Nitika rushed towards Aditi's house, pushing past the gathered crowd. Inside, she was met with a horrifying scene Kairav was forcing Aditi to sign some papers, his hand clutching her hair painfully as she struggled to break free. Her face was red with a clear slap mark.

Nitika saw the onlookers watching with pity, but she knew they wouldn't intervene they never stood up to Kairav, they never will.

Nitika knew she couldn't confront Kairav alone. She rushed to her father's car, yanking open the door. "Papa, come quick! Help me!"

Manish sprang out, leaving Rohan bewildered inside. Together, they sprinted past the bystanders.

Manish grasped Kairav's shoulders, pulling him away from Aditi. "Kairav, please leave her."

Nitika enveloped Aditi in a tight hug. "Hey, it's okay. Calm down, I'm here." She gently stroked Aditi's hair as she sobbed uncontrollably. Aditi clung to Nitika, whispering, "Nitu..."

Kairav's face twisted in rage. He shoved Manish back and punched him squarely on the jaw, sending him crashing to the ground with a bleeding mouth. Nitika's eyes widened in horror. "Papa!" she screamed.

Kairav's menacing gaze locked onto Manish, struggling to rise. "You dare to touch me?. Who are you to interfere in our affairs huh?!"

Aditi's terrified eyes pleaded with Nitika, "Do something, Nitu. Please."
Nitika pleaded with the onlookers, "Please, someone help us!" But they stood frozen, their faces etched with pity and fear.

Kairav continued to pummel Manish, who lay defenseless on the ground. "Someone, pull him off!" Nitika begged.

Aditi clung to Nitika, sobbing. "Nitu, please do something." "I don't know, Aditi. Nobody's helping us," Nitika cried, her voice cracking.

Just then, a scream pierced the air. Rohan stood over Kairav, who lay on the ground, clutching his jaw. Rohan helped Manish up. "You okay? No, your not okay. you're bleeding too much."

He turned to the bystanders. "Why are you all standing there like you're watching a movie? Call an ambulance and the police!"

Aditi and Nitika stared at Rohan in awe. Someone whispered, "Oh god, did he just punch Kairav?"

Nitika saw Kairav rising, aiming to attack Rohan, who was busy helping Manish. "Rohan, sir, watch out!" Nitika shouted.

Kairav pushed Manish and Rohan to the ground and punched Rohan in the stomach. Rohan clutched his stomach, coughing. Nitika's eyes widened. "Rohan, sir!"

"You dare to punch me, bastard?" Kairav shouted, his eyes red with anger. "You punched me back, asshole. Now I will give it back to you." Rohan said while standing up, holding his stomach.

Kairav chuckled. "Oh should I be scared by your words?!." "You can decide." Rohan replied while punching him on his jaw, making Kairav stumble back on the unexpected attack.

Kairav chuckled darkly as blood came from his mouth. "You don't know me well. You asked for it, now you'll face the wrath of Kairav" he said while wiping the blood from his mouth.

The two engaged in a fierce fight, exchanging blows. Rohan punched Kairav twice in the stomach, making Kairav loosening his grip on Rohan's collar.

Rohan stood up and looks at Kairav, who lay bleeding on the ground. "I told you I'd give it back," Rohan said, helping Manish up.

He looked at Nitika and Aditi. "Are you guys coming or not?." Nitika nodded quickly, leading Aditi to Rohan.

Rohan glared at the gathered crowd. "Still standing there like statues? Someone, call a damn ambulance!" A menacing voice made him turn. Kairav charged towards him, eyes blazing.

Nitika swiftly picked up a wooden stick from the ground, leftover from a cut tree. With a fierce determination, she struck Kairav, sending him crashing to the ground, clutching his head.

The onlookers gasped, eyes wide with shock. "Oh god, she hit him... she hit Kairav," a bystander whispered, eyes wide with shock. "Looks like he's not moving... is he dead?" another onlooker murmured.

Nitika's heart sank at their words. She stood frozen, her grip on the wooden stick tightening.

Rohan, catching the whispers, swiftly moved to Kairav's side. He dropped to one knee, fingers pressed against Kairav's wrist. Rohan's face relaxed slightly. "He's alive. Just unconscious."

The tension in Nitika's shoulders eased, but her eyes remained fixed on Kairav's motionless form. The crowd's gaze shifted to Nitika, still gripping the wooden stick, her expression unyielding.

Rohan quickly grabbed her hand, urging her toward the car. "Let's go!"
Aditi, tears streaming down her face, followed Rohan's gesture to join them.

As they passed the house, Preeti stood at the entrance, shock etched on her face. She shot Aditi a cold face, but says nothing. The bystanders watched, frozen in shock, hesitant to intervene in Kairav's affairs.

Aditi and Nitika settled into the backseat, while Manish and Rohan occupied the front. Rohan took the driver's seat, following Manish's directions to their destination.

They pulled up in front of the railway station. Rohan turned to Manish, confused. "Manish uncle, we need to get to the hospital. Why did you direct me to the railway station?"

Manish's expression turned resolute. "I'll be okay, beta. You three go. Kairav won't let this go. He'll come after us, especially the Aditi. Before it happens you guys need to go away from him..from this place."

He gazed at Nitika, Aditi, and Rohan, his eyes pleading. "Please, take my daughter and Aditi with you. If they stay here, Kairav will never leave them alone. Let them have a normal life."

Manish's voice cracked. "Just please help Nitika find a job there, and you'll never hear from us again. They need to go from here to keep them safe, Rohan."

Rohan's eyes widened, understanding Manish's sacrifice as he watched Nitika and Aditi's fearful glances, he couldn't help but wonder: What's driving their terror? Who is Kairav, and what's his hold on them?

The questions swirled in his mind, but one thing was clear, he couldn't abandon them. Whatever demons they faced, he'd stand by them.

Rohan steeled himself, determination etching his features. "I may not know the details," he thought, "but I know one thing, I won't let them suffer alone. I'll protect them, no matter what." Rohan nodded solemnly. "I'll take care of them, Manish uncle. Don't worry."

Nitika's eyes welled up with tears. "Papa, no! I don't want to leave you!"
Manish's face contorted in pain. "Beta, please go. This is the only way to keep you and Aditi safe. Kairav's influence reaches far, but you guys will safe there, in Mumbai."

Aditi grasped Nitika's hand, her own eyes brimming with tears. Manish turned to Rohan. "I have a friend who works in the railway. I'll get him to arrange tickets for Nitika and Aditi."

He looked at Nitika, his eyes filled with concern. "The documents for your job are still at the college, right, beta?" Nitika nodded, tears welling up.

Manish's expression softened. "Then it's all settled. Take care of yourself, and don't worry about Papa and Maa. We'll be okay."

Nitika's voice trembled. "Papa...how can I leave you guys here?" Manish gently wiped away her tears. "I told you, beta, we'll be okay. Just go."

He turned to Aditi, patting her head. "Aditi beta, take care of yourself too." Aditi nodded, sobbing quietly.

"They will be okay, Manish uncle. I promise."Rohan said. With a heavy heart, Manish leaned over and hugged Nitika tightly. "My brave girl, take care of yourself and Aditi." As they shared a final, tearful goodbye, Rohan helped Nitika and Aditi out of the car.

Manish watched them disappear into the railway station, his eyes streaming with tears. "I'll be okay, beta," he whispered to himself. "You're safe now." With a deep breath, Rohan led Nitika and Aditi to the train, leaving Manish and the dangers of past behind.

----

Aditi sobbed uncontrollably, her shoulders shaking with guilt. "This is all my fault..." Nitika sat beside her, tears streaming down her face. She wrapped a comforting arm around Aditi's shoulders. "We're safe now, Aditi. We're leaving it all behind," Nitika whispered.

Rohan sat opposite them, his eyes filled with empathy. He felt helpless, unsure of how to ease their pain. Their tickets, arranged by Manish's friend, lay on Rohan's lap, a tangible reminder of their escape.

Aditi's voice cracked. "What if Kairav finds us? What if he hurts your family?" Nitika's grip on Aditi tightened. "We'll face it together. We're not alone anymore."

Rohan waited patiently, allowing Aditi and Nitika to compose themselves. As they calmed down, he offered them the water bottle provided by Manish's friend. "Take a sip," he said softly.

After they drank, Rohan's curiosity got the better of him. "I don't mean to pry, but I need to understand. Who is Kairav? Why is everyone terrified of him?" His gaze shifted to Aditi. "What did he do to make her so scared?"

Aditi and Nitika exchanged a hesitant glance. Nitika nodded, understanding the unspoken question. "Don't worry, Aditi. We can trust Rohan sir," Nitika reassured. Aditi took a deep breath, her eyes locking onto Rohan's. She nodded slowly.

Nitika placed a comforting hand on Aditi's arm. "I'll tell you everything," she said, turning to Rohan. Her voice was resolute, but her eyes betrayed a hint of fear.
