"Are you ready?" How could I, when my heart was beating so freaking fast. This was the first day T and I, would be going to school together. When leaving the house, I told myself that I'll be more calm on the road. While our driver was driving, I told myself that I'll be okay once we get to the school premises. Now we were inside the school premises and I wasn't getting any better.

"I don't know," I wanted to go with honesty. "Everyone in class would be shocked, what will I say to them?"

We were currently at the school premises and I wasn't ready to get down from the car. I was in my neatly iron uniform, same went with T. Dad had officially enrolled me at Blossom High School and I was ready to keep my promise to dad.

Tatiana scoffed, as she couldn't comprehend my behaviour. "They are all aware of Miss Royal, being a crazy person."

"But they are not aware of me," I reminded her of the fact she was missing. "As much as they are concerned, Uyai is dead."

Tatiana sighed, then sink her back against the car seat. "Then you're here to clear up that fact and prove them wrong."

It was easier said than done. Tatiana glanced down at her wrist watch, same time I could hear the sound of the Bell from inside the school's building.

"In three," T tried to smile, so I could ease up a bit. "We'll get down together."

I still didn't respond to her demands. "Come on girl, grow some guts. Besides no kids would be seen roaming about, they are all at the assembly hall."

She had a point. The bell had rung for like, six minutes ago or maybe less. No one was outside the school building and I was sure no one would be roaming at the halls nor lobbies too. I could get to class without people whispering from every which way.

T and I, finally got down from our car and bid our driver goodbye. T had told me that we wouldn't be heading to the class. I had totally forgotten I was literally a new student, meaning I'd be introduced to our class teacher.

Reaching our class teacher's office, which she shared with three other teaching staff, T placed her knuckles against the door and gave it a slight knock. We both got in after that, to see an almost empty office. No teacher was in sight, except from our class teacher.

Immediately our class teacher lifted her head to check who must have walked in, her eyes grew wide and her jaw dropped.

"I heard from the teachers, saying your sister got enrolled." Our class teacher was an open book. She was so bad at hiding her expressions and emotions. "Didn't know it was the dea.... Didn't know it was the one that got missing."

I smiled awkwardly, while I let T do all the talking. "Uyai had been the one filling in on me in school, ma'am. She was never dead."

"Pardon?" Our class teacher couldn't comprehend. T took her time to explain everything, starting from the beach party, to the event on the bridge, followed by us switching identity.

"Why are my students like this?" Complained the class teacher. "What you both did was risky you know?"

T and I nodded, but remained quiet. Our class teacher moved her gaze from me to T, then back to me again. "You may go T, I'll accompany your sister to the class."

Tatiana nodded said her thank you, before turning to me. "You'll be fine, okay."

I nodded and watched as she turned and left the office, leaving me with our class teacher.

"So Femi was right all along," My class teacher muttered, mostly to herself.

"Yes ma'am," I surprised her by responding. "But I wanted to unravel something and Femi was getting in my way."

"Does anyone else knows about your identity?" My class teacher asked out of curiosity, while I nodded slowly.

"Just a few," I brought my fingers close to my face, as I began to count. "Jeremiah, Omonigho, Dami, Irene and Jubilee."

My class teacher sighed, then ran her right palm over the length of her face. She wanted to say something, but decided to look at her phone instead. "Come on, the assembly is already over."

How time flew by without knowing. The class teacher got up and arranged her desk, before asking me to follow her. We got out of the office, and followed a path I was quite familiar with, before getting to the door to my classroom. Ss3 Commercial.

"You'll have to wait out here," I nodded at my class teacher's words. My class teacher opened the door to my classroom and stepped in, closing the door behind her.

With the small rectangular see through glass at the top of the door, I could spy in to see the reactions of my classmates. And straining my ears hard enough, I could grasped a thing or two from what everyone was saying inside the classroom.

"Everyone, we've got a new student today." The announcement made everyone to remain calm. "Well she's not technically new, since you all are aware of her. Tatiana,"

I watched as T got up, upon hearing her name being called. "Come to the front please." T did as she was told without complain. She moved and stood beside our class teacher. "Bring her in."

T bit her lower lips as she slowly walked to the door. I composed myself and looked ahead, so it won't look like I was trying hard to witness everyone's reaction. I finally heard the door opened beside me. "Uyai, I'm asked to bring you in. Are you going to be alright?"

Did I have a choice? I nodded nonetheless, with T's right fingers wrapped around my left ones. Once T and I stepped our foot into the classroom, whispers was undeniably loud. I awkwardly stood beside T in front of the class, as I tried to keep my head up high.

"Please," The class teacher gestured to me, with her hand. "Introduce yourself."

"Um..... I__" I had to clear my dry throat. "I'm Uyai Ukeme, twin sister to Tatiana Ukeme. I-I was among you all midst, as I tried to pretend to be Tatiana."

"You don't mean it," Jaja commented, then lifted his hands and got up, before Femi could. "So wait, Tatiana wasn't in this class? Since when?"

I gave a nervous chuckle, then scratched the back of my head. "Since her little accident. I took over her identity and began to start living as her."

Jaja slowly sat back on his seat with creased brows, feeling even more confused.

"Then when did Tatiana arrive?" Someone asked at the corner of the classroom. "Where you the one at the competition?"

I shook my head at her last question. "No, that was Tatiana."

"Then why did Tatiana agree to go to the local government with Miss Royal?" Asked a girl at the back of the class. "Tatiana would have figured it that Miss Royal was suspicious."

How news flies. During the weekend, the whole school knew about Miss Royal's devious acts. T decided to answer the girl's question instead. "No, that was Uyai."

"My God," Complained Jaja followed by the groaning of every students in the classroom. They were all confused and couldn't comprehend a thing. Jeremiah and the rest of the gang, sat quietly. They were different, they witnessed my journey first hand.

"So I was right!" Femi jumped up, fist bumping the air once he knew no one would interrupt him. "I was right all along!"

"Congratulations," I fought the urge not to roll my eyes at him. "But just take it as your punishment for your bad behavior. What if I actually died?" Femi slowly sat on his seat, as his face had a small frown on it.

"Well," The class teacher cleared her throat to gain everyone's attention back to her. "This are the Ukeme's twins. Treat them well. Also, settle down and wait for your subject teacher while you're at it."

After a small pat on T's and I shoulders, the class teacher left the classroom. Immediately after the class teacher was gone, the murmurs increased ten folds. Everyone was looking at us like some spercimen or some celebrities.

No one could actually believe Miss Royal could do such a thing. She was the perfect role model. She acted like a saint, intelligent and extremely beautiful. Even Jaja, had a massive crush on her. Too bad for Jaja, his feelings towards Miss Royal, was the real definition of crush. His feelings could never be reciprocated.

It was lunch break and the whole school were now aware of T and I. No one seemed to walk by, without glancing at me and guessing if I was T or Uyai.

Jeremiah and I, decided to spend the lunch break at the love garden, since inside of the school was quite noisy as the construction for the cafeteria was on going. I began to unwrap my gala, before munching on it. I was hungry cause I couldn't eat much last night and this morning. Jeremiah seemed to be contemplating beside me. He felt and looked like he wanted to say something, but I decided to focus on my snack.

Most students at the love garden was gazing at Jeremiah and I. I tried to ignore their prying eyes, but it was almost impossible.

"I've always wanted to say something," Jeremiah caught me unaware. I withdrew my gaze from the prying eyes to look at Jeremiah. He wasn't affected by the students' gaze. "I remembered I wanted to say this at the boys locker room during the competition, but I got interrupted. I also remembered I wanted to say this at the hospital, but also got interrupted."

I tried to think of anything that would make him think this much. The Jeremiah I knew, wouldn't ponder over something over and over again. I mean, no more stalker or Mystery to solve. "What is it?"

Jeremiah turned towards me in a quick motion which took me off guard, then wrapped my fingers with his. "Would you be my girlfriend?"

Cough.

My heart beat began to pound heavily. I wasn't expecting this, to be honest. I didn't know what to say at the moment and with the look on Jeremiah's face, my silence was killing him.

"I might not be the best when it comes to caring," Jeremiah looked down at our connected hands. "But I do care about you, a lot. I guess what I'm trying to say is....." He stopped talking to stare at my eyes, then my lips. "I better show you what I meant."

Jeremiah leaned forward and captured my lips in a kiss. My body stiffened for a moment, but let loose when I felt his hands cup the sides of my face. Jeremiah leaned back and met my eyes, ignoring the murmurs coming from people around us. "I love you."

"Sorry?" I leaned forward and placed my right ear close to his mouth.

"I said I lo__" I didn't let him finish as I pecked him on his lips. Jeremiah's eyes grew wide and for the first time in the history of knowing him, I was witnessing his pure shocked expression.

"I love you too," I couldn't help but grin at him. Jeremiah finally went back to his normal expression, before giving a small chuckle.

"You're getting devious you know," He swung his hands around my shoulders and pulled me so close that I was seen resting against his chest, while his chin was resting above my head.

"You shouldn't worry about not dating me, Jeremiah." I said in a low tone. "I'm the one clearly lacking in the brain aspect. But having a genius as a boyfriend, would be the greatest thing that would ever happen to me."

"Did I just hear boyfriend?" Jeremiah and I, looked ahead in sync, to see the rest of the gang coming towards us. T and Irene sat together, facing Omonigho and Dami. Jubilee sat at the front, facing Jeremiah and I.

"He just asked me out, and I accepted." I smiled at T, while Omonigho did the squealing instead. Dami and Omonigho weren't a couple yet, but I was eager to see them start dating as one.

"I'm really glad this is all over and we aren't taking turns." Tatiana said to me, after threatening to harm Jeremiah if he ever breaks my heart. "I really don't want to experience such drastic stuff again in my life. Just want to finish Secondary School in peace, and go to the University."

"So if situation arises which might prompt Uyai into being you, you won't agree to it?" Dami asked T, with lifted brows. I knew he was only teasing and didn't need a direct answer.

"Well," I decided to speak before T could. I was glad I was no longer hiding under T's identity. I was glad everyone could call me by my actual name, Uyai Ukeme. It wasn't easy being T, since I almost died while doing that. But to be honest, I felt T would have done the exact same thing for me. So knowing Dami's answer, I decided to speak out before Tatiana would say the opposite, all because she wanted me to live a normal life. The normal life was boring, and we all knew of the term YOLO.

"If Tatiana is in trouble and is in need of my help," I said to Dami, then turned so T would know I was directly talking to her. I leaned away from Jeremiah's embraced and slide over to my sister. With my fingers wrapped around hers, I gave a small smile and said the truth to her face.

"I wouldn't hesitate BEING YOU."
