The moon hung high in the obsidian sky, casting a silvery glow over the quiet town of Willowbrook. The streets, once bustling with activity, were now cloaked in shadows, and the occasional hoot of an owl echoed through the stillness. Willow trees swayed gently in the night breeze, their long branches reaching out like ghostly fingers.
Mike parked the car in the normal spot outside of Freddy's for another shift, which this time had all four of them going to it since Max wasn't available, nor would Issac let his twin go alone anymore to the place.
"We will work," He started off motioning to (Y/N) beside him in the front seat, turning his head back to Abby who held Issac's hand happily, "Izzy will do his studies, and you will sleep, and under no circumstances are you gonna come out of our office. Do you understand?"
Woah he's totally husband material, the Diaz girl thought to herself watching how Mike was acting with Abby, and fawned over how attractive it sounded, as her eyes catch onto the eerier pizzeria beside them through the window.
"I understand." Abby agreed with a wide smile also staring at the building excitedly, holding onto her teddy bear and Issac's hand, who had glasses over his eyes and a bag around his shoulders.
"This is not a vacation, okay? You're not here to have fun." Mike continues on telling Abby sternly, glancing to (Y/N) for back up making her nod at the little girl, before they all got out of the car to walk towards the pizzeria.
Abby was instantly dragging along Issac by the hand who exclaimed, and almost lost his footing if it weren't for his quick reflexes, "Whoa, slow down, slow down!" He yelped trying to keep up with her, as the other two were sighing behind them picking up their speed.
Mike shared a small comforting look with (Y/N) spotting how tensed her figure was arriving at the already opened door of the building, his fingers brushing up against hers. She snapped out of her daze at this, and sent him a wobbly smile taking his hand he held out for her.
They all walked inside in a long sided line into the main labboy, glass crunching under their shoes more from how messy it had gotten. Her (E/C) eyes go wide seeing how destroyed freddy's was now, and felt a pinch to her heart of guilt at how badly the place was treated.
"Whoa." Abby gasped shocked glancing over all the broken chairs, and objects thrown all around the floor, "What happened?" She asked turning to the three adults, tightening her hold on Issac's hand more.
Issac furrowed his brows together on edge, experiencing the same feeling his twin had told him about being inside the pizzeria, "Nothing good, Abbs." He mumbled in answer, gently pulling her away from the glass on the floor in front.
(Y/N) swallowed the lump in her throat nodding in agreement again, feeling Mike's thumb rub over her knuckles soothingly, "C'mon, let's go." She coaxes Abby, and the other two around the glass, "Be careful of that." She added getting pulled along by Mike still, and helped Abby around the danger with Issac's help.

"Do you want me to turn the light off?" Mike's softer tone asked his younger sister, him being crouched beside (Y/N) in their camera office on the floor next to the makeshift fort they built for Abby's bed to sleep in.
Over on the desk area where a separate section was also made, Issac's head was placed down in a pile of books past out from the many nights he's spend studying to eventually become a lawyer. One of the lanterns was lighting the area up, but still didn't stop him from falling asleep, and his snoring to occur.
Abby shakes her head through a tired yawn, leaning into the Diaz girls touch when she brushed her hair back, and fell back into the blanket underneath her body, pulling up the pink sheets to cover herself next.
"Try to get some sleep, alright?" (Y/N) cooed in a motherly tone smiling at Abby, her fingers running down her cheek for a second, and tucked the girl in the sheets, "We'll be here if you need anything."
Mike watched the woman he loved fondly comforting his sister, heart squeezing inside his chest wishing one day they got to have a child together, and a nice happy family. One where he wouldn't lose this time, and try his hardest to keep no matter what would happen.
Shaking away those thoughts from his mind for now, his palm presses against her lower back rubbing up and down, "Good night." He softly wishes to Abby, before standing to help up the other adult from the floor.
As he was about to grab her hands in his to do so, Abby's smaller voice echoes through the quiet room despite Issac's snoring, "It's like camping." She states sleepily, causing Mike to pause mid step tugging up the girl.
(Y/N) saw his sudden distance look gloss over his dark eyes that found hers after a second, making her face soften and squeeze his hand slipped into hers, "You alright?" She questioned worriedly in a whispering tone.
He exhaled heavily through his nose staring into her eyes intently, brining up her knuckles to his lips momentarily also, "M'fine, love." He mumbled against her skin, turning to look at the camera screens seeing nothing out of the order, "Everything's alright."
She trusted his words of reassuring, and nodded her head, as she moved her hand out of his onto his back to pat it gently, "We should probably clean up," She advised moving to the half closed door, "but I can totally do if, if you don't want-"
He was instantly by her side giving her a pointed look the she knew was a scolding one, and chuckles nervously avoiding the stare now. He lopped his fingers around the straps of her jacket, to pull her along with him down the hallway with one last glance back at their sleeping siblings.
Their footsteps echo around the hall they were walking down through, that same feeling of being watched in the shadows coming back to her the more the two got closer to the main section of the pizzeria. In result to that, she shuffled closer to him which he gladly expected.
"Don't you dare let go of my hand yet, Micheal." She muttered through her teeth, the hair at the back of her neck standing up from how on edge she was walking down the barely lit hallway, tempted to run away and hide in a corner.
He snorted a soft laugh hearing her words, shifting his head to graze his nose against the top of her head, "Wouldn't dream of it, sweetheart." He mused lowly, his smile just being seen in the shadows by her wide eyes.
They kept walking side by side down the hallway until they reached the end of it, where the storage cupboard was full of surrounded by cleaning supplies and spare parts for the animatronics. Despite the mess outside, this tiny space offered a momentary respite from the chaos.
Mike used his free hand to pull on the lights string hanging off the ceiling, making the darkness turn into brightness for them. His hold on her was still strong, not even letting go for a second nor loosing her hand intertwined with his.
Her (E/C) eyes catch onto something on the door behind them briefly, mouth feeling dry realising what was stained on it. It was either fresh blood or old splattered on the metal, but it was still there, "Well, that's not good..." She grimaced tugging on Mike's sleeve to gain his attention, and show him the problem.
He furrowed his brows leaning in close to actually see the red substance, before getting pulled back by (Y/N) not wanting him to get near it. The two then turn their heads in sync sideways, flinching back started seeing the figure of a balloon boy perched on one of the shelves staring back at them, with his wide frozen smile.
"Every god damn time-" Her voice is muffled by pushing her face into Mike's chest, groaning into it trying to calm her heavily beating heart from the jump scare that balloon boy pulled on them.
He used the hand that was now out of hers to pat the back of her head gently, before scowling at the little figure and turned it away so it didn't face them anymore, "Great. We should clean now, love." He tells her gently, coaxing the girl back by her shoulders with a smile.
She sighs slumping her shoulders, zipping up the jacket around her up to under her neck, and grabbed the broom he outstretched for her to take. Once she took it into her grasps, she waved it around grinning like an idiot at him walking through the doors back into the hallway.
He smiled at her softly picking up more cleaning equipment from on the ground, muscles flexing a bit under his jumper, and leads the two of them down back where the eating area was that was the most destroyed.
The two instantly got to work once they set foot into the labboy, (Y/N) pushing back her hair with a black bandanna to keep it from annoying her, and bent down to pull by the sign from the ground with Mike's help.
He had filled up the yellow bucket with water from the kitchen, that resulted in for her to get flicked with the cold water from him, and her to splash heaps more at him for payback, laughter echoing around the room.
She went to mop a section near the many tables that somewhat looked comfortable to sleep on, but it had her touching her nose remembering what happened last time. Ignoring the sick feeling in her stomach, she pushed the mop across the floor gracefully over to where he was cleaning up the glass and broken pit balls.
Mike looked up from crouched on the tiled floor holding a dust pan, and brush, eyes widening spotting her spinning towards him fast, and panicked going to stop her from running into something sharp.
Her amused giggles followed through his ears the moment he caught her in a dip like motion, making his scolding stare soften into an adoration one, pulling her back up by the waist, and watched her go back to mopping the already wet area sighing.
They fixed up all of the kitchen next by pulling back up all the shelves falling, or the objects that were on them also. Followed by the party hats on the ground that needed to be binned, and the rest of the glass that had grown the last time the two were at Freddy's.
A bin was placed in the middle of the room for the trash pieces to be put inside of it, as it was almost full now from how much there was. Which included everything they found lose in the rooms, or the stuff broken on the floor.
Mike was helping (Y/N) place up a fallen Freddy mask back onto the wall, holding her by the waist with his thigh in between her parted legs, her butt being supported by the piece of meat.
"Be careful, sweetheart." His now low and raspy voice spoke his concerned warning, lidded eyes trying not to linger on her butt, and instead focused on his large hands cradling her waist tightly.
She hummed in answer, trying not to overthink feeling him so close to her personal bits, rather than thinking that he was just helping her. Though it didn't help when he would purposely move his thigh, so she could feel how tensed up his muscles were underneath her.
When the mask was slipped back onto the hock nailed into the colorful wall, she tipped off his leg causing him to catch her a bit bridal style, arms under her thighs and back this time around.
Their wide eyes met each others, not much space between them as she smiles shyly in thanks, and presses a chaste kiss against his warm cheek, as he carefully put her back down onto the solid ground.
Once the cleaning was all finished to leave a spotless Freddy's pizzeria, the two were breathing a bit heavily from the workout and stood in the middle of the room, glancing over the work they had did together in the span of a few hours.
(Y/N) rubbed her jacket covered arms feeling her skin crawl over being watched from behind her, trying to ignore it by sending a cheeky look to Mike, and bumped her hip against his, "Well done, cowboy." She mused playfully, stifling a yawn into her fist, "I think it's time for a nap now."
Mike looked up from leaning both his elbows on the side of the bin, peeking at her through the small gab with an amused smirk, "Might have to build up your stamina for later on, love." His tone was just a teasing, but more suggestive as he pushes himself, "But yeah, I'm pretty whipped out too."
Her face felt like it was on fire from his comment that he made, moving like a robot to help him push the trash bin down the hallway hearing his chuckles at her reaction, earning him a scowling look from her.
🎈💭
Amidst the dim glow of the cameras and the eerie static emanating from the speakers, the camera room at Freddy's Pizzeria was a quiet haven, the static over the speaker on the wall providing an extra lulling material.
(Y/N) and Mike were nestled together, lost in the realm of dreams. She was perched in his lap, legs on either side of his, and her head was nestled in the comforting curve of his neck, as her arms were loosely around his shoulders.
Her breaths synced with his in the stillness of the room, his arms enveloped around her back tightly, providing a sense of security that allowed her to drift into a tranquil slumber, just like it did for him holding her.
On a nearby table, Issac lay sprawled across a pile of books, his studies abandoned in favor of sleep. His normally sharp features softened in the gentle embrace of rest, his mind finally finding respite from the demands of the day.
Meanwhile, Abby remained inside the makeshift tent in the middle of the room, her tiny form cocooned in blankets. Her steady breathing added to the serene ambiance of the room, filling the air with a sense of innocence amid the surrounding darkness.
Yet their time of sleeping wasn't the greatest idea right now, since some other things were awaking now and coming out from the darkness where they lurked.
The door to the room creaked open eerily, giving a peek to whatever it was behind it a view of Abby, and (Y/N) sound asleep in both their warmth providers. It had the atmosphere inside now tensing up, and shifting into something colder that had the two shuffling in their spots.
(Y/N) found herself waking from a peaceful slumber, her senses tingling with an eerie feeling. A cold hand, light as a feather, had brushed against her hair, "Miss. (Y/N)..." A child's voice, soft as a whispering breeze, had called her name. Instantly, her eyes shot open, her gaze scanning the room.
There, beside Mike, lay only emptiness, further more making her skin crawl uneasy. Issac remained in his corner, still lost in dreams, and Abby stirred in her makeshift tent.
Confusion and concern knitted (Y/N)'s brow as she gently slipped out of Mike's embrace, his arms reluctantly releasing her as he slept on, undisturbed by her movement, and pressed a hard kiss on his sweaty forehead in thanks, and to nurse him back to sleep.
Approaching Abby, who was now wide awake, the woman felt a sense of foreboding settling in her chest, "Why are you awake, Abbs?" She questioned in a soft whisper, bending down to her height in the tend concerned.
Abby, her young face marked by a mixture of confusion and curiosity, grasped (Y/N)'s hands, her grip tight, "I heard someone calling my name too," She said, her voice hushed and uncertain. The Diaz girls anxiety deepened. What was happening in this place?
But then, a sudden change swept over Abby's face. The confusion dissolved, replaced by a strange kind of happiness. She stood abruptly, pulling (Y/N) with her, "Come on! We can go explore now!" She exclaimed in a whisper, with urgency in her eyes, bouncing around in her spot giggling.
(Y/N)'s heart pounded in her chest as she looked back at Mike and Issac, both still peacefully asleep, "I-I don't know, Abbs-" She stumbled out nervously, not liking the idea of going off without the males, "Maybe we should wait. I don't want anything bad to happen to you."
Abby pouts pushing out her bottom lip more, and uses puppy dog eyes on the older girl, "Please, (N/N)!" She begged in a whine, tugging on her shirt sleeves gently to assure, "We'll be right back, don't worry! Nothing will happen."
She nibbled on her bottom lip, (E/C) gaze flickering around Abby's pleading features, before sighing in defeat. If anything wore to happen, she'd put herself in harms way before letting Abby get hurt, no matter what situation they were going to get stuck in together.
And so, with one last worried glance back at Issac and Mike, she allowed herself to be led away by the insistent young girl, their footsteps fading into the darkness of the pizzeria's depths.
Hand in hand the two walk down the hallways leading into the pizzeria area, pushing open the flappy doors as the room was lit up more from the electricity actually working. Abby swings their hands back and forth happily, strolling into the room with a wide smile.
While (Y/N) felt her insides were about to be turned upside down, and how the shivers she was experiencing just got tens times worse being back in the room. Gulping she squeezes Abby's hand keeping her close, and made their way up to the half open red curtains of the stage.
Their was a sudden sound that echoed through the room causing the older girl to flinch, breathing picking up rapidly now, and tuck Abby protectively under her arm. However, the girl wasn't the one who needed to be protected right now. Not that she would know until it was too late.
"Hello?" Abby calls out also hearing the noise, enjoying being in (Y/N)'s arms, "I know you're back there. Might as well come out." She added cheekily, staring into the dark void of the stage through the gab in the curtains.
A second later a pair of red, glowing eyes were looking at the duo from within the darkness, followed by thumbing footsteps as the thing revealed itself from hiding. It caused (Y/N)'s breath to hitch in fear, pushing Abby behind her seeing what was in now walking off the stage.
🎈💭
Inside Mike's dream he was experiencing the same one which was the day he lost his younger brother Garrett, and turned around from watching the car disappear off onto the dirt pathway.
One of the five children was sat in the middle of the forest on the ground, him having blonde hair which he seemed to be the main one in charge, since Mike saw him majority of the time leading the children.
"You're those kids, right?" Mike's voice spoke up hesitantly staring at the blonde's back facing him, taking a step closer to see what he was drawing in the dirt, "The ones who disappeared?"
The blonde instantly stopped his movements with the stick, his drawing of a familiar figure pausing for a second, as Mike knelt behind him now leaning his arms on his knees.
"Look. I don't know how it's possible that you're here like this in my dream, but..." He trailed off beginning to plead, "I need your help. Please. Help me remember the man who took my brother."
The child pondered for a few minutes before standing up from the floor, dusting himself off to get rid of the dirt on his palms, "If we show you, what will you give us?" His question was eerily soft, almost like their was a hidden meaning behind it. Which there was.
Mike doesn't think twice before answering the kid without realising what he was agreeing too, "Anything. I'll give you anything you want." He blurts out standing back up to his height also, as a eager glint forms in the blonde's eyes staring at Mike.
In the distance there was a familiar scream echoing around the dream, followed by a male's voice shouting for Mike to wake up. He quickly turned around to find the soruce, but came short, and instead spotted what the drawing was on the ground.
His blood ran cold realising one of the figures in the dirt looked exactly like (Y/N) sat around a bunch of children, and behind her was a figure of a rabbit that looked more menacing than friendly, even if it was only a drawing.
Mike's eyes snapped open lifting his head up from the chair, his mind still muddled with the remnants of a disturbing dream. Familiar screams echoed in his ears, not from his nightmare but from reality.
He felt himself being shaken awake, and as he looked up, he saw the fear etched on Issac's face. Issac's lips moved rapidly, shouting urgently, but Mike heard nothing but the fading echoes of his music through the headphones he had forgotten to remove.
Panic gripped him as he ripped off the headphones, the world around him crashing back in an onslaught of noise. Issac's desperate voice filled his ears, "(Y/N) and Abby! They're not here! Something's wrong!"
Mike's heart seized in his chest, his breath catching. He glanced around the room frantically, confirming Issac's words. (Y/N) and Abby were nowhere to be seen, only the empty tent and his arms were the Diaz girl once was.
Dread clawed at him as he heard (Y/N)'s cries, pained and desperate, drifting through the building. Without a second thought, Issac sprinted out of the room, his voice calling back to Mike in alarm, "Mike, come on! We have to find them!"
Mike's fear for the two girls propelled him into action. He followed Issac's lead, his footsteps echoing in the empty, dimly lit corridors of Freddy's Pizzeria. Each step felt heavy, his mind racing with the worst possibilities. His prayers were fervent, a desperate plea to any force listening, begging that his girls were safe.
His feet came to a skidding stop around the corner of the main room, wide eyes locking onto the four moving animatronics huddled around something in the middle of the room, and heard Issac's exclaiming voice scolding someone also.
"(Y/N)?! Abby?!" He calls out in a panicked yell, which had Freddy immidently turning to him hearing the voice. It gave Mike the view of who exactly was in the middle of the animatriocs, and felt relief instantly hit him.
Inside held his sister holding onto (Y/N)'s hand standing beside her figure sat on a chair, as Issac was shaking her shoulder gently scolding her, and cradling her bleeding head and nose, that was being stopped by two white cloths.
Mike charged towards the front where the animatronics stood guard, their ominous presence overshadowing the room. But Mike's concern for (Y/N) outweighed any fear he felt, like always he'd do anything, and push through anything for the woman he loved.
Ignoring the animatronics' threatening aura, Mike rushed to her side, making sure Abby was off to the side under Issac's arms now, who was staring teary eyed at his twins concerned. She was seated on a chair, blood marring her face from a cut on her forehead and her nose.
His hands trembled slightly as he cradled her face gently, his thumb tenderly wiping away the remining blood. With a voice laced with worry, "Sweetheart, what happened?" he asked shakily, his eyes scanning her for any signs of serious injury.
(Y/N) managed a wobbly smile, her voice reassuring but strained, "It's nothing, just a strange dream... it made me bleed. The animatronics helped me stop it." She told him softly, reaching up to place her hand over his on her face despite feeling light headed.
The animatronics, once menacing, now seemed protective, their eyes briefly glowing red in response to Mike's touch on the Diaz girl. Freddy's menacing metal figure steps forward with a thump, his lidded eyes beaming on Mike with a look that could kill.
(Y/N), despite her fear, smiled at them, acknowledging their unexpected aid, which had the four pausing seeing the smile. Mike, too, felt a mixture of gratitude and unease toward the animatronics. With Issac and Abby, at his side, he helped her stand, his arms securely wrapped around her, shielding her from any harm.
Issac glared fiercely at the animatronics, a silent warning for them to keep their distance. Abby, surprisingly unfazed, stood behind her older brother, her excitement evident in her wide eyes and giggles, "Freddy this is my brother, Mike." She motioned to the male holding the woman, and to Issac next, "And this is Issac, (Y/N)'s twin brother."
"Abby, what is this?" Both said males questioned warily in sync keeping their protective hold on the other two, backing up a few steps away from the curious animatronics.
"Come on! I want you to meet the others." She coaxed excitedly running back up the other animatronics, and the trio follow despite being on edge, "Guys, this is Bonnie, Foxy, and Chica." She introduced them one by one, as their robot eyes were focused on the humans curiously.
(Y/N) gulped hardly feeling the animatronics gaze move onto her, watching as their heads tilt to the side seeming like they were trying to smile, and felt Freddy's presence behind her again. This was creeping her out too much, and wanted to leave before passing out from blood loss and from being overwhelmed.
Mike digs his fingernails into her hip more to keep her body pressed onto his side, and shared a wide eyed look with Issac, "This-this is a joke, right? I mean there's someone here probably controlling them, right?" He suggested in a quivering voice, looking around at the lit up area from the stage, "I mean....okay, good joke! Congratulations, you got us! You can come out now!"
However he gained no response back, nor did anyone come out from the shadows, which had the three stomachs dropping realising this was wasn't just a skit, and indeed the machines moving all by themselves.
"It's okay, guys. They just wanna play." Abby reassured the trio noticing how on edge they were, and looked to Chica who winked at her, gaining a soft giggle followed by a cheeky grin of amusement.
(Y/N) wiped the rest of the blood from her nose the cloth, pushing out of Issac and Mikes hold making them stress, as she walked forward cautiously, "We have to go home now." She tells the little girl staring at the sadden animatronics now looking back at her, "Come on, Abbs."
"Hold on." Abby pulls something from out of her pocket, followed by a marker that she drew a heart on a piece of paper, "They really like pictures." She placed it on Bonnie's outstretched paw, and thanked them sweetly, "I had a lot of fun tonight. Thank you for helping (N/N), and playing with us."
All the animatronics nodded their heads once, blinking slowly as their gazes moved onto the mentioned girl, who looked like a deer caught in head lights, wanting to disappear back into Mike's chest away from everything.
Issac stepped forward to grab his frozen sister from her spot under the animatronics gazes, as Mike goes to coax Abby away from them also, taking a step forward to where his sister was, "Okay, okay, Abby, come on."
He thought she was going to take his hand, but instead went to hug Freddy instead, making the bear wrap his stiff furred arms around her back, sending the nervous Diaz girl a cute head tilt while doing so.
"Bye!" Abby waves her farewells to the animatronics now, taking Mike's hand in hers as he leads the four of them out of the room quickly. The Diaz siblings hand in hand fall in line with the other two closely, and (Y/N) still feels the stares behind her until the four disappeared from view.
