I'm sorry I'm a day late with the update. Though it would take most of you like one minute to read, I actually wrote this chapter like three times, before getting it right.
This chapter is dedicated to Estmay
Enjoy.

I stared at the two eyes staring back at me. Should I say I felt trap? Physically, no. Mentally...... Still no. But both stares held me in my spot and I couldn't move.
Or can I?
I tried to get up but Jeremiah, shot me a glare and I found myself sitting down on the grass yet again. Standing right in front of me, was Jeremiah and his good buddy, Dami. They literally dragged me out of the classroom and made me sit on the fresh grass located at the love garden.
"Are you quite sure?" Dami averted his gaze from me, to look at his friend. "She looks like Tatiana to me. I know I told you that I might be having some doubts, but right now I feel stupid having put that weirdo's words in my head."
"Well you ain't stupid," Jeremiah said cooly, before pointing at me. "She isn't Tatiana."
Dami leaned towards me and poked me on my right arm. I felt so much like a lab rat.
"You're actually, um......" He turned to Jeremiah for help. "What's the name again?"
"Uyai," I decided to help him out.
"The dead twin," Dami deadpanned. I could sense he was trying so hard to believe me.
I nodded at his words, "Just that..... Tatiana might you know, be the one dead."
Dami held Jeremiah's shoulder a bit. "I need to sit down for a sec." Dami sat in front of me, as he tried to process everything. "Did you guys find a lead?"
Jeremiah used the opportunity to find a spot beside me, before sitting down. "Uyai had a call from a girl, claiming to know Kingsley. Right?"
I nodded my head quickly. "Yes, it's true."
"Then after school, we're going over to that girl's location. But in the meantime, let's keep an eye on Rosemary, Femi and Jubilee." Jeremiah marked out the tragedy beautifully.
"After school?" I questioned a bit. "I can't after school."
Jeremiah didn't turn to look at me, but he questioned nonetheless. "Why?"
I fidgeted a bit with my fingers, as I tried to make my excuse sound really reasonable. "My best friend, Judith, is coming today. I need to be the first person she meets, so I could welcome her."
"That's not an excuse," Jeremiah said dryly. I knew convincing Jeremiah would be anything but possible.
"She's my best friend," I said slowly.
Jeremiah shrugged a bit. "Comparing the two things you're supposed to do after school, meeting your best friend, is the very least of your problem."
I sighed and slumped my shoulders in defeat. How on earth would Judith find her way to the house.
"But Dami, could help." Dami and I stared at Jeremiah in sync. "Give him Judith's number and he'll go over and accompany her."
"Dude, slow down." Dami stopped Jeremiah from saying further words. "I don't know this girl."
"You don't have to," Jeremiah got up from his spot beside me. "Give him that number, and get ready after school."
I watched him go, as a smile crawled up my lips. He walked with so much greatness around him. I also watched as few girls stopped just to stare at him, which made me to roll my eyes. I wouldn't blame them, Jeremiah was almost perfect.
"Gosh, he's so dreamy." I watched as he got into the main building.
I felt a tap on my shoulder, which broke me out of the trance Jeremiah held on me. "You can have your googly eyes over my best friend later. But right now, give me the girl's number and picture."
"Oh," I jerked up and did as I was told. I brought out my phone and handed over Judith's number and picture to him.
"Her name's Judith, and she's my best friend." I said to him. "Please be nice to her."
"Aren't I always nice?" Dami revealed his toothy grin, which made me ease my nerves. At least, Judith would be in save hands.

Jeremiah and I sat at a restaurant, waiting for the lady that knew about Kingsley, to show up. And neither Jeremiah nor myself ordered anything since we stepped foot into the place.
Don't get me wrong, I was super hungry. But I didn't want to seem like a burden to Jeremiah. Especially when he figures out about me leaving my wallet at home. He would refer to me as 'clumsy little you', or maybe much worst.
"Did you ask of her name the last time she called?" Questioned Jeremiah, to me.
"I..... Um," I scratched the back of my head. I knew the first thing to do, was to ask of her name. But I guess I forgot, which made me sound even more stupid. I lowered my head in shame, "No."
"Typical you," Jeremiah breathed out. I watched as he stared at me for a second or two, before diverting his attention back to his phone. "Are you hungry?"
I shook my head sideways, "No___" The rumbling in my tummy, interrupted me. I held it with both hands and smiled sheepishly at Jeremiah, "Yes?"
Jeremiah exhaled tirelessly, before signalling a waiter. The waiter noticing Jeremiah, rushed towards us.
"What would you like to have?" The waiter asked, with a warm smile on his face.
"Um, rice." I scratched my head nervously. I kind of felt embarrassed, with Jeremiah beside me.
"What kind?" The waiter wanted me to be specific.
"Um...... Jollof." I replied slowly.
"With what?" The waiter asked, while writing my orders down.
"Water," My one word reply, were starting to sound local. I knew I was better than this, I was just too nervous.
"No," The waiter chuckled. "I meant, what would you like on your rice? Beef, meat, turkey, chicken, fish? What would you like?"
"Turkey," I breathed out. "With water." The waiter nodded and wrote everything down. He then turned to Jeremiah, whom I found wasn't interested in the waiter's and I little chat.
"Would you like to order something too?" The waiter asked Jeremiah.
"A burger would be fine," Jeremiah replied, without taking his eyes off of his phone.
"And__"
"And a bottle of coke," Jeremiah cut him off. The waiter nodded mentaining his warm smile, before leaving our table. I wanted to start up a conversation with Jeremiah to while away time, but it felt he was engrossed on his phone.
"Jer__" Someone approached our table, which caught both Jeremiah and my attention. It was a girl in pink Ghana braiding, and she looked like she was in her early twenties. Maybe twenty-one years of age. She wasn't so blessed in the height department either, since she looked like a 5ft2.
"Sorry I'm late," She breathed out and landed on the seat across ours.
"You must be um....... Tatiana?" She asked and I nodded. "Sorry I'm late."
"Do you want anything?" Jeremiah asked her, so he could signal a waiter or waitress.
She shook her head, "I'm fine."
As if on cue, the waiter walked over to our table and placed our orders. "Enjoy your meal."
"I'm Dora," The girl spoke up, making me to laugh. "You never felt the need to know my name on the phone."
"Cause she's dumb," Commented Jeremiah.
"Wait," I tried to hold my chuckle. "Your name's Dora? Short for what? The explorer?"
I laughed so hard at my joke. When I realised neither Jeremiah nor Dora were finding it funny, I stopped laughing and tried to focus on my meal.
"W-Where's Kings___"
"Can you let me ask the questions?" Jeremiah turned to look at me. "Just eat."
I watched as he moved his attention back on Dora. "How where you able to get hold of Kingsley's phone?" Jeremiah questioned. "She called Kingsley line, but you seemed to be the one to answer."
"Well," Dora leaned forward, her elbow resting on the table. "Kingsley is just a fake rich boy, whom had been using me and my money."
"I don't under__"
"Eat," Jeremiah ordered sternly. I paused my lips and focus on my meal. "Go on."
"After I had realised he was just a fake Lagos rich guy, I decided to forgive him cause well....... I loved him." She kept quiet for a moment. "But when I realised he was having an affair with an even smaller girl, I got angry and broke up with him."
"You broke up with him." Jeremiah's words sounded as a statement and not a question. Nonetheless, Dora the explorer, nodded her head.
"He told me he had nothing to do with you anymore," She pointed at me. "But the deed had already been done. He was my vomit, and I don't go back to throw ups."
"So what did you do?" Jeremiah pressed on.
"I took away the phone and everything he had used my money to buy. I formatted it till it became like a new phone. But then," She stopped, as she stared at me. "You called."
"Where's Kingsley now?" Jeremiah enquired.
Dora sighed, "Probably at school."
"And where does he school?" Jeremiah leaned forward.
"Unilag," Dora and I, voiced out together.
Jeremiah nodded at that, turned to look at me and gave me a small smile. "Lucky you, I've got two friends schooling there. Both currently in their hundred level. I'll inform them and ask them to search around for information."
I nodded, since he was the one coming up with plans. He turned back to Dora, "Thank you."
Dora nodded, then got up from the chair opposite us. At that very moment, I was done eating.
"Gotta go, stay safe." We both nodded as we watched her leave.
Jeremiah stared down at my empty plate, then asked. "Do you need more?"
I shook my head, "No I'm___" He moved his plate that contained his burger, and placed it beside my plate.
"Thanks," I smiled at him, then munched on his snack. I needed it and more, especially for the task ahead.
Eddy : Yay, a new update with a new lead. Knowing where Kingsley is right now, would help make their situation easy..... Right?
