Jungkook sighed as he pushed open the door to his apartment and plopped down onto the couch.
In a matter of hours, Jungkook had made some shocking discoveries that involved himself.
His fingers traced the mark on his neck and he felt himself tear up again as his thoughts went back to the events that occurred moments ago. He thought back to how protective and caring Namjoon was over his family.
Heck, he broke into Jungkook's house and pinned him against a wall because he thought Jungkook was hurting Taehyung.
He tried to wipe out Jungkook's memory just to keep his pack safe. He could see the love in their eyes when they spoke of their pack. A look that seemed so foreign to Jungkook.
Unfortunately for them, their seventh member was him.
A human.
Not a werewolf like them.
He felt like an intruder among them, like he didn't fit in; like he didn't belong. He knew that Namjoon and Yoongi didn't trust him as much as the others did.
But he understood why.
He had longed for a family and for love for as long as he can remember and now he's finally been offered one, he couldn't be any more happier.
At the same time, he's afraid.
He doesn't know anything about them. He doesn't have a single clue about their likes or dislikes.
What if they get mad at him?
Would they hit him like his father used to?
Or would they comfort him and love him, the way he dreamed a real family would?
He groaned, as he glanced at his wall clock.
It was nearly 5 pm.
He had missed his classes for the day.
Great.
Just great.

"You were supposed to be here by half past four. Where were you?" The man yelled, spit flying from his mouth like some llama.
Jeez! He was worse than a llama.
Atleast llamas were cute.
"I'm sorry, sir," Jungkook bowed apologetically.
"Get to work, you useless prick."
People were mean, Jungkook knew that. When they walked into the store and saw him mopping, they'd walk all over with their muddy footwear and wouldn't ever bother apologising.
They swore at him, yelled at him if he couldn't help them the way they expected him to. By the end of his shift, Jungkook was exhausted and on the verge of breaking down.
It was true.
Humans were monsters.
He was one too, as much as the rest. His father always reminded him about it whenever he had the opportunity to.
Jungkook was responsible for his mother's death.
That thought alone had a tear rolling down his cheek as he walked back home.
