter a pinch on her cheeks.

"Gurl I KNOW yo ass didn't just talk about being wich yo mama as a punishment! Because yo ass been pouting this whole trip be HAPPY you don't have a punishment!"

As tears start to fill Kiara's eyes Te'risha signs and puts her eldest daughter on her lap.

"Just because your brothers want to spend time with others doesn't mean they don't love you. Me, your father, brothers, grandparents, and even your baby sisters love you."

Distracted by the fact the twins might love her turns to her grandma.

"GG! Do da twns luv me?"

Eliza looks at her daughter who laughs in her direction. Rolling her eyes with a smile she turns to her granddaughter.

"Yes Kiara. Your baby sisters love you so much just like the rest of us. So you have to forgive your brothers too because they love you."

Kiara then pouts in anger remembering how angry she is with them.

"Y do I hav to forgve thm? Thy don't car bout me anymor!"

Eliza puts a binkie in the twins mouth and turns to Kiara.

"You have to forgive them. Remember one day you are going to have to take care of the twins and be the bigger sister. And at the same time you will want to discover and make your own choices. But does that mean you don't love the twins?"

Kiara playing with the twins thinks a little and shakes her head.

Eliza then nods.

"You see. You can't be selfish and try to put your own desires over others Kiara. One day you will learn when it's ok to put your desires above others and when it's not ok to do so. Do you understand now?"

Kiara nods just as her father's car pulls into the forest. Smiling, she runs to her father.

"DADDY!"

Brian picks up his daughter and spins her around.

"How my baby girl?!"

Kiara whines to her father.

"I'm not a bby no mor! The twins r the bbys now! Lok I don't evn hav my bby teth no more!"

Kiara gives her father a toothy smile as her grandfather rubs her head and chuckles.

"Alright little lotus don't you have anything to say to your brothers?"

Kiara looks at her older brothers who are nervously waiting behind their grandfather for her reaction. Staring down at her feet she whispers.

"I'm srry for beng mean and not bein nic. I was sulfish pwease forgiv me!"

Trey and Jordan both give her hugs and kisses.

"We love you Ara! Look who we brought!"

Kiara turns to see the Alpha Twins silently watching her with an unreadable expression. She's seen them before but they mainly play with her brothers and not with her. Blushing she waves at them.

"Hi I'm Kiara."

Kadin smiles at her slightly.

"I'm Kadin."

She then looks over to Coby who answers curtly.

"Coby."

Eliza then walks over and leads the group to the picnic table. After everyone fishes, the adults let the children go play. Afterwards they dropped the Alpha Twins back at the pack house and went home. Kiara asked her mother.

"Mom why r the Apha Twns weird?"

Te'risha helps her daughter put on her pajamas.

"They are not weird because they rarely speak darling."

"Then why don't dey smile a lot?"

Te'risha puts Kiara into bed and sighs.

"They were raised differently. Their mommy and daddy don't like them a lot and because of this they don't really have a strong relationship with their sister. And remember their grandpa?"

Kiara nods.

"He is a very, very bad man! Alpha is a mean man and Luna is mean too. So me and your daddy try to be the nice family the boys never had. So you have to be nice to them ok?"

Kiara nods again. After receiving a kiss from her mother and exchanging goodnights she goes to sleep.

2 YEARS LATER: (Kiara=8; Coby=10; Kadin=10; Jordan=12; Trey=8; Emmet=9)

Over the last 2 years the bond between the children solidified. Kiara and the Alpha Twins slowly became best friends much to her brothers happiness and dislike. She spends so much time with them that her brothers get jealous at times and have to be constantly reminded of how much she loves them. Currently there is a new gamma family moving into the pack and her parents, being the beta female and beta, have to invite this new family. All the children(besides the twins) are waiting outside in the backyard until her parents come home.

Kiara jumps on Coby's back.

"Roarrrr!"

Coby quickly pushes her to the ground.

"You can't scare me Kiara."

She then gets up and points at him.

"It's not fair! You have Faze! He doesn't even like me and you know that!"

Coby rolls his eyes and hugs her.

"Just because he pushed you a little too hard on the swing last year doesn't mean he hates you. He really likes you!"

Kiara shakes her head in defiance.

"No he doesn't! He hates me! You don't push someone off the swing if you like them!"

Just then Kadin, Trey, and Jordan come into the backyard with cookies, chips, and soda.

"Kiara I got cookies & cream, with hot fries and sprite!"

She then pushes Coby out the way and ignoring the looks her brother's wolves are giving her, gives Kadin a kiss on the cheek.

"You see only KING likes me! And guess what I LIKE HIM too so only HE is my FAVORITEE!"

Sticking her tongue out at Coby she then turns to her brothers. "Who are the extra chips, cookies, and soda for?"

Jordan shrugs.

"Grandpa and grandma say it's for the gamma's son he's coming over."

Coby and Kadin then turn them each other and yell.

"He!"

All of the children turn to the car that just pulled into the driveway. Out steps the kids parents, a chocolate skin lady with black hair and brown eyes, a Caucasian man with blond hair and blue eyes, and a boy with mixed skin, blue eyes and blond hair. Trey and Jordan run to their mother and Kiara to their father. As the parents introduce the children to the new family The Alpha Twins stare at the handsome little boy with jealousy and resentment.

Kadin nudges his brother.

"He's going to take our girl! And King's angry about it!"

Coby nods to his brother distracted by the anger in his and Fazes heart.

"Don't let that brat take our girl kid!"

Coby then turns to his brother.

"Do you think he looks better than us?"

"He's ok. I mean, he does have pretty hair, pretty skin, and pretty eyes. But whatever."

Kadin then starts to panic.

"Do you think she likes boys like him?! He does have blue eyes like her! Do you think she likes boys with blue eyes?! But we have green eyes! What do we do?! Get conta-"

Coby slaps his hand on Kadin's mouth.

"Bro! Shut the fuck up sometimes!"

"Ooo Coby said the F wordddd!"

The boys turn to see Kiara walking over with the blue eyed boy, her brothers, and the adults trailing behind her.

Brian scolds Coby.

"What have I told you about swearin 'round here boy!"

Coby then apologizes with his gaze fixed on the entwined hands of Kiara and the mystery boy. He can't lie because his brother's observation is correct. The boy is handsome.

"Trey and Jordan go bring the twins outside so they can play."

As the boys nod at their mother's words Brian turns to the children.

"Say hello to the new gamma female Era, gamma Cory and their son Emmet. He is 9 years old, so you kids be nice to him and teach him how things run around here."

Kiara smiles and nods to her father while dragging Emmet to their snacks.

"Here you go! GG and papi told us to save these for you!"

Emmet blushes and whispers.

"Thank you!"

As the parents leave the backyard satisfied with their interaction Trey and Jordan come back out bringing the twins who cooes at Kiara. As everyone eats their snacks Kiara brings Emmet near her sisters.

"Say Hi to Emmit girls!"

The girls both answer shyly.

"Hi Emt!"

Emmet gives a bright smile and tickles the girls causing them to squeal. Trey and Jordan soon join in the fun and Kiara notices the Alpha twins are both sitting to the side eating their cookies quietly.

Walking towards them she plops down and eats Coby's ruffles. Causing him to roll his eyes and snatch it back.

"Didn't you just finish eating your hot fries?"

Grabbing Kadin's cherry coke, she drinks it, burps, and gives it back to him. Ignoring the strange look that appeared on his face and smirks.

"You both are at MY house. Eating MY food! So I can take back what I GAVE you!"

Kadin looks at her confused.

"Why would you want something that someone put their mouth on?"

"We all are human!"

The twins both shake their heads.

"NO WE NOT."

Puffing her cheeks out she remembers why she came over.

"Why don't you guys play with us."

Kadin looks at her irritated.

"We don't like you hanging around elliot."

Kiara rolls her eyes. "It's Emmet."

"Whatever."

Coby smirks at his brother.

"You both just don't like him when you don't even know him. Just give him a chance, for me. Please?"

They both look at each other and sigh. Getting up much to Kiara's delight they play with Emmet not wanting to admit they do enjoy his company.

1 YEAR LATER: (Kiara=9; Emmet=10; Coby/Kadin=11; Trey=11; Jordan=13 Twins=3)

Over the past year with Kiara's constant begging and encouragement the Alpha Twins finally warmed up to Emmet, much to everyone's delight. But over the years Emmit and Kiara grew a strong bond. So strong that it's even stronger than Kiara's relationship with the Alpha twins, her sisters, and her brothers combined. Even the parents were surprised by this. Everyone then started to notice how much Emmet loved to stick to Kiara, it seemed as though Emmet had a crush on Kiara. And when asked he would just blush. Kiara was an odd case, she was oblivious to the crush Emmit had on her but it did seem like she liked him also. Even though she was oblivious to her own feelings not everyone else was. The Alpha twins started becoming so jealous because they also had feelings for her. They started arguing with her when it came to her hanging out with Emmet causing their relationship to strain, not a lot, but enough to cause them to be angry with each other. Currently the kids are eating at their school lunch room. Her brothers went to go get some food with Emmet leaving her with the Twins. Now it seems that Kiara knows her feelings for Emmet and wants to tell him.

"Hey Kadin."

Kadin looks up from his cheese and turkey sandwich and turns to Kiara.

"Wat is ut?"

Kiara blushes.

"I think I like Emmet."

Her words caused both brothers to look at her with an unreadable expression. Coby then shrugs his shoulders.

"So?"

Kiara feels slightly hurt and confused answers back.

"What should I do?"

"Why should we care."

"Because you're my friends!"

"Are we really? You always pick him above us!"

"I'm not always doing that! You guys always reject me anytime I ask you to come with me and Emmet to go anywhere!"

"It doesn't matter because he'll probably REJECT YOU ANYWAY!"

The lunchroom falls silent as the brothers both realize everybody in the lunchroom is staring at them. Kiara, feeling embarrassed and hurt, runs from the lunchroom bumping past her brothers and Emmet on the way. As the door of the lunchroom slams close Trey glares at Kadin and Coby and tries to leave the lunchroom. But Emmet beats him to it not after giving the twins a warning look. Kadin and King feel threatened.

"That pup dares to challenge us!"

Jordan then drags Trey to another table leaving the twins all alone.

Outside Kiara is crying under a tree. Emmet walks up to her and sits down.

"Kiara? Are you ok?"

Kiara thinks for a minute and shakes her head no.

"Why did you and the twins argue."

Kiara sighs and tells him what happened causing Emmet to smile.

"Well you don't have to worry about me rejecting you. I like you."

As Kiara blushes Emmet gives her a kiss on her forehead and shares his lunch with her. Both not noticing the Alpha Twins watching from inside the building and... their grandfather watching from behind a tree.

3 months later:
After both children confessed their feelings their parents were naturally happy about it. They didn't think anything was wrong about a little child crush and her brothers soon got comfortable with the idea that their sister might like a boy. But the Alpha Twins are a different story. After they yelled at Kiara they wanted to apologize but were too prideful, and it didn't help that Kiara had feelings for Emmet causing their relationship with each other to take a sour turn. One day when Coby and Kadin were being taken care of by their grandfather Coby finally told him how they felt.

"We don't like the fact that Kiara likes Emmet and Emmet liking Kiara! Neither does Faze like it either."

Kadin looks at his brother in shock and tries to shut him up but the aura of his grandfather's demon is stronger than his own which shut him up. Their grandfather Gerald gives Kadin a warning glare and turns to Coby with a wicked smile.

"Why don't you just get rid of him. Wouldn't she be all yours?"

Coby is oblivious to the warning look from his twin and the dangerous look in his grandfather's eyes shakes his head.

"If we hurt him, Kiara will hate us even more."

Kadin groans in anger while Gerald smiles.

"Don't worry about it my grandson."

Little do they know, they would have to worry a lot.

2 weeks later:

A funeral is being prepared for Emmet's death. Everyone in the pack is grieving while Coby and Kadin feel guilty for causing one of their best friends to die.

2 weeks ago:

Emmet is walking back home after dropping Kiara off to her house. As he walks past the woods he hears a strange noise near the bushes. Quickly looking behind him he runs only to trip on his feet and be dragged into the air by his neck. He turns his head to see a middle aged man with red eyes and dark black hair.

"You are the problem standing in front of my grandsons? No problem that's what family is for."

With his hand's in Emmet's chest, the gerald pulls out Emmet's heart and drops him in front of his parent's front porch. After ringing the doorbell he vanishes leaving the screams of Era and the angry howls of Cory. Gerald teleports in front of his grandsons with a cruel smile and a bloody heart in his hands. He then tries to give the heart to Kadin.

"Here is the heart of that boy! Now you have your girl."

Back to present(2 weeks later): Kiara walks in front of the daze boys and slaps them very hard. With tears in her eyes she points at them screaming at the top of her lungs.

"I HATE YOU! IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!"

She runs past her parents and into her room where she cries her eyes out.

1 Year later:

Emmet's parents went through a very strong depression. After losing their only child they barely did any work and only drank and cried. Afterwords they both commited suicide causing Kiara's parents to become both beta/beta female and gamma/gamma female. This change caused Kiara to dislike the boys even more and treated them like air when they visited. When it was discovered Kiara didn't have a wolf her parents and siblings still loved her while the Alpha Twins wished they could comfort her.

1 Year Later:

For the year the boys distance themselves from Kiara and Kiara from them. She played only with her brother's and sisters. But after her parents died the Alpha twins started hating on her, because even after Emmet's death her parents still treated them as their own. They started abusing her and this caused her anger towards them to reach sky high. Even after Emmet's death she promised herself that she'll never like any other. That was until she found out they were her mate. But she can never forgive herself for Emmet's death. She thinks that if she didn't like him his family would have gone extinct.
