Finishing up packing I decided to call Mikey even though I know he'll be sad and hurt when I tell him I'm moving but I need to get it off my chest.

After hanging up my phone with tears coming down my face like a waterfall, I just couldn't hold it in any longer. Every emotion I felt went into the tears running down my face. I honestly felt like my life was over. Walking to the front of the house to the front porch I sat down and waited for Mikey. A few minutes later Mikey appeared and sat next to me. A sigh escaped as we both didn't make eye contact.

"So what's wrong?" Mikey asked me.

"My mom is making us move to California for a job offer and I don't want to go." I tell Mikey as I cried.

"When are you leaving?" Mikey asked pulling me into a hug.

"Tomorrow morning." I said finally looking up at him.

"You know I'll miss you so much." He said putting his head on my shoulder and I put mine on top of his.

"I'll miss you more than you'll miss me." I said taking my head off his.

"Not even possible." Mikey laughs.

"Yes it is possible." I laughed nodding.

"I'll love you to a million." Mikey said to me.

"I'll love you to infinity. Now beat that." I laughed.

"Well I can't because infinity goes on forever." Mikey says shaking his head.

"Exactly." I nodded.

"I don't want you to go." Mikey sighed.

"I don't want to go either." I said shaking my head.

"Will you call me all the time?" Mikey asked me.

"Of course I will." I nodded.

"It's gonna be so different without you here." Mikey sighs.

"I know it is." I nodded in agreement.

   The two of us stood up and I gave him a huge bear hug squeezing him tight. I seriously didn't want this moment to end. I'm going to miss moments like this with him. We pulled away from each other and he gave me a kiss on my cheek.

"Bye." He smiles.

"Goodbye for now." I said and smiled.

"Always remember me." Mikey says before walking away.

"Always." I whispered to myself.
