𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐩.𝐨.𝐯.

I was taking to Susan and Edmund, as well as some other people. I started to wonder where Y/n went, I saw Lucy and Tumnus walk in from the balcony and decided to ask them.

"Hi Lu, Mr Tumnus, have you guys seen where Y/n is?"
"Oooo is Peter missing his one true love?"
Lucy teased, I rolled my eyes smiling.
"Yes I am, Mr Tumnus have you two seen her?"
"Yes, she's just at the balcony."
"Thank you."

I thanked him and began to walk away when I was yanked back and held by Tumnus.
"You break my best friends heart, I break your ribs."
He threatened me. Well then, he's terrifying when mad.
"Don't worry Mr Tumnus, I wouldn't dream of it."
I reassured him and smiled as I walked away to the balcony where Y/n was.

She looked so gorgeous standing there, the gentle breeze in her hair making it fly up gently, the sun on shone on her face making her look angelic, her f/c (favourite colour) outfit sat perfectly on her. I walked over to her, wrapping my arms around her waist and resting my head on her shoulder.

"Hi Peter."
She spoke softly, slightly turning her head to kiss mine making my heart flutter.
"Something wrong?"
She asked.
"Nope, just missed you."
I mumbled.

"Are you alright?"
I asked her back.
"I'm fine, Father left again that's all."
I frowned, I wasn't mad at Aslan of course but having Y/n stay sad wasn't something I wanted. I spun her around and cupped her face.

Her eyes were filled with sadness but a slight bit of amusement. She smiled, a bit of blush beginning to make its way onto her face. I could feel my own beginning to slightly heat up.
"You are not staying sad on my watch, would you like to go back inside and dance?"
"That would be nice Peter, but can we stay here for a little longer? I love looking at the sunset here."
"Of course. Anything for you."
I smiled and lowered my hands to wrap around her waist, her own went around mine. I leaned in to rest my forehead against her own, closing my eyes, trying to imprint this moment in my mind forever.

"Peter, can I tell you a secret?"
"Yes?"
"Well, after all that we've been through and seeing you get hurt made me realise something..  I love you Peter."
She spoke, her eyes looking down, not daring to meet my own.
"R-really?! I love you too!"
I gasped out.

Y/n looked up to look at me, her eyes shining as if filled with stars.
"Really? You really do?"
"Of course silly! I would never say that for no reason."
Her eyes lit up even more somehow and a contagious grin made its way up to her face.
"Thank goodness! I was so worried you would think that I was annoying and weird."
"I would never! Truth be told, I think I've loved you since you called the witch a bitch."
"Really?"
She giggled. She was so beautiful.
"Yeah."
I smiled sheepishly.

"Can I, kiss you."
I asked, my voice barely a whisper. Maybe it was too blunt, maybe she was now going to hate me-
"Yes."
Y/n whispered back.

I looked down at her lips and back into her eyes, checking she really meant it and she did the same. I raised my hand up to cup her face and slowly leaned in and tilted my head to one side slightly

I felt like I was going to burst, the butterflies in my stomach were going crazy, I couldn't believe I was actually kissing Y/n. Her hands made their way up from my waist to around my neck, I felt like I was in heaven. We quickly parted, it was short but perfect.

She rested her forehead against mine and grinned, my own face doing the same back at her.
"I'm so happy to be with you."
"I feel the same, Y/n."
I felt her face heating up against mine.

"Are you flustered?"
I teased her.
"As if!"
She drew back and stuck her tongue out at me.
"Come on, let's go see what's going on in there, Peter."

She took my hand and led me away from the balcony as we went back inside, enjoying the nice celebration with everyone.

"I love you Y/n."

"I love you too Peter."
