Queen Ramonda and Dayo walked into the lab. "Griot, what is my brother's heart rate." There was no response. Shuri looked up to see her mother and girlfriend looking at her. Dayo's eyes were teary and Ramonda held a hurt expression.

"Your brother is now with our ancestors."

Dayo sat beside Shuri as they rode in a carriage (i think that's what it's called... imma call it that.) It was the day of T'Challa's funeral. A sad say for everyone, since Dayo encountered the Queen telling the Princess the news she hasn't really said anything to Shuri. She was just there, which Shuri appreciated.

It was a beautiful celebration of his life, a drawing of his face was plastered on a wall. Dayo could tell that seeing his face made Shuri even more upset than she was.

Dayo was hesitant but she slithered her hand onto Shuri's lap and grabbed her hand. Shuri looked down and slowly put her other hand on top of Dayo's, using her thumb to rub her fingers.

Dayo smiled softly at the gesture.

They were now walking, Shuri had T'Challa's Black Panther mask in her hand as they walked to a certain spot before stopped. The flying vehicle soon came into view and stopped. It then began to lift his casket up by the beam.

A tear rolled down Dayo's as she watched and her along with everyone else put their arms across the chest in sync.

"I'll miss you, T'Challa."

ONE YEAR LATER.

"Princess-"

"Not now, I am working." She cut Griot off and continued doing calculations. Griot spoke again. "But Princess-"

"I said not now, Griot." She stopped what she was doing before continuing what she was doing.

A door opened and Queen Ramonda walked out, Dayo then following in afterwards. "I was trying to tell you, Princess. The Queen is back and Dayo is with her too."

"Hello, Mother." She said looking at the screen. "Do you not see me here either?" Dayo scoffed playfully. "As you can see I am very busy. I don't have time for talking actually." Dayo frowned at the statement and Ramonda noticed and rubbed Dayo's back letting her know silently not to let that get to her.

"This is why we are here. We are taking you out." The Queen responded. "What? No you are not I am way too busy."

"Oh please, that can wait. Let's go, hand me your beads."

"What? No!"

"Where we are going you won't need them. Now hand them here." Shuri shook her head and handed her the bracelet. "And the earrings." She said, Shuri couldn't believe it but she followed the order.

As they were walking to the destination, Shuri noticed how quiet Dayo was since they were in the lab. "You okay?" Shuri asked. Dayo nodded, "I'm fine." She gave Shuri a smile and caught up with Ramonda.

Shuri examined her as she did a light jog over to her mother. She knew her well enough to know she was not fine, but she wasn't going to interrogate her.

Not yet, at least. She was going to get it out of her one way or another.

They made it and they sat by the fire. Ramonda had white cloth in her hands and she passed one to Dayo and tried to pass another one to Shuri but she raised her eyebrows in confusion.

"What is this?"

"A ritual to see our ancestors. Every time I do this I feel him on my shoulders." Dayo looked at Ramonda smiling and then back at Shuri. "It works." She told Shuri. One day Ramonda and Dayo went out together and met with their ancestors and loved ones that have passed on.

As Shuri disagreed, something felt off. Dayo noticed before them, it was a strange noise... Sirens? Dayo scooted closer to Shuri. "Do you hear that-" All of a sudden a great whale come from out of the water. She jumped up with the others.

Shuri quickly put Dayo behind her back as she pulled out a staff (??? maybe).

People became to come out of the water. They didn't look normal. "Are they blue??!" Dayo whispered.

"Don't take another step, how did you get in here!" Queen Ramonda demanded. It was true, how the hell did they get past the barrier?!

A man, who looked different from the others continued to walk. Is that.. Vibranium?

"He's covered in Vibranium!" Dayo exclaimed, "Shh, quiet love." Shuri said. The man seemed to be amused by Dayo.

"Who are you! I hate repeating myself." The Queen yelled.

"...My enemies call me Namor." He smirked.

"There is Vibranium Detectors in the ocean that are trying to harm me and my people. There was a recent altercation." He explained.

That made Dayo's eyes widen.

So it was them who attacked them!! We were framed. Dayo thought to herself.

"So it was you! Do you know how many people blamed Wakanda for it!" Shuri exclaimed. Namor chuckled. "I am here because I need your help. There is a scientist in America who created this detector. Find her and bring her to Wakanda."

"Do not tell anyone about our existence outside of Wakanda. Blow into this when you have the scientist and I will arrive shortly." He placed a conch onto the sand and then disappeared.

"So did these avatar looking creatures just swim up into Wakanda like it was nothing or am I coming down with some underlying illness?!" Dayo came from behind Shuri giving them a crazy look.
