"Osas what?!" Emem snapped at me. "I know you're the smartest boy here, Felix. But I won't let Osas, know about our plan of rescuing my sister. For all I care, she might be the person behind all this and not Alex!"

"I second that," Sofia voiced in. "Osas is my friend, and that girl is as cunning as a fox. Yeah, she might not be the person behind all this but, Osas might actually want to sabotage our chances of rescuing Eno."

"This plan wouldn't work without Osas' help," I tried to reason with the girls. "And there's a reason why we need the police help. They serve as our backup plan."

"Backup plan?" Dafe asked quietly.

"Yeah," I nodded. "If anything goes wrong with Alex or even Osas, the police would be there to act according to the law."

"And what if they're slow?" Asked Shade.

"Well let's hope they won't be slow on that day." I reassured them.

Shade and I walked down the hallway, in search of Osas. I had let Shade accompany me cause surprisingly, we shared the same thoughts.

"Where is she?" I sighed for the umpteenth time.

"Basketball court?" Shade shrugged. "Let's try there." I nodded my head and we both turned to the opposite direction, leading to the court.

Once inside the court, we sighted Osas sitting in one of the bleachers. With long stride, I strode over to Osas, while Shade tried to catch up.

"Felix," Osas perked upon seeing me. "You look hotter every time I get to meet you."

"Thanks?" I replied awkwardly, then sat beside her. "Look Osas, I need your help."

"Anything for you boo," A nasty shiver went down my spine.

"Anything?" I asked, emphasising on that word.

"Anything." She nodded, and I perked up on that. I turned to look at Shade, whom gave me the go ahead to speak.

"I need you, to help me, rescue Eno." Upon hearing that name, Osas frowned.

"Why the hell am I going to do that?" Osas tried not to snap at me.

I sighed, then scooted closer to Osas. "I know both of you got your differences but___"

"We hate each other," Osas pointed out.

"My friends thinks you're behind her disappearance," Shade mumbled.

"So?" Osas lifted both hands in a questionable manner. "Why should I care about what your friends thinks about me?"

"They were once your friends," Shade looked at her in bewilderment.

"Point of correction," Osas said with sass. "Saviour and Dafe, were never my friends. Yeah, they are hot but they were never my friends. An___"

"Jeez, I meant Sofia and Emem." Shade whom was already fed up, said to Osas. "I was your friend. What changed you Osas? You were never like this."

Osas rolled her eyes, "I grew up."

"No, you grew down." Shade snapped. "Childish popularity, made you this way. They ain't giving you wages for being popular, Osas."

"Eno had___"

"Always been in the spotlight. You've said those words countless times, and it's becoming tiring. Eno loves you. Betraying her that way, was like a blow to her face!" Shade spoke out, without holding anything back.

"Do you know that she still have your pictures on her phone and laptop?" Shade asked Osas. Though not getting a reply from Osas, Shade went on. "You were the closest to Eno, you know that right?"

"Sha__"

"Did all those friendship happen because of popularity?" Shade went on. "We were known as the four masketteres, we shared everything together. You and Eno were so close that no one could separate you guys. For hell sake, you both joined the same sport!"

Shade sighed as she got up beside me, and walked over to stand in front of Osas. "Will your hatred let you allow Eno; your best friend, to die?"

"Eno isn't my best friend!" Osas yelled.

Shade shook her head, then whispered. "Think about it." She then let her eyes to fall on me. "Let's go Felix."

I nodded my head and began to walk down the bleachers with Shade.

"Five," Shade started counting, but I ignored her.

"I was so tempted to offer her a dinner," I began.

"Four," Shade mumbled.

"I've never dreamt on having dinner with Osas before," Thinking about it brought shiver down my spine. "But if that's what she wants to help find Eno, then I'll endure and take her on a date."

"Three," Shade glanced at me, in a way that states 'have you lost your mind or something?'.

"We could have asked anyone for help but for some reason," I went on. "Osas kinda fit the job."

"Two," Mumbled Shade.

"But your friend is just too stubborn." Then something hit me. "Hey Shade, Why you doing a countdown?"

"You'll see," Shade assured me. "One."

"Hey wait!" Osas yelled at the back, which gained a triumphant smile from Shade.

Shade and I stopped, then turned to look at Osas.

"Yeah?" Shade asked, feigning confusion.

"I wanna help," Osas began. "And it's not cause I want to rescue Eno, but because I want to prove to your friends that I've got no hands in the disappearance of Eno. On that day, I was__"

"We don't need the details!" I yelled, stopping her. Remembering what Jeremiah had said about OsasΒ  and the biology teacher, still gave me the chills.

Osas sighed, but shook her head. "So what do you have in mind?"

I smiled as she moved down. Shade and I slowly move up, making all three of us to meet at the middle.

I looked at Osas, as she stared back at me in determination. "Here's our plan."

A/N -Β  As promised, here's a new chapter. Osas finally gave in and had decided to help the gang.

Do you think she'll genuinely help them, or will she stab them behind their back like she'd done before?
