I stared at Jubilee in disbelief. He had a straight look on his face, and every trace of playfulness was totally gone.

How would he say I wasn't T. I mean, we had the same face and body structure. The only difference was our slightly different voice tone, and our finger prints. Cause no matter how identical someone was, their finger prints would always differentiate them. But he did not have the machine to clarify that.

Besides, I thought I was doing pretty well at hiding my identity from everyone else. How the hell did he get to know?

"A-Are you drunk?" I decided to ask him, trying to calm myself down. "Of course I'm Tatiana. Do I look different from my usual appearance? Or have you suddenly gone blind?"

Jubilee said nothing and chuckled at my words. My nervousness began to build up, as it seemed that my words wasn't having any effect on him. "You might look just like her, but you're completely different."

I opened my mouth slightly. I must make him think that he was speaking gibberish. "What__"

"Is Tatiana nice? No. Does that even matter? Not at all." Jubilee began all of a sudden. "She's so good at being manipulatively charming and her insults are so covert, that it takes you a while to catch them. That is, unless she respects your mental capacity and doesn't quite try to hide them."

Why was he telling me this? I was so confused. Jubilee leaned close, so close that our faces were almost touching. "Who are you?"

I gulped down, as I prayed for abasi to push his face away from mine. "Tatiana."

"Stop playing dumb," He whispered, leaning even closer. "You are her twin. You're the same person Femi's always talking about. Am I right?"

"Of course not," I gulped down my fear.

Jubilee lifted a brow, while watching my features. "Alright, if you are Tatiana, what did you do last two years Christmas Eve?"

I stood up from the couch, pacing back and forth. "I-I..... I.... Arrggh!" I held my hair in both fist out of frustration.

"Don't tell anyone, please." I sat back on the couch, leaning close to him and holding his hands.

Jubilee leaned away from me, resting his back against his couch. "And people thought he was little chicken, shouting the sky is falling."

I tried pleading with him even more, but Jubilee seemed not to listen. So I got up from the chair and reached for my backpack. I needed to get away and come up with a suitable claim, when he decides to expose me. Not taking more than three steps, I felt Jubilee's hands around my left wrist.

"Where are you going?" He got up from the couch, taking a step towards me.

"Home?" I knew it came out as a question, but I was a nerve rack at the moment.

"I won't tell anyone," He said softly to me.

I sighed deeply. "I know you Jubilee, you hated me the very first day you met me. How do you expect me to beli___"

"Your secret's save with me," He said, cutting me off. I stared at his eyes, trying to see any form of false hope in them.

"Really?" I beamed at that, and he nodded.

"On one condition," He voiced out, bringing my hopes down. I knew it. The devil can't gift you a present, without asking for something in return. "When ever I want to fix up a drone, you must be there to help out."

That's it?

That was something I could do, even with my eyes closed. I smiled wider this time around. "When do we start?"

I sat on my bed with Judith beside me, as we both tried to do our assignment, which was getting us nowhere.

Judith poped out her pen from her mouth, before gazing at me. "So he just wants you to be his drone fixer partner thingy?"

Her eyes went back to the maths problem that seemed like it was written in Thai language. I also scratched my head a bit, looking at the first problem.

"Something like that," I shrugged, as I rubbed my temple, trying to avert the incoming headache.

"But that's an easy task," Judith pointed out the fact. "Why would he give such an easy condition?"

"Maybe that's because he's a good person and I might have misjudged him?" I tore yet a different paper, which contained wrong answers.

"Or maybe," Judith dragged, lying on my bed. "He's got the hots for you, such as how Jeremiah and Dami, got the hots for me."

"Whoa whoa whoa," I chuckled a bit, stopping her from saying any further nonsense. "What?"

Judith giggled. Yeah you heard right, giggled. "Well, I could feel it. They are so nice to me, cause they like me. Especially Dami. But I think I like Jeremiah more."

"Hold your horses bae," I moved the textbook aside, and shuffled forward to get close to her. "Dami likes someone else, Omonigho. And I don't think Jeremiah likes you."

"And what are you? Eh?" Judith questioned, as she got up from the bed, to examine her posture in front of the full length mirror. "Miss cupid?"

I just side and lay on the bed. "Just stating the fact."

Judith stuck her tongue at me, then walked over to the bed and did the honours of getting rid of the abomination known as Maths homework.

"Well I'll prove you wrong," She declared, placing the books on my reading table. "Jeremiah's gonna fall for me."

I knew when Judith was joking, and this was one of the days. She didn't sound serious, and had her playful tone as she spoke. So she must probably be joking right? Right?!

Judith and I arrived at school immediately after the assembly. Judith, who was good at lying, lied about her being in a hospital, that's why we were running late.

It wasn't that the authorities would flog us, since I haven't seen a teacher with a cane, ever since I started schooling here. But their punishments were out of this world. You know that saying that a child preferred to be flogged than being punished? Well, Blossom High proved that point.

We both walked into the classroom, not taking note of our surroundings. We both arrived at our different seats and was ready to have our seats, when a sudden outburst stopped us.

"Stop it both of you!" Yelled a voice, which I later realised belonged to Irene. Judith and I spun at the same time, to see Jeremiah and Jubilee, in an eye to eye combat.

"What the hell?!" I left Judith's side and ran over to the guys. I stepped in between them, and shoved both of them apart.

"What's going on?" My voice held utter confusion. My eyes diverted from Jeremiah, to Jubilee.

"I don't know," Answered Irene. "This is actually the first time I'm seeing Jeremiah, all riled up."

I stared at Jeremiah in a stunned manner. He had a calm expression, but it was obvious he was angry. Then I moved my attention to Jubilee. He was breathing like someone that was ready to fight and kill.

"Jeremiah," I held his shoulder, feeling concern about him. "What happened? What did he say to get you this angry?"

Jeremiah's gaze lingered at me, then traveled back to Jubilee. "Where were you after you left his home?"

Murmuring filled the air. Even Irene and Omonigho began to give side talks. I knew they were in the dark. But letting them know would only put them in danger. And I just couldn't put them in danger.

I stared down at my feet. I had totally forgotten about Dami and Jeremiah yesterday. The plan was to call Jeremiah once I got up, but my phone was in my backpack and I was too tired to retrieve it.

How could I have forgotten?

"Jere___"

"Class teacher is here," Someone whispered. We all glanced over to the front, to see our class teacher and a female youth corper in its official uniform.

"Everyone!" Our class teacher yelled in bewilderment, as she looked at the group we formed. "When would I ever step into this class without seeing you all in some stupid small circle, that I'm sure contains nothing but problems? They aren't paying me much enough to deal with you all secretive life's!"

Everyone scrambled back to their various seats, whispering 'sorry ma' in the process. Jeremiah and Jubilee stood the longest, before going over to their seats.

"Everyone," The class teacher said again, gaining our attention. "Here with me, is your new Civic Education teacher. She have been posted here to serve for a year. Treat her well during her one year stay here, and try not to give her as much headache as you're giving me right now."

Irene hissed a bit, watching the corper. "She looks like she won't be able to teach us well."

"And is that why you hissed?" I sounded a little bit pissed off. "Cause she doesn't look like someone that could lecture us? Tell me what went on between Jeremiah and Jubilee?"

"I don't know," Irene dragged tirelessly, placing her head on her desk. "They just sprinted at each other."

"Shush it Tatiana and Irene," The class teacher scolded. I pressed my lips and tried to keep shut, as the corper stared at me and gave me the warmest of smiles.

"Miss Royal Michael, can you please introduce yourself to the class." The class teacher moved Miss Royal to the front a bit. We all waited for her to speak.

Ding!

I groaned internally. Without looking at my phone, I already knew who it was. The stalker had strike again.
