"Well Sri, you know right how important this project is? That was the only reason I had to call you here to work offline. I hope you understand and make necessary arrangements. I am sorry, but I don't have any other option left too, I can't replace the leads at this point as it will cause too much disturbance. Please get back to work, Sri! I'll relieve you again after this project if needed",Shreini said.

Sri felt like the ground that she was standing on was snatched from her. She was the only option for them but what about her daughter. Sri nodded and left Shreini's cabin.

Her team was waiting for her, she was working here since four years and her team loved her now after one year though they still love her and respect her it feels difficult to be with them like before.

Her thoughts were revolving around Aadhira. Who is going to take care of her? Will she be able to survive without her mamma and dadda? She is not even a year old.

"Ma'am?",Rishi one of her team mates called her as they saw her lost in thoughts.

[These team mates are going to be seen often, so introducing Sri Devi's team mates : Rishi, Akash, Nila, Sitara, Amala]

"Ma'am, is everything okay?",Sitara asked offering water to Sri Devi.

Sri quickly gulped down the bottle of water. She shook her head once and looked at her team who were looking at her with happiness in their eyes.

"You can call me, Sri or Devi as usual! What's up with this ma'am and all?",she asked casually.

Bringing personal life into professional was of no use, she had made up her mind that she would manage somehow and even talk with her family once she goes home but now that she is here, she has to fulfill the purpose for which she was here. Sure, she was a mother but she was the team lead here to whom responsibilities and delivering proper result mattered.

"These days were a bit rough, and I can't thank you all enough for being here still. Anyways, now that we are back. I want us to give our hundred percent for this project. Sitara, make sure the meeting room is ready. Amala and Rishi, I've seen the designs and I think there is a scope for some changes which I hope you both are down for. Akash, I didn't get your feedback about the designs I sent a few days ago, make sure you leave feedback asap. Nila will be presenting along with me today. I hope you are ready,Nila",she said and the whole team smiled at her finally having their lead on board finally like before.

The team was on their toes the whole day, they were trying to complete the pending work. It was finally lunch time when they decided to take the break and come back. That's when she remembered, Ram and Aadhira had to bring lunch for her. She went to take her phone to call and check on how they were doing.

"Mammmmaaaaaaa",Aadhira's voice caught her ears and there they stood the father and daughter duo.

She walked towards them and quickly took Aadhira in her arms, kissing her all over her face.

"I missed you",she whispers in her ear even though Aadhira couldn't understand anything.

Her team who was going to call her for the lunch, saw her with her daughter and husband. Ram knew them when they met sometimes like this, he waved at them signalling them to come.

"Hi, Ram",the over excited Sitara smiled and hified with Ram while the others were waiting to be introduced to baby Aadhu.

"Um..guys this is Aadhira my daughter whom you might have seen in meetings sometimes",Sri said.

Aadhira's m.v : I saw thiss girll somewheree, this also ayyo I saw them all somewhere!! Where did I see them? Where? Think Aadhu, think, think. Oh yes, I saw them in screen laptop screen, they used to do hehehehe when I used to kiss my mamma. They invade my privacy with my mamma, are they bad?

Aadhira looked like she was going to cry looking at them all and that's when Ram took her in his arms trying to calm her down and assure her that all of them are safe to be with.

"She didn't throw any tantrums, did she?",Sri asked with a worry-stricken face.

The team understood that they needed some privacy.

"Devi, we'll be there in the canteen you guys come there. We're hungry, we'll catch up there",Aakash said and Devi nodded.

"No, she was alright maybe because I was there too. We'll talk about other things later. Do you what we cooked today? We cooked pulao and paneer curry for you",he said trying to divert her attention.

Her face said about it all, all her worries and tensions were clearly seen on her face. Aadhira was looking around and was confused why her mother was here.

Aadhira's m.v : Why is mamma here? But this place is noiceee..so many necklace on walls also. Wowwwww! Will I come here too daily,if mamma comes? I hope I come then I will make friends with everyone and play so much. I will ask bestie also to come here

The three of them reached the office canteen and saw the gang waiting for them to start their lunch. They settled down around a table and Ram was still holding Aadhira and she was silently observing everyone around.

"She seems like a silent baby",Nila said.

"If only you knew, Aadhu is anything but silent",Sri said and all of them chuckled.

They shared their lunch and had it while talking to each other about what all happened in office when she wasn't there. They completed their lunch and by now, Aadhira got comfortable with the whole team after looking at her mamma who was talking with them smiling.

Amala held Aadhira in her arms, while Rishi and Akash were playing with her.The others were wailing to have their chance with the baby. Suddenly, Aadhira became a celebrity and she was giggling and laughing with the newly found attention from them all.

One after other, they started playing with Aadhira, and Aadhira was having fun completely.

Aadhira's m.v : hehehehe, ayyo don't tickle yaar! You guys are so much fun. You should come home we all will have so much fun hehehehehe I am way too ticklish and hehehheheh

Aadhira was most comfortable with Sitara from the girls, and with Rishi from the guys side. She loved Rishi's blue iris colour that she would stare continuosly into trying to figure out how he got blue.

Aadhira's m.v : Hey, did you spill blue colour in your eyes when you were small? they're so beautiful. I like it, can you make my eyes also ?

While Sitara wore an embroidery dress which instantly reminded her of her bestie.

Aadhira's m.v : Hey akka, do you know my bestie? She has same same dress like I wanted to pull these things but they never came only.

As the lunch time was done, Aadhira and Ram had to go back while the others went back to work. Aadhira bid bye to them happily and this time Sri waved back at her too giving her flying kisses.

Nila gave the rest over presentation while Sri was designing some back up designs.

"Alright, team! I want you all to come up with one back up design each by tomorrow evening. I know its a short term deadline but I can't help since once we submit this, we might actually get some redos or something which is quite common. So when the change is quite time consuming we can present them this asking if it actually matches their requirements. What do you all say about it?",she asked.

"I think, its a good idea Sri but now working on a design at such short time period is difficult. Why don't we present it and if they are not satisfied, we'll re work. Without knowing what their opinion is and what kind of changes they are asking for, it would be waste to work on new designs which might as well end up being the same",Rishi said.

"You do have a point, What about others?",Sri asked.

"We agree with Rishi, Sri",all of them said.

"Alright, lets do that. Akash, did you mail me your feedback already?",She asked to which Akash nodded.

"Basing on the feedback we have given for each other. There are a few things that I'll mail it to you personally by today evening. Any more questions?",Sri asked.

"No, Sri all good",Amala said.

"The meeting is dismissed you all can get back to your work",she said and got back to her work. She went to her cubicle to find a small gift on her table. She looked around but didn't find anyone who could do that.

"To my ammadi" was written on the gift and she smiled looking at that.

She sat down and opened it to see a picture of them three, a picture of their wedding, a picture of hers before her wedding, a picture with her in laws and a picture of Aadhira when she was small,a picture with her parents and a picture with their entire family. She was smiling wide when she saw it and tears pooled in her eyes.

Some paper was there along with it, she opened it to read.

Dear ammadi,
Hey, I know you might be ready to cry but today is not the day for your tears, get that? Your dear daughter was snatching my phone when I was searching for these pictures, I don't know how do you bear with her everyday during your meetings! Anyways, you may ask why these pictures and you might as well have a lot of worries and questions to ask but nobody to ask all those things. Why fear when Ram is here? Okay, listen up I'll boast about myself later on. These pictures are not what define you, Ammadi. Your family, your daughter, your husband are not something that defines you but you know what defines you? Your identity and your passion. You are there where you had to be, if given a chance you would look after Aadhu all your life but I don't want you to do that. I want us to grow together in whatever aspect of life it is. Work hard like you always do and don't forget you have a husband, in laws, friends, parents to rely on when it gets too much. You don't need to do everything at once. We'll figure it out. Get it? Whenever you see this frame you gotta remember you have dreams to chase and nobody is going to cut off your wings ever. Aadhu won't let me write anymore. Rest I'll continue at night. Tataa! As she came to the end of the letter she was out of words.She was wiping her tears with tissues. She did not know when did she get this lucky to have a husband like him.

It was almost in the evening and she was wrapping her work. Rishi came up to her cubicle.

"Yes, Rishi?",she asked.

"Actually, Sri! I hope you did not find anything that I said in meeting as offending. I was just trying to be logical",Rishi said.

"C'mon Rishi, it's not a big deal. You had a point and there is nothing to get offended with. Relax and don't over think! I sent you your feedback, inform the others also about it",she said and he nodded.

Soon she wrapped up her work and booked a cab back home, on her way she brought some flowers for Ram and Aadhira's favourite gulab jamun. She got off the cab after like 35 minutes and took the stairs to reach her apartment.

She knocked on the door, but it was already open. She slowly opened the door to find..

Did I tell you all? I finally found an ending for our Aadhira's story and I might write like 10-15 chapters more before the end. Ah, I can't believe I found the end already.

I manifest a person like Ram in real life, how much more sweeter can he be? Writing letters and gifting his wife and most importantly supporting and encouraging her. Aye hayee!
