Steve was seen destroying one of the robots near the bridge that led out of town as Thor was taking some from his current position. Pietro sped through the crowd to see if there were any he could take and luckily there were. Spotting them arising, he sped through them; taking them all down in the process. "Friday, the Vision?" Tony asked. "Boss, it's working. He's burning Ultron out of the net. He won't escape through there." She replied. Just as she said that, Vision finished and let go, closing his eyes. Ultron groaned.

"You shut me out." Ultron said in frustration. "You think I care?" He added before throwing Vision on the ground and heading towards the machine. He placed a hand on it as he said "you take away my world," before twisting it and finishing off. "I take away yours." The machinery just below the city started to power up and Thor made it in time to look up from his spot to see it. As the city started to break apart due to the action, Thor took cover from the falling rocks and debris. All of the Avengers were now trapped in part of the city that had appeared to, not only be broken off from the rest, but flying upwards towards the sky. "Friday." Tony said.

"Sokovia is going for a ride." She replied. As the city started to rise higher and higher, Ultron started to speak. "Do you see the beauty of it? The inevitability. You rise, only to fall. You, Avengers, you are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword. And the Earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me. It means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world will be metal." Ultron finally finished saying.

"We gotta move." Bruce said. "You're not gonna turn green?" Natasha questioned. "I've got a compelling reason not to lose my cool." He told her and she smiled lightly at him saying that. "I adore you." She started to tell him as she gave him a kissing before tossing him backwards. "But I need the other guy." She added. That's when Hulk growled and came up. She looked at him as he smiled "Let's finish the job." She said and he grabbed her as they jumped up towards the pieces of rock that were falling from the city above. Once they landed, she said as she panted "I really hope this makes us even. Now go be a hero."

Pietro sped through he city, taking down robots along the way as Tony flew away from the city to see the whole picture and what he was dealing with. "The vibranium core's got a magnetic field. That's what's keeping the rock together." Friday told him. "If it drops?" Tony asked. "Right now, the impact will kill thousands. Once it gets high enough? Global extinction." She replied and he didn't like the sound of that one bit. Flying towards the city, she told him "that building's not clear. The 10th floor." He went in and saw the family huddled in the corner before spotting the bath tub. "Hi. Okay. Get in the tub!" He instructed and they as he grabbed it and flew them out.

"I got airborne, heading up to the bridge." Friday told him as Steve then got knocked over by a robot. "Cap, you got incoming." Tony announced as Steve that was currently getting up from behind slammed towards a car said "incoming already came in." People could be heard screaming around him. "Stark, you worry about bringing the city back down safely. The rest of us have one job, tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt them back. You get killed, walk it off." Steve added after. Pietro that was panting after taking a quick break, shook his head and sped back off to continue fighting. The city wasn't slowing down any time soon and the same mother that was talking with her child earlier when they were fighting Hydra was about to eat attacked when Hulk jumped in and destroyed the robot.

Wanda and Clint were placed together and fight alongside each other when Clint grabbed Wanda and smashed into the building next to them. "Go, go!" He yelled then Wanda crawled towards the wall as she said "How could I let this happen?"  Clint saw and asked her "hey, hey, you okay?" She muttered "this is all our fault." Clint touched her arm before adding on "Hey, look at me. It's your fault, it's everyone's fault. Who cares? Are you up for this? Are you? Look, I just need to know because the city is flying. Okay. Look, the city is flying, we're fighting an army of robots, and I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense."

A shot was fired between them and he grunted before firing an arrow through the hole. "But I'm going back out there because it's my job. Okay? And I can't do my job and babysit. It doesn't matter what you did or what you were. If you got out there, you fight, and you fight to kill. Stay in here, you're good. I'll send your brother to come find you. But if you step out that door, you are an Avenger." Clint finished off as rumbling could be heard in the distance. "All right. Good chat." He added before getting up and going to the door. "Yeah, the city is flying." He said before exhaling and bursting out.

Yelling and whimpering of people nearby could be heard as a woman that was on the edge in her car yelped. Steve heard her and saw when the car was falling. Running over, he caught the bumper and held it but then it broke off and she started to fall. Thor was on his way up when he spotted her and went back down. Grabbing her, he tossed her up to Cap who got her and pulled her up. As soon as he got up however, he took down an incoming robot. "You can't save them all." Ultron's robot started to say. "You'll never.." it added on but Steve threw it off the cliff then said "never what? You didn't finish!" Thor showed up with a car and landed near Steve. "What, were you napping?" He told the god as the guy from the car came out and puked.

Natasha flipped from where she was before taking on some robots. Steve spotted her and made his way over as he took some down in the process as well. Thor was near them taking out others and fighting alongside them but a foot or two away. Ultron noticed how much damage Thor was causing and said "Thor." Before grabbing him and telling him "you are bothering me." Clint on the other hand was still trying to take some down as he took cover and groaned in pain. "Ow." Wanda grew tired of running and hiding from danger. Emerging from the building, she started to destroy all of the robots that were around them. "All right, we're all clear here." Clint informed the team.

"We are not clear! We are very not clear!" Steve told them from his current position and how his situation was working out for him. "All right, coming to you." Clint said as Pietro made his way to them and took Wanda as he yelled out "Keep Up, old man!" Clint aimed the arrow at where they went as he said "Nobody would know. Nobody." He then lowered his weapon as he started to jog. "The last I saw him, an Ultron was sitting on him. Yeah, he'll be missed, that quick little bastard. I miss him already." Clint added.

Ultron was seen throwing Thor into the church area. The two started to go at each other head on head for a while till Thor dropped his hammer. Pietro and Wanda appeared at where the police were holding up and the chief yelled out "Hold your fire!" When he saw them. Pietro and Wanda started to destroy the robots that were coming. Pietro was on his way to hit another when a bullet grazed his arm and he stopped. Looking at it, he looked at the man who did it and shrugged like 'come on.'

"Romanoff!" Steve yelled out as he took down a robot that was about to attack her. "Thanks!" She called back. Grabbing his shield from the robot, she used it to block an incoming fire before hitting the robot then throwing it over to Steve where he finished off. "Have you seen Y/n?" He asked her. "No. I haven't since Ultron took her." Natasha mentioned back. "The anti-grabs are rigged to flip. Touch them, they'll go full reverse thrust. The city's not coming down slow." Friday told Tony and he sighed as he said "spire the vibranium. If I get Thor to hit it..." She butted in. "It'll crack. That's not enough. The impact would still be devastating." Friday said as he flew under.

"Maybe if we can cap the other end. Keep the atomic action doubling back." He told her. "That could vaporize the city. And everyone on it." She said. The city was high to the point where the clouds started to enter it. People could be seen taking shelter. "The next wave is gonna hit any minute. What do you got, Stark?" Steve asked. "Huh? Nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That'll keep it from impacting the surface, if you guys can get clear." Tony said and t was clear from his tone that he didn't like as much as anyone else. "I asked for a solution, not an escape plan." Steve told him. "Impact radius is getting bigger every second. We're gonna have to make a choice."

"Cap, these people are going nowhere. If Stark finds a way to blow this rock..." Natasha started to tell him. "Not till everyone's safe." Steve told her as they stood side by side. "Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There no math there." Natasha tried to reason with Steve. "I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it." Steve butted. "I didn't say we should leave." She started to say. He looked over at her. "There's worse ways to go." She added as she looked at the peaceful landscape. "Where else am I gonna get a view like this?" She finished and Fury interrupted. "Glad you like the view, Romanoff. It's about to get better." He said as a large Helicarrier was revealed in the distance.

Pietro smiled when he saw the help that they were getting before speeding off. "Nice, right? Pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of old friends. She's dusty, but she'll do." Fury told them. "Fury, you son of a bitch." Steve said with a smile. "Ooh! You kiss your mother with that mouth?" Nick replied. "Altitude is 18,000 and climbing." Hill stated. "Lifeboats secure to deploy. Disengage in three, two... take them out." A staff member added and the boats started to deploy.
