Dear Diary,

I'm with my neighbor again!

Wow, it's becoming a hobby of mine. This time, I brought some of my favorite snacks. Dr. Song told me that I have another scheduled operation tomorrow, so I need to prepare myself.

So far, it's getting bearable. My mom told me that she's been looking for sponsors to fund for my chemotherapy, and I agreed to do it if we find more money.

As I was blabbering to my neighbor, he finally smiled!!! It was for a second, but I saw it. I told you, he'll be friends with me soon.

He also found out that I'm younger than him, so he told me to use honorifics. He was glaring at me, but his voice was just too soft so I couldn't take him seriously

Even though he's grumpy most of the time, I know he's nice.

I just know it. He may be hostile to people, but his eyes speak a lot. Everytime I stare at his eyes, it's like I'm seeing all of his emotions at once.

He might be dull, but his eyes are full of colors.

So... yep, my new friend is nice.
