Many years had passed since my dad left Cair Paravel.ย  It took a while getting used to being in Narnia but it felt amazing. Me and Peter had been together for a long time now and those years felt so magical with him. Peter was always so sweet and caring, our dates always felt like something out of a romance novel.

The Pevensies and I rode through the forest all together chasing after a stag, Peter infront, me after him, then Edmund, Susan and Lucy. We sped up a bit and Susan overtook Ed grinning at him cheekily, we laughed gleefully. Then Lucy overtook Ed and he came to a steady halt. I also slowed down my horse, to make sure he was alright.

"Are you alright Philip?"
Ed asked, concerned for his long-term friendly horse companion that he'd met all those years ago when he was training for the war against the White Witch.
"I'm not as young as I once was."
Philip answer him, panting for breath from chasing the stag so fast.

Peter, Susan and Lucy rode back to him, Susan in front.
"Come on, Ed."
Susan hurried him.
"Just catching my breath."
"Well, that's all we'll catch at this rate."
"What did he say again Susan?"
I asked her, teasing Ed a little.
"You girls wait in the castle. I'll get the stag myself."
Susan mimicked him jokingly and looked at Ed.
We all laughed, it was always hilarious when Ed acted so amazing and almighty when really he was sort of like the baby of our group.

I looked up and saw a tall pole covered with ivy that had a glass box with some fire in it and got up from my horse.
"What's this?"
I asked myself out loud which got the others attention too and they looked up.
"It seems familiar..."
Peter wondered.
"As if from a dream.."

The flames danced in the glass cage, as if it was a campfire with Tumnus and the satyrs, dancing around it but miniature.

"Or a dream of a dream."

"Spare Oom."
Lucy began to remember something and I glanced at her confused, so did the others.
She turned and ran.
"Lucy."
Peter said.
"Not again!"
Lucy led us through a beautiful pathway, covered with trees and vines in beautiful autumn coloured ombre.
"Come on!"
Lucy hurried us and took my hand. I took Peter's hand, he took Susan's and she took Ed's.

She led us to a closing and kept walking, the things around us felt so soft,

Like fur coats...

"These aren't branches."
Peter spoke.
"They're coats."
I said to him.
"Susan, you're on my foot!"
"Peter, move off!"
"I'm not on your toe!"

We all fell out and landed on the hard, wooden floor of the spare room.
That's right, we weere in Narnia all that time and since time goes by differently there we became adults while in real life we where still children.

The door opened and the professor walked in.
"Oh, there you are. What where you all doing in the wardrobe?"
He asked us although his eyes said he already knew.
We smiled to ourselves.
"You wouldn't believe us if we told you, sir."
Peter tried to cover it up, failing badly.
The professor threw the ball that smashed the window at Peter, he caught it.

"Try me."
