We all ran into the mansion to see the damage, the stained window glass was everywhere as well as a suit of armour that was knocked down by the ball.
Peter sighed.
"Well done, Ed."
He said sarcastically.
"You threw it!"
Edmund retorted.
In the distance we heard Mrs Macready shout
"What on earth is goin' on?"
We all turned in that direction then looked back at eachother.
"The Macready!"
Susan said, already panicking. Me and Lucy glanced at eachother and knew exactly where to run.
"Come on!"
I said quickly, took Peter's hand subconsciously and ran out of the room, the others following.
We kept running up one staircase, down the other when we finally reached the spare room.
I quickly ran to the wardrobe and opened the door.
"Come on!"
I hurried them.
"You've got to be joking."
Susan said sounding reluctant but as we all heard footsteps nearing so we rushed into the wardrobe. I realized I had been holding Peter's hand and let go, I didn't want to make him uncomfortable.
"Get back!"
"My toe!"
"I'm not on your toe!"
"Move back, will you stop shoving!"
Peter and Susan fell out onto the cold snow, they slowly turned around and looked in shock and amazement.
"Impossible!"
Susan exclaimed, still stunned.
"Don't worry,"
Lucy stepped forward.
"I'm sure it's just your imagination."
Lucy teased Susan.
'Oooh, got enough ice for that burn Susan?'
I giggled silently as I put an arm around Lucy.
"I-I don't suppose saying we're sorry would quite cover it."
Peter asked as well as apologizing.
"No. It wouldn't..."
Lucy told them but glanced at me with a mischievous glint in her eye.
Peter looked down sadly, not realising what was about to hit him.
(Pun intended ;P)
"But this might!"
I quickly said and threw a snowball at him, we all started throwing snowballs at eachother, laughing and having a blast. Susan threw one and accidentally hit Ed.
"Ow! Stop it!"
He said in an annoyed tone and glared at her.
"You little liar!"
Peter spoke, walking closer to him.
"You didn't believe them either."
Edmund said, trying to defend himself.
"Apologize to Y/n and Lucy."
Edmund stayed silent.
"Say you're sorry!"
Peter insisted.
"All right! I'm sorry."
Said Ed though it sounded fake.
"That's alright."
Lucy began.
"Some little children just don't know when to stop pretending."
'Wow, when did Lucy get so savage?!'
Ed scoffed.
"Oh very funny."
"Maybe we should go back?"
Susan asked us.
"But shouldn't we look around?"
Edmund asked hesitantly.
'That's a little suspicious, I should ask him about it later...'
"I think Lucy and Y/n should decide."
Peter said turning to us.
Lucy gasped in delight and I smiled brightly.
"We'd like you all to meet Mr Tummus!"
