Storm felt like she was walking on cloud 9 as the sound of Cry for Me by Camilla Cabello played loudly on the speakers through her fashion office and studio while her new employees, stylists, friends, and family joined her in the beautifully decorated building -- all except one person.
Justin.
Just as Storm finished up a conversation with one of her employees, she felt a slim arm link with her making her look to her left and see her mother pursing her lips and pulling her with her to a more private area to talk.
"Where's Justin?"
"Oh, I'm sure he's just stuck in traffic...he'll be here, mom."
"It's not right that he's late for your big day." Marcus spoke out as he walked over to Renee and Storm with his arms crossed over his leather jacket covered arms which made Storm sigh heavily and break eye contact with him and look to the ground.
"Daddy...not this again."
"I'm just saying, Storm...you know I want the best for you."
"I know. I'm an adult and I can handle myself, okay? Just...drink some champagne with mom."
Marcus went to speak again, but Storm had already unhooked her arm from her mother's grip and walked herself away from the two of them as South of the Border by Ed Sheeran was beginning to play just as she headed for the balcony and found herself hugging herself as she overlooked the city.
"Why the long face?"
At the sound of the familiar raspy voice, Storm sighed softly and turned around to see Justin standing just a few steps away from her dressed in a black leather jacket with fur on the collars, a white t-shirt tucked into a pair of baby blue jeans ripped at the ankles with combat boots on his feet while he held a bouquet of roses in his hand.
"Where have you been?"
"I got stuck at the office, we were about to lose a client. I would have called you, but Rick was on my ass about this guy, he's a big client from Seattle and we were about to lose him to our competing company."
Storm remained quiet and sharply inhaled a breath before turning around and crossing her arms over her chest which made Justin mentally slap himself as he walked closer to her and dipped his head lower to Storm's ear level to whisper in her ear.
"You're not really mad about me being late, are you?"
Silence.
"Yeah...I thought so..."
Justin let his free arm wrap around Storm's curved waist as his hands glided across the silk emerald green fabric of her short dress that wrapped around her and was held together by a Dolce and Gabbana belt which made him inhale her scent before spinning her around to have her face him and let her beautiful brown eyes lock with his hazel ones.
"Storm, I love you. I hate seeing this eat away at you."
Silence.
"Tell me what I can do to make you not feel like this, Storm..."
Storm looked at Justin as if the answer was on the tip of her tongue, but she didn't know what to do -- but she was suddenly interrupted in her thoughts by the sound of someone clearing their throat from behind them which made them both look and see one of Storm's employees.
"I'm sorry, Ms. Blackwood, it's time to make your toast."
"Um...right."
Storm locked eyes with Justin for another brief second and found herself cupping his cheek and placing a small and quick kiss to his soft cheek before taking the bouquet of roses from him and heading into the building without him making him sigh and slip his hands into his pockets as he followed behind and leaned against the balcony door.
Justin watched Storm with nothing but joy as she approached the front of the crowd with a wide smile on her beautiful lips as she grabbed the expensive bottle of champagne from her mother and opened it to pour a glass for everyone before she started to speak.
"Thank you all for being here...I've been dreaming about owning my own studio ever since I was old enough to sew by myself. This is...all I could ever ask for -- and more...and I can't wait to make something beautiful and amazing out of this place with you guys, you're all talented artists and that's what I really need...so thank you. Enjoy."
After Storm's toast, everyone rose their glasses to her and started to drink amongst themselves as Storm brushed her curls out of her face and walked past her parents and straight for Justin -- he was suddenly taken back once he realized Storm was pulling him toward her office and shutting the door behind her.
"Storm--"
"You have two minutes to explain what the hell is happening. Go."
Justin was hesitant for a second.
"My family is...fucked up. Complicated. We have a lot of money and...I realized that I needed to focus on me -- only me. So I left, but..."
"But?"
Justin bit the inside of his cheek and shook his head as he leaned himself against the edge of Storm's desk which made her crease her eyebrows and step closer to Justin as he gripped the desk as if he was holding on for dear life before letting out a shaky breath.
"My grandma is sick. Cancer."
"Jay..."
"I-I have to go back. It's why Willow was here."
Storm looked down at Justin and let her arms wrap around him as she stood in between his legs and he held onto her smooth and bare thighs and suddenly felt more relieved than a few seconds ago while Storm pressed their foreheads together and whispered softly. "Okay, we'll go."
"What? You wanna go?"
"Yeah...we're in this together, Jay."
Justin simply chuckled and let one of his hands tuck Storm's wavy curls behind her ear as she leaned into his touch and closed her eyes briefly and heard Justin sigh softly causing her to open her eyes and stare at him as he bit his bottom lip softly.
"I...don't deserve you, Storm."
Storm sharply inhaled a breath and slowly brought Justin's face closer to hers and pressed her lips against his and let all the worry leave her body as their lips moved in sync with one another's, she just wanted to be there for Justin.
Once Storm and Justin parted lips, Justin pecked her lips a couple of times before getting up from the edge of her desk and seeing that people were still partying and having a good time which made him smile down at her and cup her cheeks once again.
"Now, let's go celebrate."
Storm giggled and nodded before interlacing fingers with Justin and heading out of her office and heading back to the party and not leaving each other's side for the rest of the event.

Storm puffed out a breath as she dropped another pair of jeans down into her suitcase on the floor of their bedroom as the sound of 7 rings by Ariana Grande played on her bluetooth speaker, after finding a few more items of clothing, she packed it all up and zipped up the suitcase -- only to grab her second suitcase from the back of their closet and unzip it to load more items inside.
"You know we're only going to be there for a week, right, baby?"
"I know. Gotta make sure I have enough options here. I mean...I've never been to Canada, what's it like up there? How's the food? Is it icebox cold this time of year?"
"It's got a lot of tourist attractions -- Niagra Falls being one of them. The food is good, Ontario is known for producing fruits, vegetables, meat and such...oh and January is the coldest month, so we have nothing to worry about."
After answering Storm's sudden burst of questions, she laughed as Justin stepped toward her with a cheeky smile and kissed her forehead before grabbing his suitcase and starting to pack up his things while she stood back and watched him.
"Okay, smartass...since you know everything. Want to tell me about what I can expect from the Bieber family?"
Justin slowed down his process of folding up a shirt and puffed out a breath as he looked over to Storm and saw her arms crossed over her chest as she stood there waiting for his response making him blink a couple of times and sit the shirt down and walk slowly over to Storm.
Once he was in front of Storm, he sat down on the edge of the bed and took Storm's hand in his and pulled her to sit down on his lap which made her giggle and shake her head as Justin held onto her with his free arm.
"Well, there's my sister, the youngest."
"Willow."
"And the middle child--"
"--Bruno."
"Right, and then, of course, there's my mother--"
Justin was suddenly cut off by the sudden sound of his phone chiming on the nightstand making him and Storm both sigh, knowing what it meant causing Storm to get up from Justin's lap as he went over to his phone and turned the alarm off and licked his lips.
"You know, the way you talk about your mother makes me think she's a handful."
Justin chuckled and ran a hand through his hair and finished placing his clothes in his suitcase before zipping it up and shaking his head before speaking out lowly. "That's because she is."
"What? You don't think I can handle her?"
"I know you can, and that's what scares me."
"I got this," Storm breathed out as she walked over to Justin and cupped his cheeks and made him lock eyes with her as she smiled wide and found herself biting the corner of her bottom lip momentarily. "Anything else I should know?"
"Other than my grandma has no filter? I think you're good."
"Well good, cause I have one thing you should know."
Justin rose a questionable eyebrow.
"What's that?"
"No sex."
"Yeah, no. Not happening." Justin spoke out before letting out a laugh making Storm roll her eyes and cross her arms over her chest as Justin took his phone off the charger and placed the charger in the side zipper of his suitcase.
"Justin, it's nothing against our sex life. It's out of respect for your family."
"You afraid of them hearing you moan my name, babygirl?"
"Shut up. I said it's respect, it's your mother's house for God's sake."
Justin sighed heavily, but nodded in surrender.
"Fine. No sex."
"Thank you."
"Well, we should get going, we don't want to be late--"
Justin stopped himself when Storm stopped herself in front of Justin and looked up at him and batted her long black eyelashes up at him making him raise an eyebrow as he saw her starting to softly bite her bottom lip.
"What're--"
"That rule doesn't apply to our apartment...or right now."
Justin slowly licked his lips as Storm got on her tippy toes and placed her lips on Justin's tattoed neck and found herself placing open mouth kisses on his 'patience' tattoo as she heard Justin shudder under her touch making her smirk against his soft skin as her hands fiddled with Justin's belt and unbuckled his pants to let her hand reach inside his boxers and let her small fingers wrap around his dick and slowly start to rub him through his jeans as he moaned.
"S-Storm..."
"Now, who's moaning whose name?"
Justin couldn't contain himself anymore, he cursed under his breath and gripped Storm by her waist and spun them around so Storm was on her back on the mattress which made her squeal at the sudden action as she kept her hands inside Justin's boxers as he hovered over her while one of his hands guided her while he let out a breathy moan and making a sudden rush of heat form between Storm's thighs.
"We're gonna be late, aren't we?"
"Oh, so late."
"Good."
