Storm found herself slowly rolling over and reaching out to touch Justin -- only to pause once she felt the cold and empty space of the bed which made her crease her eyebrows and slowly open her eyes and let the sun shine through the sheer white curtains.

Groaning to herself, Storm slowly rolled over and looked at the digital clock and saw it was almost 10 o'clock which made her sharply inhale a breath and start to get out of bed when she suddenly smelled bacon and toast making her brush her hair out of her face.

Once Storm was out of bed, she decided to take her hair down from its ponytail and she suddenly stopped when she felt something on her finger, Storm looked down at her ring finger and felt her heart start to beat faster in her ribcage as she dashed out of the bedroom and toward the kitchen.

"Jay..."

Just when Storm entered the kitchen, Justin had his bare and tattoed back turned to her -- but the sudden sound of Storm's worried voice made him turn around and put the kitchen towel on his shoulder and chuckle to himself as Storm remained confused and anxious.

"You're up earlier than I expected..."

"Jay, this isn't funny, what--"

Storm stopped herself when she felt Justin take her tiny hand in his large ones and drop down onto one knee before her and make her gasp lowly while covering her mouth with her free hand to prevent her from crying as Justin gave her that million dollar smile she loved.

"Justin..."

"Storm, I...I've been in love with you since the first time we've met. I know that sounds crazy, but...when we kissed that night, I thought -- no I knew, we were going to be together. I knew I couldn't lose you after that and...I'm glad I didn't. There's no one I'd rather spend the rest of my life with, Storm..."

Storm felt the tears prickle the back of her eyes as she used her free hand to brush her hair out of her face while Justin let out a shaky breath out of nervousness and followed it with a shaky laugh as he rubbed her soft hand.

"Storm Blackwood...would you make me the happiest man and marry--"

Before Justin could finish his sentence, Storm's lips were on his as her tiny hands held his chiseled jawline while she joined him on the ground on her knees and kissed Justin with so much passion, she thought she could explode with it as the tears slowly streamed down her cheeks.

After she and Justin pulled away from the kiss, Justin laughed to himself and kissed Storm's lips one last time and wiped her tears away making her giggle softly as Justin held her close to his chest and spoke out softly. "Is that a yes?"

"Yes, Jay. A million times yes."

Justin felt the butterflies in his stomach as he felt the joy take over and he found himself picking Storm off the ground and having her squeal in his ear as he spun her around and the two enjoyed the moment -- up until Storm creased her eyebrows and looked Justin in the eyes.

"Is something burning?"

"Oh, shit--"

Justin placed Storm on the ground carefully before running over and turning the stoves off and letting the smoke try and get out of the room by opening up the window just a few inches from him -- only to have the smoke alarm start to go off which made him sigh heavily and turn back around to Storm and see her trying to cover her smile.

"You think this is funny, huh?"

"No, you're just so cute."

"I tried to make us breakfast for when you said yes--"

"Get dressed, Bieber, we're going out to celebrate."

Justin smiled and chuckled as he walked over to Storm and towered over her and rubbed her arms gently before pressing a long and lingering kiss to her lips as she slowly wrapped her arms around his waist, once they pulled away Justin spoke softly against her lips. "Whatever you say, Mrs. Bieber."

"Hold your horses, Bieber, we just got engaged."

"A man can dream."

Storm shook her head and pulled Justin along with her to the bedroom to get dressed while the soft sound of RPG by Kehlani played on the bluetooth speaker, after a while of getting dressed, Storm was dressed in an oversized white button up with a pair of high waisted skinny blue jeans with a pair of brown stapped sandal heels with her hair in a low neat bun.

After getting a few more things together before leaving, Storm suddenly heard Justin's footsteps on the wooden floor as he stepped into the living room with her and she saw he was dressed in a tan jean jacket on top of a black t-shirt with a pair of black skinny jeans with rips at the knee and a black pair of Chelsea Boots with a black Rolex on his wrist.

"Ready, future Mrs. Bieber?"

Storm rolled her eyes playfully and let Justin meet her halfway and interlace their fingers before heading out of their apartment and heading to the restaurant to celebrate their engagement.

The waitress sat down Justin and Storm's menu for them on the dark brown wooden table making them thank her as she pulled her notepad out of her royal blue and gold trimmed apron and pull her pencil out from behind her ear before speaking.

"What can I get you two to drink?"

"Two mimosas."

The waitress nodded and walked off while writing down the drink orders, leaving Justin and Storm alone as the soft sound of Better by Khalid played throughout the restaurant while Justin found himself reaching out for Storm's hand and rubbing the back of it as he looked down at the ring that shined in the sunlight.

"I still can't believe you said yes..."

"Pretty awkward breakfast we'd be having if I said no."

Justin and Storm shared a laugh before starting up another conversation -- only to have it interrupted by the sudden vibration of the table, they both looked to see it was Justin's phone vibrating from a call which made him curse under his breath and pick up the phone and reject the call, but before Justin could hit reject, Storm had already saw the caller ID.

"You...don't want to get that?"

"No."

"Hm...who's Willow?"

Just as Justin was putting his phone in his jacket pocket, he paused when he heard Storm let those words leave her lips -- words he never thought he'd hear her say which made him felt like there was a sudden lump in his throat.

"Uh...what?"

"The caller ID? I'm not stupid, Justin. It said 'Willow' on the screen."

"Storm, it's...not what you're thinking--"

"Justin Drew Bieber!"

Both Storm and Justin jumped in their seats as they looked toward the sound of the sudden scream and saw a young woman stepping toward them with long blonde hair that was curled perfectly to flow gracefully back as she walked while she was dressed in black ruffled spaghetti strapped dress that stopped mid thigh with a yellow ripped jean jacket on her shoulders and a pair of black high top converse.

"Justin, who is--"

"Stay here, Storm."

Storm rose an eyebrow at Justin's sudden tone as she watched him sharply rise up from the table and speed walk toward the girl just as the waitress came back to the table with the mimosas -- only to pause once she saw Justin speed walking away.

"Should I...come back?"

"That...might be for the best."

The waitress awkwardly walked away -- but before she could, Storm yanked her mimosa off her tray and sighed heavily and took two big gulps as she watched Justin meet the girl halfway and get straight to a conversation.

Meanwhile, Justin had approached the young woman and immediately sighed as she looked at Justin with nothing but anger all over her face with her arms crossed over her chest. "You haven't been returning my calls."

"I know."

"I've been worried about you."

"I know."

"If you weren't my brother, I'd kick your ass."

Justin mentally rolled his eyes.

"Willow, can we not do this now? I mean--"

"Are you on a date?"

"Willow, no--"

Before Justin could finish his sentence, Willow was already making her way for Storm making her crease her eyebrows and take the last gulp of her mimosa and watch Willow approach her with a bright smile on her lips.

"You're a little too young for Justin, don't you think?"

"Gross. That idiot's my older brother."

"I'm sorry, your what?"

"Willow, I think it's time for you to leave. Now."

Willow sighed heavily and turned around to face Justin before walking past him as if he never met him before which made him sigh and shake his head as he rubbed his jawline while going back to his seat and sitting down while Storm remained quiet and looked down at her hands.

"Storm...I can explain--"

"--Oh please do. Because you told me that everyone in your family was dead."

━━━━━━ β—¦ ❖ β—¦ ━━━━━━

Storm paced the living room back and forth with her hand covering her mouth as Justin sat on the edge of the couch with his arms rested on his thighs as the silence of the apartment grew thicker by the second while Justin just sat there patiently and let Storm take her own time to speak.

After what felt like forever, Storm finally stopped pacing and looked down at Justin which made him look up and they both held silent eye contact for a second before Storm puffed out a breath and shook her head while sitting down on the edge of the couch opposite from Justin.

"I...don't understand why you would lie about that, Justin."

"I know. You don't deserve that, Storm..."

"What was so bad that you had to lie about your family being dead?"

Justin sighed heavily and shook his head as he took a second to respond -- almost as if he was struggling to find the right words which made Storm crease her eyebrows and get up from her couch and sit on Justin's and rub his back and hold his hand with her free one.

"Justin..."

"I--"

Justin was interrupted by the sound of a knock at their door which made Justin huff out a breath and head to the door and open it slowly to see Willow standing there with a shiny red bag in her hand as she looked at Justin like an innocent puppy.

"Willow--"

"I come bearing gifts..."

Justin clenched his jaw and looked over to Storm who gave him an approving nod from afar making Justin hold back any urges he had and let Willow inside which made Storm rise up from the couch and cross her arms over her chest and stand in her spot as Willow carefully walked toward her.

"You...must have a million questions."

"A million and one, but who's counting?"

Willow and Storm shared a small laugh before Willow found herself walking over to the couch and meeting Storm and handing her the bag which made Storm crease her eyebrows and hesitantly take the bag.

"Little early in the relationship for gifts, don't you think?"

"It's a little something to celebrate."

"Celebrate?"

"Can't really miss that rock on your finger." Willow breathed out as she smiled wide at Storm and then to Justin which made Storm giggle softly and open the bag as Justin walked closer to the couch and went to stand next to Storm.

Once Justin was next to Storm, he watched Storm open the bag and pull out two white and gold trimmed mugs that had 'Mr. Bieber' and 'Mrs. Bieber' written in gold calligraphy on them which made Justin lean closer to Storm and hold her waist before kissing the top of her head.

"I love them."

"I can't believe I'm finally getting a sister! It's annoying being the only girl with no one to talk to about girl stuff."

"Don't think this is going to make up for you flying out here, Willow." Justin spoke out as Willow rolled her eyes and huffed as she went to sit on the couch behind her as Justin creased his eyebrows and slipped his hands into the pocket of his jeans.

"And how the hell did you know where Storm and I would be? Where we stay?"

"You know, for someone who got rich by his brains, you're so behind."

"Willow."

"Bruno got me here."

"Bruno?"

"He's the middle child."

"Great, more siblings Justin's lied about." Storm murmured out as she placed the bag down onto the couch and sighed softly as she brushed her hair out of her face and headed for the bedroom and shut the door behind her.

Once Storm was gone, Justin clenched his jaw and looked down at Willow and saw her simply looking over her pastel pink manicured nails making Justin sit down on the couch across from hers.

"You've gone too far, Willow."

"I'm not the one lying to my fiancΓ©e about my life."

"I wasn't lying to her. I was protecting her."

Justin was about to speak again, but he stopped himself when he started hearing Willow laughing which made him sigh heavily and wait for her to finish.

"You think you can hide our big family from her? I'm surprised she hasn't Googled you."

"I removed what needed to be removed from my life when I left."

At Justin's words, Willow finally met his gaze and saw the seriousness in his facial expression which made her feel the sudden pang in her chest as she creased her eyebrows and spoke softly.

"You...really were that serious about leaving..."

"I...needed a fresh start, Willow. You didn't understand."

"No, I understood. You thought you could just leave and think it'd be okay to leave Bruno and I."

"Willow, no. I...left for reasons that I can't tell you."

"Because I can't handle it?" Willow croaked out as she felt the tears start to form in the back of her eyes which made Justin swallow a sudden lump that formed in his throat.

"Willow--"

"Grandma's got cancer."

Justin felt his heart stop for just a split second.

"What?"

"That's why I've been trying to reach you...and to make sure you weren't dead."

Justin didn't respond, making Willow clear her throat and wipe underneath her eyes as she got up from the couch and had Justin repeat the action and follow Willow as she headed for the door -- but once they got to the door, Willow turned around sharply and stared at Justin.

"You know what this means, right?"

"I know...I'm going to talk to Storm."

"Well...I guess I'll see you back at home."

Justin didn't respond, instead, he opened the door for Willow and watched her step out the door -- only to turn back around and take Justin into a tight hug that caught him off guard, but he soon adjusted and smiled before wrapping his arms around her.

"I'm really glad you're not dead, Jay."

Justin laughed at Willow as she felt his body vibrate against hers before they pulled away and she sharply inhaled a breath and waved goodbye which made Justin simply nod in her direction and shut the door behind him and prepare himself for the long night with Storm.

Justin hesitantly walked toward their bedroom and sighed softly before opening the door slowly and seeing Storm lying flat across the bed on her back and looking up at the ceiling -- but she let her eyes fall on Justin once he opened the door.

"Storm--"

"You're going to have to make this up to me with a lot of sex, Bieber."

Justin didn't protest and found himself smiling as he shut the door behind him and slipped his shoes and jacket off and walked over to the bed to lie his body gently down on top of Storm's before planting a small kiss on her forehead and letting all their issues go away.

At least for the night.
