The lavish women's section of the store was brimming with luxurious gowns and sparkling jewelry, but all that stood between Yoongi and Y/N was an unspoken tension. As they stood before the sea of dresses, Y/N was about to issue a command to the employee, when Yoongi's deep voice cut through the air.
"Show us the best engagement and wedding dresses," he ordered, his tone leaving no room for negotiation.
Y/N's sharp eyes immediately cut towards him, glaring in annoyance. But, as usual, Yoongi didn't flinch. In fact, he almost looked amused by her irritation, the corner of his mouth twitching upward. Ignoring her, he waited for the employees to scurry around nervously. One of them-a young male-stepped forward, looking visibly shaken but filled with admiration as his eyes lingered on Y/N for a moment too long.
"We'll need to take the lady's measurements for the perfect fit," the employee stammered, clearly in awe of Y/N.
Y/N didn't move, her expression blank and indifferent, as if none of this bothered her. She simply allowed Yoongi to make decisions on her behalf, not caring what he did. However, as the male employee approached her with the measuring tape, something shifted.
Yoongi's entire demeanor turned ice cold.
In a split second, Yoongi snatched the tape from the employee's trembling hands. His cold glare was so intense that the poor man's face drained of all color. The air around them seemed to thicken with the weight of Yoongi's jealousy.
"You're fired," Yoongi said in a voice so low, it sent shivers down the employee's spine. His eyes darkened, showing no hint of mercy as he took a step closer to the man. "I don't need people who think they can admire what's mine."
The male employee sputtered, trying to apologize, but Yoongi didn't care. His eyes flickered to the way the employee had been staring at Y/N and it enraged him. No one had the right to even look at her in that way, let alone touch her.
Y/N raised an eyebrow, amused by the sudden display of possessiveness. "Jealous, are we?" she quipped, her voice dripping with sarcasm, though a small, wicked smirk tugged at the corners of her lips.
Without responding, Yoongi turned to her, his hand still gripping the tape, and began to measure her himself. He started at her shoulders, his fingers grazing her skin with a touch so light that it sent a jolt through her. Y/N, despite herself, felt a slight tingle from the contact. She remained stoic on the outside, but inwardly, she couldn't deny the effect he had on her.
The tension between them was palpable-thick and heavy, like a storm brewing.
"No one else has the right to touch you. Not anymore," Yoongi said quietly, his voice dark with intensity. His eyes never left hers as he continued measuring her waist, his fingers brushing the fabric of her dress. "And anyone who tries will see a side of me they won't survive."
Y/N's smirk deepened, though her heart fluttered involuntarily. "You think you can control me? That you can claim me like one of your business deals?" Her voice was cold, but underneath the icy exterior, something stirred-something she wasn't ready to admit. " I am fire Min Yoongi "
Yoongi didn't miss a beat. His eyes burned into hers with a heat that matched the fire in her words. "You may be fire, but I'm the flame," he replied, his voice low and dangerous. His hand slid along her waist as he finished the measurements, his touch lingering longer than necessary. "And I don't mind getting burned."
The tension between them crackled like lightning. Y/N stared at him, her chest rising and falling with shallow breaths, trying to suppress the emotions that threatened to bubble to the surface. She was fire, uncontrollable, untamable. And yet...here was Yoongi, standing before her, daring to challenge her very nature.
"I create havoc in the lives of those who try to control me," she warned, her voice a whisper, but every word was sharp, cutting through the space between them.
Yoongi stepped closer, his body brushing against hers ever so slightly. "Then destroy me," he whispered back, his lips hovering near her ear. "If that's what it takes to have you...destroy me."
The air between them was suffocating now, thick with tension that neither of them dared to break. Yoongi's gaze was fierce, his possessiveness burning in his eyes. Y/N's breath hitched, her mind racing, though her face remained a mask of indifference. She couldn't let him win-she wouldn't allow herself to fall under his control. Not so easily.
Yoongi, having finished the measurements, handed the tape to the female employee nearby. "Make sure the dress is ready by tomorrow. No exceptions," he commanded, pulling out his black card and paying for the dresses without so much as a glance.
Y/N, frustrated by the overwhelming control he had exerted over the situation, spun on her heel to leave. She was done with this, done with him thinking he could dictate her life. But as she turned sharply, she felt her heel snap beneath her. She stumbled, losing her balance, and braced herself for the inevitable fall.
Before she could hit the ground, a strong, familiar arm wrapped around her slender waist, pulling her back against a firm chest. Y/N cursed internally. Why does this always happen when he's around? First, in his office, and now here.
Her glare shot up to meet Yoongi's face, but he remained unfazed. His grip on her was steady, and he held her effortlessly as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
"Let go of me," Y/N demanded, her voice low and menacing, but Yoongi only tightened his hold, his eyes gleaming with a quiet intensity.
Without a word, Yoongi knelt down in front of her, stunning not only Y/N but everyone around them. The infamous billionaire, known for his arrogance and cold demeanor, was now kneeling at the feet of a woman. The sight was unimaginable. Murmurs spread through the store, but they were quickly silenced as Yoongi raised his voice.
"Look away," he ordered, his voice sharp and commanding. Everyone turned their heads, not daring to defy him. Except Y/N, who continued to stare at him with a blank, unreadable expression.
Yoongi, now kneeling before her, gently lifted her foot into his hands. Y/N watched in silent disbelief as he carefully removed her broken heels, one by one. His touch was gentle, almost reverent, as he scolded her softly.
"You're reckless," he muttered under his breath. "Always putting yourself in situations where I have to catch you."
Y/N remained silent, her heart pounding in her chest. She didn't know how to react. This was the same man who had threatened to destroy anyone who even looked at her the wrong way, and now...now he was treating her like something fragile.
As Yoongi took off her second heel, he glanced at her ankle-the one she had sprained the other day in his office. His fingers brushed the skin, and Y/N instinctively placed her hand on his shoulder, steadying herself. She felt the heat of his skin beneath the fabric of his suit, and for the first time, she felt the smallest flicker of vulnerability.
Then, without warning, Yoongi leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to her toes.
Y/N's breath caught in her throat. She couldn't hide her shock this time. Her cold mask slipped for just a moment as she stared down at him in disbelief. What was he doing? Why was he-
"You don't understand, do you?" Yoongi's voice was dark, filled with an emotion so intense that it made her heart race. He looked up at her from where he knelt, his eyes burning with a possessive fire. "You're mine, Y/N. And no one-no one-will ever touch you again. Not without facing me first."
Y/N swallowed hard, her mind reeling from his words, from the weight of his gaze. For the first time, butterflies stirred in her stomach-an unfamiliar, unsettling feeling. She quickly composed herself, but the damage was done. Yoongi had gotten under her skin.
Before she could say anything, Yoongi rose to his feet and swept her into his arms, holding her as if she weighed nothing.
"What the hell are you doing?" Y/N snapped, though her voice lacked its usual edge.
Yoongi smirked, his eyes softening just slightly as he looked down at her. "I'm not letting my soon-to-be wife walk barefoot in front of the world."
With that, Yoongi carried her out of the store, leaving everyone around them stunned, their whispers following in their wake. But Y/N...she couldn't stop the tiny flutter in her chest, no matter how hard she tried to suppress it.

The luxurious cosmetic shop was bathed in soft golden light, casting a warm glow over the shelves lined with high-end products. Among the elite clientele, Lisa walked quietly behind Jennie, feeling out of place among the glitz and glamour. Her eyes flitted nervously around the store, her posture tense as she tried to remain as inconspicuous as possible. Despite being a part of the Min family circle by association, Lisa never quite felt like she fit in with the richness that surrounded her. She had come along with Y/N, but while her best friend could command attention with her confidence, Lisa preferred to stay in the background.
Jennie, on the other hand, strutted ahead with confidence, completely at ease in the opulence of the store. Her eyes flicked over the products with disinterest, already used to the luxuries around her. Lisa, trailing behind, fiddled with her fingers, avoiding eye contact with the employees who buzzed around them.
As they made their way down the aisles, a familiar figure suddenly appeared, cutting through the polished crowd like a burst of energy. It was Jungkook, dressed casually yet stylishly, his eyes lighting up the moment he spotted Lisa. His presence was always impossible to ignore - charming, a bit cocky, and full of life. He immediately gravitated toward Lisa, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.
"Hey, Lisa," Jungkook greeted smoothly, his voice warm with excitement.
Lisa blinked, momentarily caught off guard. "Oh, hi, Jungkook," she replied awkwardly, giving him a polite smile as her hands fumbled with the strap of her bag. She wasn't sure why, but around Jungkook, she always felt a little uneasy. Not in a bad way, but in a way that made her hyper-aware of every move, every word.
Jungkook, noticing her slight nervousness, leaned in a bit closer, his tone turning teasing. "You're looking beautiful today, by the way. But then again, you always do."
Lisa felt her cheeks flush slightly. "T-thanks," she stammered, her eyes darting away, unsure of how to respond to his flirting. She knew Jungkook had always been a bit playful around her, but lately, his attention seemed to linger longer than usual.
Jennie, who had been browsing a nearby shelf, snickered at Jungkook's obvious attempts to flirt. "Oh, look at you, Mr. Casanova," she quipped, her voice dripping with sarcasm. She crossed her arms, watching her younger brother with a smirk. "Don't you ever get tired of failing miserably?"
Jungkook shot her an annoyed look. "Can't you just mind your own business for once, Jennie?"
Jennie shrugged nonchalantly, her smirk only growing wider. "I would, but watching you trip over yourself is much more entertaining."
Lisa, feeling even more awkward now, tried to shift the conversation. "Actually, Jungkook, thank you for, you know... helping me the other day." Her voice was soft, almost shy, as she recalled the incident. "With those creeps... I really appreciate it."
Jungkook's irritation with Jennie evaporated the moment Lisa spoke, his full attention snapping back to her. "Oh, that? No need to thank me, really," he said, trying to sound casual but clearly pleased by her gratitude. In truth, it had been Y/N who had taken charge of the situation that day, but Jungkook had also been there, ready to step in if things got out of hand. He wasn't about to correct Lisa on that.
Lisa gave him a small, sincere smile. "Still, you were there. It means a lot."
Jungkook's heart skipped a beat at her words, and for a moment, his usual confidence faltered. He opened his mouth to respond, to say something - anything - that would keep this rare moment between them alive, but before he could, Jennie interrupted again, rolling her eyes dramatically.
"Alright, enough with the sap fest," Jennie declared, cutting through the moment with her usual sharpness. "We're done here. Let's get out of this store before my brain melts from boredom."
Jungkook shot her a glare. "Jennie, seriously?"
Jennie ignored him, already heading toward the door. "Come on, let's go."
With a sigh, Jungkook turned back to Lisa, flashing her an apologetic look. "Sorry about her," he muttered, though Lisa just gave him a light laugh, shaking her head.
"It's okay. She's... Jennie."
As they all walked out of the store and into the bustling street, the conversation flowed easily between them. Jungkook, ever the charmer, tried to keep Lisa engaged, his playful banter never far behind. Jennie, meanwhile, contributed with her usual snark, keeping the mood light.
But then, something shifted.
Jennie, mid-sentence, suddenly froze in place, her eyes locking on something in the distance. Her breath hitched, and for the first time all day, she was rendered speechless.
"Wait... what the hell?" Jennie whispered, her voice barely audible as her eyes widened in disbelief.
Jungkook frowned, following Jennie's gaze. "What? What's wrong?"
Lisa, curious about Jennie's sudden change in demeanor, also turned to look. And then, all three of them saw it.
Yoongi. Their older brother, the cold and calculating Min Yoongi, was walking , completely unfazed by the stares of those around him. But what shocked them wasn't just the sight of Yoongi-it was what he was doing.
In his arms, cradled as if she weighed nothing, was Y/N.
Y/N, who looked utterly embarrassed and flushed, was being carried bridal-style by Yoongi, whose expression was unreadable, though his eyes flicked with a dark possessiveness. His grip on her was firm, yet protective, as if daring anyone to even think of questioning him.
"Is that... Y/N?" Jennie finally managed to say, her voice barely above a whisper.
Lisa blinked, stunned. " Then who could be ?."
Jungkook's mouth hung open in disbelief. "What the- Yoongi hyung?"
Yoongi, not paying any attention to the shocked trio, approached them, his eyes briefly flicking over Jennie, Jungkook, and Lisa before settling back on Y/N in his arms.
Jennie, still in shock, managed to find her voice. "Uh... Yoongi Oppa? What are you doing?"
Yoongi, as calm as ever, didn't stop walking. "Where are our parents?" he asked, his tone casual, as if carrying his sister's best friend in his arms was a completely normal occurrence.
Jennie blinked, shaking her head as if to clear it. "They're at the restaurant, waiting."
Without another word, Yoongi nodded and continued walking, not even bothering to address the shocked stares of his younger siblings and Lisa. Y/N, who had been avoiding eye contact the entire time, finally looked up, her cheeks burning with embarrassment as Yoongi carried her past them.
Jungkook, still reeling from what he had just witnessed, shook his head in disbelief. "Did I... did I just see that right? Is hyung seriously carrying Y/N in his arms?"
Lisa, equally stunned, nodded slowly. "I think so."
Jennie, recovering from her initial shock, narrowed her eyes in suspicion. "Something's going on between those two. I swear, Oppa never acted like that with anyone."
Jungkook snorted. "No kidding. Hyung doesn't do things like this. Ever."
Lisa glanced between the two of them, feeling the weight of the situation sinking in. "Do you think they're ...in love ?" she asked, her voice tentative.
Jennie crossed her arms, her gaze fixed on where Yoongi and Y/N had disappeared into the crowd. "I don't know what's going on," she muttered, "but I'm going to find out."
Jungkook nodded in agreement, though his thoughts drifted back to Lisa, hoping that whatever was going on between Yoongi and Y/N wasn't going to stir up more chaos than they already had.
As they walked in silence toward the restaurant, each of them was lost in their own thoughts. The sight of Yoongi carrying Y/N had shaken them all in different ways, and none of them could shake the feeling that something had just shifted in their world - something big.
And whatever it was, it was only the beginning.
