hello hello! let's start.

— O1. First things first, why did you wanted to started your own community? 

Hel : Well, actually, Ish and I arent the original founders of Ataraxia. Ataraxia was formed out of a merger involving, if I'm not wrong, 3 different communities. Ish and I were promoted to Founder and Co founder when the last founder, Hazel, stepped down.

Ish : The Ataraxia community, was originally started and founded by Hazel, Akira and other wonderful people. Later as some old members might remember, Hazel decided to handle it herself and I admire her for that. Due to some personal reasons, she had to leave to and given that i was a Co-founder at that time, the community was handed down to me. I had accepted it because, I was (and am) interested and wanted to try out the new opportunity.

— O2. Is it hard to run the community even though it's handled by two of you? 

Hel : Well, running a community always has its ups and downs. Luckily, we are blessed with our wonderful founders' team, whom we can turn to whenever we need help.

Ish : Oh, now that you've asked. Handling a community is so damn hard and I now bow down to those who handle it alone. If it weren't for Hel, I doubt I would have been able to handle it. I'm so proud of them and really glad that they decided to be there for me and with me throughout. Though, now a days, a lot of things are being handled by her because of my exams, I can't imagine how hard it must be. We both try hard. Hopefully, one day, the community will achieve success and get what it deserves.

Hel : Awwwww T-T, Ishie why you gotta do this to me. 

Ish : because it's true. I never really spoke about it loud, but yes that's what I feel. Thank you hel, I love you, really. <3

Hel : I love you too *a lot of crying emojis that I am too lazy to copy paste*

— O4. What's it's like to meet new people and interview them? 

Hel : Well, I personally am not very involved in the interviewing process. I mostly just read through the interviews and give my input. However, getting to interact with all of these lovely people who join and apply to our community. I have very serious social anxiety, so getting to interact with new people all the time helps me to get out of my shell more.

Ish : Though there are interviewers for doing the job, I sometimes have taken interviews for people and it's really interesting, knowing and understanding views of various personalities and things from their perspectives. Interviewing does some wonders for us, we get to learn a thing or two.

— O5. Does the work of the community come in between your daily life? How do you manage that? 

Hel : Yes, sometimes. Especially when we have problems in our personal life like exams. But again, the cupids can always rely on each other to take care of the community.

Ish : It quite does, but I always do try to manage between them. Like I said before, because of exams I haven't been able to focus much on the community but hopefully, as soon as they are done, I will be able to help a lot more that I do usually these days.

— O6. Since you're both a fan of music, who would be your favourite singer? 

Hel : Ooh, I have too many to say. I listen to a lot of music. My most recent obsessions have been Vivaldi, Maneskin and Taylor Swift. 

Ish : That's quite debatable, I can never choose one singer as my favourite, coughs it's Taylor Swift.

Hel : Yessss Taylor!!!!

Ish : hell yes, QUEEN.

— O7. How did you both found/met each other? (pshh, I'm curious) 

Hel : XDD We met on the founders' team, and became closer the more we worked with each other.

Ish : Haha, I don't actually remember how we did but I'm sure we met in the community only when I first joined as a Graphic Designer here. She's really creative alright, check her out, I love her works too.

Hel : Well, I believe we met because we were both on the GD team, but we only got close when Hazel left.

— O8. Describe the other person with some k-pop/j-pop/c-pop/pop references.

Hel : Hmm.... "I would rather die than let you go"

I: I'm not quite familiar with a lot of J-Pop or C-Pop celebrities, so sorry about that. But if I were to give a reference on Hel, I'd say she gives me totally Jessi vibes. Hel is badass, confident, bold and she doesn't hesitates to show her true self and give out sassy and hilarious remarks. Oof, if only you see the quotes she had sent me.

Hel : *puts a bunch of laughing emojis*

Ish : Ain't it true?? 

Hel : Eh, not wrong.

Ish : Exactly.

(guess we didn't understand the question and gave two different answers, but beh  - ish)

— O9. What would be a role that you'd apply for if you weren't the founder of this community?

Hel : I originally applied for Graphic Designer, Text Designer, and Theme Designer.

Ish : I applied for Graphic Designer first so probably I'd go with the same, since Designing is something i really really love.
