You felt hollow when you arrived at your family's home in Copenhagen, but Sofia and your dad made your stay pleasant.

You'd try to sleep only when alone in bed, yearning for Taehyung like never before.

You couldn't react to your friend's inquiry about your upcoming marriage. Your heart broke, and the thoughts of the guy you love igniting his hatred for you made you shiver.

He reminded you of UNI's cruel and heartless Taehyung. How are you going to get over him? Jimin told you that he still hasn't regained his memories. It's a lost cause.

Laura and Olive also visited your home. You were sitting on a sunny terrace. The weather is pleasant right now.

What you told them was saddening to them.

"Give him plenty of time to heal and reclaim his memories. It's been six weeks since the last time you saw each other. You're madly in love. He'll reveal his feelings for you. "Your brown-haired friend consoled you.

"Olive...He only remembers our pranking relationship in university. For almost four years, we tortured each other. We did things that were both cruel and harmful. He'd never forgive me for playing a prank on his brand-new sports car. For years, we've made a spectacle of each other. Taehyung detested me. And now he realizes how much he despises me because of my presence. When he first saw me, you should have witnessed his reaction... It hurts my heart." Your eyes welled up again as you bit the inside of your cheek.

As she sat down, Laura hugged you sideways."Cha-young, don't lose hope. You're a fierce fighter. Okay. He'll find you sooner than you expect."

You sniffed and shook your head.

"Jimin claims that his doctor isn't confident that he will restore his memories and that the mere mention of me caused him to pass out. He warned his family and friends not to mention my name in front of him. They'll never be able to reveal my involvement with him. I... miss him." You began to cry uncontrollably into your hands.

The reality of your lost love smacked you in the face. It was worse than losing your high school sweetheart to your cousin. You had no idea what true love was until you and Taehyung decided to try it. He loved you with all his heart. You loved each other passionately.

It was the most surprising moment when you remember the nights you spent in his arms, loving him with all your heart, your heartaches, when you revealed your secret dating relationship with Bangtan. They couldn't believe their eyes when the enemies transitioned into lovers. Taehyung's parents were astounded when he fell for this nightmare-inducing Danish girl.

While you balled your eyes out, Olive and Laura could only embrace you. Sofia, your father's girlfriend, arrived on the terrace with freshly baked Danish pastries with jam and lemon curd made by your maid and hot Lumumba drinks void of rum. Olive enjoys her alcoholic drinks.

You all expressed gratitude as she set it on the table before you. You appreciate all of your friends' support tremendously. At the Copenhagen Museum, you are all assistant curators. Your boss gave you six weeks of paid sick leave.

Sofia was attempting to soothe you as well.

After a few hours, your friends went, and you sat on the patio, pondering your unsettling thoughts.

Even though the cast on your broken hand has been removed, your shoulder is stiff and uncomfortable. When you noticed the massive scar on the back of your shoulder blade where a large piece of glass had been struck within, your eyes welled up with tears. It was excruciatingly painful. You can tolerate physical hurts, but heartbreak is excruciating.

You're aware that mental healing will take time. You will, however, make it through. You only miss Yeontan, the adorable puppy Taehyung bought for you on your third date as a gift.

You've inquired about him with Jimin, and Taehyung's parents kept an eye on him when you and Tae were in the United States. How are you going to retrieve your puppy? Taehyung adores Yeontan as much as you love that adorable Polenisian puppy. If you have to take back Tannie, Taehyung will fight back. He would want to see the state of your relationship. You don't like the battle to re-ignite because of him. You've grown up learning how much you love him and how much it would hurt you to hurt him.

You'd be better off letting him live his life in peace and forgetting the fact that he has ever loved you.

You felt a blinding ache in your head as soon as you stood up. You whimpered and clenched both fists around your head.

Gosh, you've noticed that your migraines, including nausea, are getting worse.

Sofia heard your yelp and rushed up to you, alarmed, as you sat on the garden chair again.

" Åh min Gud (Oh my goodness), Cha, are you I orden (alright)? It would be best if you had a check-up, dear. There could have been negative effects of the accident that you were unaware of. You've been whining for days," she says, gazing at you. Your father will return from his two-week conference today.

"I'm just a little queasy, and my head hurts. I'll go to the hospital when I get my shoulder checked out and hand physio. Will you please join me?"Your eyes pleaded with hers. Because you despise hospitals, you appreciate the moral support. After your mother's death, you developed a strong aversion to hospitals. Even being in a hospital with Taehyung was painful.

"I order, okay? When do you have your appointment? Before you go back to the office, we can go shopping. When you're in Korea, your colleagues miss you." She smiled pleasantly. You kept a grin on your face despite the pain.

She walked you to the kitchen and said, "Come, let me fetch you some medication..."

When your father returned from his conference, he was glad you had recovered since he left you two weeks ago. Sofia informed him that you've been suffering from persistent headaches for some weeks. Your father was concerned, and he couldn't wait for your appointment. He dialled your doctor's number, and you and Sofia were whisked away to your father's care within minutes.

When you walked into the doctor's office, you were very nervous. Your shoulder was aching in the damaged areas and felt uncomfortable.

Dr. Victor Larsen is a friendly and approachable person. Your family has known him for years since you underwent tonsil surgery when you were nine years old. Noah, his son, was your senior in high school. Because he was the school's outstanding athlete, every girl had a crush on him. He is now a well-known soccer player for the Danish National Team.

Dr. Larsen used to joke that you were an excellent fit for his son's unwillingness to commit to any girl. He has already reached the age of 24. You chuckle. You're not Noah's type. Sorry.

Following a series of tests, Dr. Larsen scheduled an appointment for you with a neurologist to examine your brain as a result of your migraines. He appeared worried but assured you the rest of your body would be fine. With the shoulder, you must be cautious. You have a feeling your shoulder injury will be a long-term issue. You want to sob uncontrollably when you see the scar on your shoulder. You'll need to be confident to wear topless dresses or shirts with no straps.

Your left hand's tiny pinky is still aching and skewed. You came out of that wreck with more flaws than you'd ever had before. Depression tried to take hold of you, but you were able to shake it off. Please gain control of your life. Live your life as you did before meeting Taehyung. It won't be easy, but you can heal your mind, soul, and body. You'll get over it, but not today.

Dr Larsen spoke with your father to update him on your healing. He showed you the dates for your next arm check-up.

The physiotherapist's assessment wasn't as bad. At the very least, you hoped that your shoulder and hand would improve with time.

After the doctor's appointment, the family drove home in silence. Nobody was in the mood for a trip to the mall. Sofia has decided to order lunch, and you can eat it at your leisure. . . Your father has to return to the workplace to check on his employees and assign them tasks so that he can spend more time at home with you and Sofia.

You went to sleep early that night, painkillers in hand. Taehyung's repeated rejections left a mark on your dreams. In your sleep, you were always crying.

Early in the morning, you wake up vomiting and sweating profusely and need to drink water to stay calm. Your mind was a plaque with images of his eyes gazing at you with disdain, and your heart wouldn't let go. After you've found love, how do you plan to move ahead?

You awoke a little later than usual the next day, sluggish from the medicines you had consumed the night before. The previous night's sleeplessness had left your eyes red-rimmed.

Sofia approached your door after hearing your feeble voice. With a worried expression on her face, she entered. Your father instructed her to check on you. She stayed at their house when your father was away on business. You're regretful for preventing her from tending to her business. Her assistants are now in charge of the projects, as she is a handbag and shoe designer. She desires a healthy and recuperating future stepdaughter.

Sofia grinned as she drew your curtains wider to let more light into the darkroom. You give a little teary grin.

Sofia walked in with a tray of croissants, beans, bacon, hashbrowns, pork sausages, an available eggs benedict sandwich, and a pot of our favourite tea.

You sat up grateful as she placed it on the bed tray," (God morgen)Good morning, sweetie. Eat up, sweetie. Today, I feel we should go out and get some plastic therapy. How about a trip to the mall?"

You quietly thank her for the delicious food. (morgenmad)breakfast," (God morgen)Thank you, good morning...yes, we can go. I'm just a little nauseous from all the medicine. My head doesn't hurt as much as it used to, but the medicine's side effects make me feel sick."

Sofia smiles, and her lovely eyes sparkle in your direction. "Do you think you'll be interested in working on another project? I just got a call from your employer, and he told me to tell you to call him. Give him a call because it appears to be urgent. Will you be all right...do you need anything else?"

You shook your head as you sipped your hot tea and ate your bread. "No, all I need is for you to marry my father right now. Please inform him that I am capable of taking care of myself. You are in love with each other. Why not make it a legal thing?"

Sofia laughed," Oh Cha-young..we will get there; be patient. Your dad (far) Right now, your father is more worried about you getting better. He cares about you, and your heartbreak is killing him."

"I'm sorry for causing him unnecessary suffering," you say sadly. "I'm going to get well. I'll keep my word. It's just that I love Taehyung so much that the fact that I can't see, embrace, or love him hurts my heart, Sofia. I hope to move on from him, but it's too soon." With trembling lips and sad eyes, you said. Sofia rushes over to your side and gives you a warm hug.

" Don't be concerned, sweetie. We will give you space to grieve and heal from your relationship. Okay. Taehyung will regain his memories and come to you." She reassures you. You just pressed your lips. After breakfast, you quickly showered and wore your hair in a ponytail with your skinny jeans and cardigan. You make your way to the living room.

It may be sunny outside, but there is winter in your heart. You looked for your phone and found it on the dining room table, where you had left it the night before.

You sat down on the plush dove grey sofas and scrolled through your texts on your phone. Taehyung's mother inquired about your well-being in a follow-up message. She just said Tae is still recovering, but he appears to be in good health. However, she senses he is missing something in his life. It's difficult for them to explain why she's in his life.

You respond with a text, thanking them for loving you during your time with their son. You warn them to be cautious and not to bring up your name in front of Tae. You also enquired about your puppy, and your heart fell when she told you that Taehyung had grown closer to Tannie and getting him back would be difficult without revealing particular details he refuses to accept.

Jimin sent you a message. You were on the verge of a heart attack when you received this message.

Jimin: Cha-young, I'm extremely sorry. Dilraba is back in his life, and I can't keep that from you. She is working hard to get back to him, and they have even gone on a couple of dates together. I'm not sure what to think. I apologize, Cha-young. According to the doctor, he may never regain his memory.

When you heard the news, you felt your stomach constrict painfully. You lifted your feet, dashed to the restroom, and puked your breakfast. You started crying uncontrollably as you sat on the bathroom floor.

When Dilraba, the girl he loved at university, returns to reclaim what she believes is hers, you know you'd never regain his love again...
