EVERYONE was in nova and elenas living room sleeping when aryan and nova awoke them with christmas music blasting throughout the house.

everyone woke up either groaning or slightly screaming in fear.

"jeez guys what the fuck!" said elena rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

nova shut the music off. "doesn't feel so good now does it lena?" asked aryan as elena stuck her tongue out at him.

"wake up losers it's finally christmas!" said nova jumping in excitement and waking everyone up.

"we made breakfast." said aryan pointing to the kitchen. "eat it before it gets cold." he said walking to the kitchen holding novas hand.

"or before we eat it." she alerted, being dragged away.

"why they are like kids AND parents on christmas." asked walker looking at everyone who were rising up from their beds on the floor.

"they're like little nuisances that are actually unnecessarily tall." said mckenna.

"we've unfortunately been knew gang" vienna said slowly standing up and walking to the kitchen everyone else following them.

once they got to the kitchen they saw an array of breakfast food like pancakes, eggs, and bacon spread around the counters.

"woah." said charlie in awe. "you guys made all this?"

"no charlie, we said the magic words and they just appeared in front of us." nova deadpanned sarcastically. charlie rolled his eyes

"how long did it take you guys?" asked aaliyah taking a pancake.

"we've been up since seven am so about two hours and thirty minutes." said nova sharing a waffle with aryan.

"jeez." said vienna. "thanks guys." said leah taking a plate.

"see i told you they were parents." said walker with food in his mouth.

nova and aryan looked at each other. "right... not our fault that you can't get up yourselves." said nova rolling her eyes.

"guess you gotta get your friends to do it." shrugged aryan sarcastically.

nova tutted playfully. "so lazy you guys. you should be ashamed of yourself."

"oh shut up." said leah, everyone else agreeing.

after unwrapping everyone elses presents it was time for aryan to give her his gift.

"i have a special present for nova." said aryan looking directly at her.

"i think it's our cue to leave you guys...." said leah noticing aryans tone.

everyone else agreed and got up one by one leaving leah at the door.

"i hope you enjoy your present." she
told nova, before shutting the door.

nova looked at them weirdly then turned to aryan.

"what the hell was up with them?" asked nova.

"don't worry about them." said aryan waving it off

"okay then..." said nova nervously. "so whats your gift for me? is it a wedding ring?" she asked jokingly. "because if it is the answer is a yes just not right now."

aryan chuckled. "well that's something to keep in mind for the future." he said grabbing something from his back pocket.

he grabbed a navy blue velvet box and gave to nova carefully. "now, if you don't like it i can return it as soon as possible but, i really hope you do."

she softly grazed the top of the box with her fingers. "what is this?" she asked.

"just open it. you might like it." he said smiling.

she looked at him then opened the box carefully.
what was inside was a ring with a tiny diamond on top which seemed to be small enough for her for her finger.

novas jaw slightly dropped in awe. "oh my gosh." she said. "aryan... you got this for me?"

he nodded. "yeah. i got it specially fitted for you. and i know this might be a huge commitment for us but i am ready for it. i know that whatever i do i wanna do it with you."

novas face was still slightly frozen in shock. aryans face slightly dropped. "but you know if you don't like it you don't have to have it right now i can give it to you when-"

suddenly he was cut off by a sweet kiss from nova.

"aryan. i love it. i love you. thank you so much. it's so gorgeous."

aryans smile returned. "i'm so glad you do. i also have a matching one." he brought out a silver ring from his pocket and showed it to her.

he took her ring and placed it in her finger. and he put his own ring on his finger.

"i'm never taking this off. thank you so much aryan. i love you so much." she said wrapping her arms around him.

he returned the hug, wrapping his arms around her tightly. "i love you too nova."

the door opened and everyone slowly came out.

"so did you give it to her?" asked leah. aryan nodded in reply.

"yay!" said vienna immediately hugging nova. "you guys are engaged now!"

"dude, they're married with six kids what are you on about?" replied aaliyah also hugging nova in congratulations.

"do aryan and nova know about that?" said charlie.

"well they do now!" shrugged mckenna.

"now me and nova are matching with our promise rings!" said elena excitedly.
