FINNICK STARED INTO HIS DAUGHTER'S BEAUTIFUL BROWN EYES. He honestly couldn't look at her without seeing Leia, and he adored every minute of it. She was named after her mother, and her middle name, Brook, came from his own mother. She was perfect.

They lived in a house on the outskirts of District Four next door to Annie and her husband who she found after the war. They already had a child and more on the way. Finnick had no doubt that they would have at least six kids.

But he was over the moon about his one.

Commander Paylor was elected as the new President of Panem, and she would go on to do an amazing job. The Capitol Hunger Games idea was scrapped after Coin's assassination, and Finnick would be eternally grateful that it didn't happen. He just wanted it all to be done with so that he could settle down with his child.

After a while, he stopped having nightmares about the Games and about Leia, especially considering it was hard to dream for long when there was a baby screaming every ten minutes. However, he wasn't complaining. He loved his kid more than anything, and it was nice to have a stable day when his entire life had been unstable.

Annie had been training to be a teacher before her Games, so she was prepared to teach the kids how to read and how to do basic math. When they were old enough, they would be able to go to the other Districts and learn things about life there. They would live free of the Hunger Games and everything that went with it.

Johanna found herself a woman that could put up with her, and they were always somewhere new. So, Finnick wasn't totally sure where they were at any given moment, but they would randomly show up every now and then and stay for a bit.

Leia Brook was playing on the living room floor while Finnick wrote a letter to Katniss and Peeta to update them. The Everdeen woman was pregnant, and they were coming to visit once the baby came. Everyone was happy.

Everyone was happy, but everyone else had someone to share it with. Finnick would always be thankful for his child, but he always felt like a piece of his heart was missing, the piece that was his wife.

But he knew that she was watching over them and always smiling down at them. When Leia Brook grew up, he would make sure she heard every story about the fearless force that was her mother.

And although the Capitol barely knew her, and the Districts never did, she helped the revolution, she kept him alive, and she was one of the only Capitol citizens strong enough to fight against how she she was raised.

She was a legend. She was Leia Calore.
