Y/n POV

When we get back to the dorm, Grim, Celestia and Lucas have already gone to sleep. As I take a warm bath after a long day then change into my nightgown.

"Huuummmmum... Mmya mmya... Did ya see my super shoot?" Grim is talking in his sleep, dreaming about the magic shift tournament.

"I'm too sore to sleep...and Grim's sleep talking must've woken me up," I mumbled as I put on my shoes and a small blanket around my shoulders. I walk outside the dorm to get some fresh air, just to clear my mind of everything that happened today.

A few minutes later, I was about to go back inside when all of sudden a strong wind blew my hair and caused me to let go of my blanket, "It's gotten pretty cold." I mumbled, walking towards my blanket, rapidly a man suddenly pop out of the bushes and grab the blanket.

He looks at the blanket for a second then at me. "....Hm? Who are you?--" The male asked, then his reaction turns surprised. "Wait! You're..." He mumbled. The male has pale skin, glowing green eyes, a pair of large black horns, and dark hair.

"An Intrude!?" I murmured. I turned my attention to his clothes, 'He's wearing a green and black armband, so this man is from Diasomnia.'

"Well now, this is a surprise. You are a child of man." He said.

I stack my mouth open, 'Huh!? Did he just call me 'Child of man? This guy!!! Who is he and why is he almost look like Queen Maleficent?' He looks very familiar and yet I can't recall where I saw him.

"Do you live here? This building had been abandoned for a long while. I'd been quite fond of it as a place I could be quietly left alone." The male with horns said.

"I'm sorry but may I know who are you?" I asked, the male stared at me with wide open.

"Who am... You don't know, who I am? Truly?..." He asked as I nodded, "....hmmm. Is that so? That is...exceeding rare. What should I call you?"

I raised an eyebrow, 'He didn't even answer my question, now he's asking for my name.' I sighed, then gently lift my dress and curtsy. "It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Y/n Kambe. I'm the perfect and the dorm leader of this dorm." 

"Y/n? That's an unusual name. I'm..." He quickly stops himself,  "Actually, no I'm not going to tell you. Not knowing is for your own benefit. The moment you hear it you'll feel a frost spread over your skin. For your ignorance, as an exception. I'll allow you to call me whatever you'd like. Though, you may come to regret that someday..."

'This guy is weird...' I thought to myself.

"Hmph... Nevertheless..." The man with horns walks toward me, and raps the blanket around my shoulders, "But if there are people living here it means this abandoned is no longer abandoned That's too bad." He said; disappointed.

'Is he disappointed because I and the others are living here now?' I questioned myself.

"I have to find another abandoned place for my nightly stroll. Well then, I bid you adieu." He kissed my forehead, "You have grown to be a brave girl." He mumbled then disappeared leaving green fireflies in my area.

"He disappeared...?" I ask myself, then watch the fireflies dancing around the sky. "This green light and fireflies, I'm sure that I saw this before."

Three-person POV

Meanwhile at the Savanaclaw dorm in the dorm leader room. Leona set down on his bed, as he looks outside his room while his mind is somewhere else. The moment Leona heard the door open, he turned his head and saw Ruggie enter the room. 

"Leona, good evening. I brought your dinner. And I took care of another job." Ruggie said as placed the tray of food on the table.

"Ahh. Aren't you an efficient one, Ruggie?" Leona said.

"Well naturally. If it's for you Leona, it's easy." Ruggie chuckled.

"Ha, don't flatter me. You're doing this for yourself."

"....Oh no, Leona. This is for us, y'know. Everyone wants to turn this world on its head. The hyenas in the legend of the King of Beasts followed him because they wanted to improve their lot in life." Ruggie said, "I'm just doing the same."

"Hmph. Then be discreet while you 'hunt'. Don't leave evidence." Leona told the hyena.

"Shishishi! Of course! It's hyena policy to never leave a scrap of their prey behind." He giggled, "Ne, Leona. What do you think of Y/n?"

"Huh!? You mean, that herbivore. Hmmm...." Leona glanced at the ceiling, "She is a mystery, hard to understand, strong, and annoying. That is for sure."

"Shishishi! From what I heard from those Heartslabyul, she is actually a real princess. An elegant, brave, and brilliant in her studies, and mind of her moments including that's happening around her." Ruggie said, placing his index finger on his chin. "For me, the two of you look adorable together."

"HA!? No, we aren't." Leona grunted, "Plus she is the type of girl who would kick anyone if they insulted her."

"Shishishi! Whatever you say... Oh, by the way, Leona-san. For the next prey, which dorm and who should we target?"

"Let me think." Leona placed his index on his chin, "How about a wolf that likes to sneak around eavesdropping on others?"

"Huh!?" Ruggie flinched.

"I know you're there, fresh baby. You might want to find a new hobby with those giant ears of yours." Leona yelled at the door, where Jack is hiding. The white male wolf soon entered the room.

"...." Jack sighed.

"What do you want this late? Are you homesick and need a lullaby?" Leona asked Jack.

"I'll sing for you. Shishishi!" Ruggie chuckled.

"Tell me the reason. Why are you guys doing something like this?" Jack asked his upperclassmen.

"I see. You're looking for a bedtime story. Alright, I'll tell you one. For two years in a now we played against Malleus and Diasomnia Dorm in the first match of the tournament." Leona started explaining, "The result, we were crushed. A participation trophy. Savanaclaw has taken down opponent after opponent but even we were like newborn kittens who hadn't even opened their eyes. That unsightly state was broadcast to the whole world. Do you know, what happened in the end? The dorm leader was branded as  incompetent and scouts from pro leagues and sponsors dried up."

"That's because... you just weren't good enough..." Jack murmured.

"That's precisely it. Until last year we literally weren't committed to personal affairs." Leona said, "having an honest match with that monster-like opponent without coming up with something in advance was stupid. We knew we'd lose but we still didn't come up with a plan. To hear that about Savanaclaw, the dorm that is founded on the persistence of the King of Beasts, it must have been a shock."

"That doesn't make the cowardly way you're attacking people any less wrong!" Jack shouted as he pull out a fist.

"It's wrong?" Leona questioned, "Jack... you know, I'm only thinking about what's best for all the members of Savanaclaw? If we shoot down Malleus, we'll get revenge for all of that and the value of Savanaclaw will be restored. It's already decided that if we don't win this year Malleus will be entered into the hall of frames. This is our chance. But you want to give it for your sense of justice? Do you want to destroy your upperclassmen's future?"

"Th-that's...!" Jack pondered Leona's question.

"Using your head when chasing prey is the basics of hunting, There's nothing cowardly about it," Leona said.

"Shishishishi! In this school its survival of the fittest. Goodie two shoes can't survive here." Ruggie laughed.

"Dorm head, if you gave it your all would have no problem against Diasomnia!" Jack exclaimed, "I still remember your play from three years ago. I....!"

"Don't talk like you know everything!" Leona shouted, "Give it my call. Utterly foolish. Even if I did, nothing would change. ...Leave. If you want to see the morning sun."

Leona glanced at him, as Jack clenched his fist behind his back and lift the room without a single word.

"That guy's a liability. Should I get rid of him?" Ruggie turned to Leona with a question.

"Just wait." Leona stopped Ruggie, "Even if he goes and tells Crowley, he has no evidence. That and we need him to crush Malleus. Keep a close eye on him for now."

"Ye~s" Ruggie responds, then lift the room.

"...Tsk, damn fresh-baby... Sound just like my brother." Leona places his hand on his forehead and follow by a tired sigh.

"Do you want me to help you? With this plan of yours little prince." A male voice entered through the balcony, and lay his back to the wall with his arms crossed.

"Huh!? And why should I let an outsider help me?" Leona turned his head outside of his window.

"Because we have one thing in common and that is to destroy our enemy." The male walks inside the room, "You want to defeat Malleus Dracomnia and I defeat Y/n Kambe."

"Huh!? Just who are you?" Leona crossed his arms.

"Magnus Li, no. 4 of the sinister, also known as beasts killer. Prince Leona." Magnus introduces himself.

'The sinister, I heard that name before. Ah! They are the group of evil people, who killed billions of life.' Leona thought himself, "Forget it! I'm not getting help for you. Now, leave my dorm."

"Huh!?" Magnus raised an eyebrow, "Suit yourself. But if you ever change your mind, feel free to call me." Magnus tossed to Leona a small piece of paper with a magic circle symbol on it, then disappeared away.

Drip Drip

Y/n entered the dorm and went up the stairs. Then suddenly she heard a drop of ink again. The girl placed her left hand on her forehead.

'Ah!? This sound again... I have a feeling something bad will happen soon.' She looks outside the window, "I hope Olivia and Felix are alright." She goes back to her room and falls asleep.

A/n: Good morning/afternoon/evening to everyone! I just like to announce that I won't be able to update new chapters for some time since school is starting and I will be busy forcing in my studies. So you guys won't hear anything from me. But, if I have free time from school or am not busy, I will try to publish some new chapters. I do hope you understand. Well, that's all I need to announce.
