"Devi! 5 more minutes yaar, Aadhira and me slept at 1am literally. We lost time in stories",Ram murmurs sleepily.

"Of course, what work do you both have other than that. I don't have any problem with your sleep Ram, sleep as you wish but when you get late to the office and your manager shows his anger towards you, dare you show that anger on me I'll not think twice to kick you out of home",Sri Devi said in a loud tone from the kitchen which disturbed our princess's sleep.

"Wah, wooh wah",Aadhira yelled which woke up Ram in a jiffy.

"Good morning princess, see only you know how to wake up dadda. All your amma does is shout, shout and shout",he whispers slowly to his daughter while she giggles.

He scoops her in his arms, kisses her on her cheeks and gets off the bed. Both of them go into the kitchen to find Sri Devi preparing the cerlac for baby Aadhira and coffee for Ram and herself.

"Good morning Aadhira baby",she kisses on Aadhira's cheek and she let's out a heartful laughter. She throws her hands towards Devi, asking her to take her into her arms.

Devi takes Aadhira into her arms from Ram and walks towards the dining table with Aadhira's cerlac and places it there. Both of them go into the balcony which was filled with various flower plants.

"Aadhira baby, let's water water the plants",saying so Devi puts Aadhira's tiny hands on the watering can and carefully pours them on the plants one after the other. The bright sun light falling on both their faces, made the sight even more beautiful to look at for Ram to look at.

Realizing he was getting late, he quickly gulped down the coffee and rushed into the washroom to complete his morning chores. By then, Devi completed drinking her coffee too while playing with Aadhira in the balcony.

Devi plucked some flowers and put one on Aadhira's baby hair, Aadhira placed her hand over the flower and got into her hands. She was observing each inch of the flower amazed by its beauty. She slowly stood up from her place and put it in the hair of Devi which made her smile.

"Aww my baby girl, you are definitely mamma's girl",Devi was talking and just then Ram came all decked in his formals.

She crawled towards him giggling and making happy sounds.

"Of course you are mamma's girl only till your dadda isn't in your sight",Devi said and got up from there.

"Devi, come here",Ram called her and she went up to him while Aadhira was talking to him as if she had a thousand secrets to tell him.

"Yeah Ram? I'm sorry I wasn't able to cook today. Slept more than usual",she said and sighed.

"It's fine! I'll manage. You over worked last night? Everything fine sweety?",he asked pulling her into his embrace.

She snuggled more into him and put her head on his shoulder.

"Actually no, team isn't working properly and me working from home is making things easier to them. I gave them one last warning last night and made them work till the work is done",she said and he patted her hair.

"Up till 3am I see?",he asked.

"Yeah, once their work was done. I started with mine so~",she said and he nodded.

"I'll order breakfast for you, see if you can make lunch. I'll prepare dinner once I am back home",he said and pecked on her lips while closing Aadhira's eyes.

"Ram, what are you doing? Aadhira is here",she pushed him away blushing.

"I closed her eyes don't worry",he said and smiled sheepishly.

"Huh, now comes the main task! Mission Divert Aadhira from her dadda when he goes to work",Devi said and sighed while Ram chuckled at her.

"I'm going to take her for a bath, that's the best way",Devi said and took Aadhira in her arms who was basically sitting on the dining table and pouring the salt all over which the parents missed on seeing.

"Oh god, you spilled it all over! Babyy, didn't mamma tell you this no no touchy",Devi said with a sad face and Aadhira laughed at her which made Ram laugh too.

"Alright, Ram garu have a good day! Love you! Bye",she said and picked Aadhira into her arms.

Both of them went into the bathroom and Devi checked the luke warm water in the bath tub and made Aadhira sit in it.

They played a lot while bathing and after that was the favorite time for Aadhira, she loved getting dressed up in a different way every day.

"Aadhira, color color which color do you wanna choose?",Devi asked and she looks through her wardrobe and points out at the pastel blue color shirt and pant, ugh never gonna compromise for her comfort!

She was all dressed up, then came the main task of feeding the baby. She made Devi run all over the home to complete her morning meal.

Once it was done our baby was Aadhira fell asleep, Devi carefully scooped her in her arms and placed her on the bed placing pillows on the four sides so that incase she rolls over she wouldn't fall down.

She quickly took a bath and completed the house hold work, it was almost afternoon when she had her breakfast and then she reports to her work, thankfully she got a half day off because of the ot she did the day before. She starts working on the bed keeping an eye on Aadhira who makes a clock round during her sleep.

It was around 3 pm when she woke up again and the routine goes on, Devi feeds her and plays with her for sometime till she gets tired. They go for a walk in the nearby park in the evening where loads of kids come to play.

Aadhira tries to play with them but since she can't she feels happy seeing them play.
