Charlotte's P.O.V

I was currently getting ready because Pattie and Scooter were coming over as me and Justin had decided to talk to them about our situation.

To be honest, I was more than nervous because I didn't knew what to expect. Everything was going alright until yesterday. The heated argument was really something we didn't expect but we kind of needed it because it was better to speak out loud about it and not let it bother us. Both of us were feeling the same way and our relationship was like a twisted and untangled earphones from the starting. It's been more than an year since we both had been together and we never really got any chance to express our feelings for each other freely, not really caring about anyone or anything so it was pretty much eating us alive.

I, myself was too frustrated from all of this sneaking thing because girls would always flirt with Justin in front of me even when Justin would politely shrug them off, giving them a message that he really wasn't interested. I could not really jump in between and say that we were together and create a scene. It's a bitter truth but I still am Justin's daughter. Legally. Whether we deny it or ignore it but it is the truth. A bitter truth.

So here we were getting ready because we needed someone's advice on it. And they are elders and they know better than us. I'm sure, they'll guide us to the right path. I had got dressed and was currently putting my hair into a ponytail because I was feeling really hot. And having my hair down would make me feel uncomfortable.

"Are you ready babe?" Justin asked. "Yeah almost done." I said tying my hair with the hair tie.

"Why haven't you wore this before?" He asked while looking down at the my outfit. "What?" I said while adjusting my top and looking at myself in the mirror one last time.

"This." He said slapping my ass making me laugh. "Why haven't you wore this before?" He asked. "I did. You mustn't noticed." I said. "And keep your hands to yourself in front of others." I said. "You know I cannot do that." He whined. "Yes you can, don't spank my ass in front of others. That just won't be awkward for them but for me too." I said.

"But they aren't here now." He smirked kissing my neck and spanking my ass cheek again. One thing about Justin is that he know how to make me feel better. Like now. He just made me forget about things by just making a comment on my clothing how I haven't wore this earlier. You know, how you just randomly say something to get someone's mind of something. That is what Justin does. He distract me from some things that could make me feel not good about it or myself.

"They will be here in ten minutes." I said checking my phone while Justin was busy kissing my neck. "Did you bring the snacks I told you to bring?" I asked before letting out a small moan when I felt Justin bite on my flesh before licking them with his tongue. "Yeah, it's on the dining table." He said licking his lips, as he pulls away.

"Okay. We should go then." I said turning around only to crash into his chest.

"I want you to know something." He said wrapping his arms around my waist. "Yeah?" I said licking my lips. "Just so you know, whatever happens always remember that I love you and I just want you to be happy. I am never leaving your side ever." He said seriously and I smiled. "I know you won't. And I love you too." I said placing my lips on his, pulling him into a passionate kiss.

"Why did call us all of the sudden?" Scooter asked looking worried. "Yeah. Is everything okay sweetie?" Pattie asked concerned.

"Um, everything is alright but it isn't alright but it still is." Justin said nervously before taking a deep breath. I squeezed his hand which was interlaced with mine.

"Drink some water first." Pattie said handling a small bottle water. He nodded before gulping down the whole bottle and sighing. "Okay." He said taking a deep breath.

"Why we called you here is because me and Charlotte are really tired of this whole sneaking thing and we... we want to tell the world about us." He said. Now there was an awkward silence surrounding us. The elders weren't saying anything and were just staring at us making me feel even more nervous and scared as I started biting my lips. I think Justin was nervous too because I felt his palms becoming sweaty around mine and he was bouncing his leg nervously.

"Will anyone of you will say something?" I said nervously. "Huh?" They said snapping out of their thoughts. "You guys are aware that you cannot do that right?" Scooter choked out. "Yeah, Charlotte is technically your daughter." Pattie said. "No she is not. Will everyone just stop saying that!?" Justin groaned. "You don't remember signing the custody papers?" Scooter raised an eyebrow. "That doesn't mean anything now. We aren't biologically related." Justin said.

"It may not mean anything to you but it does for the rest of the world." Pattie said and I sighed. "What do you want to do then? Just tell everyone about you both?" Scooter said taking a deep breath.

"Of course I do. Why do you think I wanted to talk with you before making any decisions!?" Justin said. "You cannot do that." Scooter said. "Then what should we do huh? Tell me do you have any idea?" Justin snapped. Scooter was quite for a while until his eyes widened.

"I think I do have one idea." He mumbled. "What is it?" Me and Pattie said in unison.

OF COURSE THEY CANNOT BE GIVEN TO ANYONE BUT IT CAN BE CHANGED! SO DON'T COME AT ME AT ALL! I HAD ALREADY TOLD YOU AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN THAT I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT LAW AND IT'S POLICIES]

"Okay so, the custody of an minor who is younger than 18 years old can be changed." Scooter said. "What is your point exactly?" Justin asked confused.

"My point is what if I can take Charlotte's custody. You won't be legally related at all if you hand her custody to me. And then you can tell everyone about you both. As Charlotte is seventeen almost eighteen years old, there won't be much problems." Scooter said and my eyes widened. That can happen?

"That can happen?" Justin asked, reading my mind.

"I think we'll need to talk to a lawyer about it if that's going happen." Pattie said. "Yeah, we will have to talk to a lawyer about it. We can ask him if that can happen or not." Scooter said.

"What are we waiting for then? I'll inform him to come here." Justin said excitedly while on the other hand I didn't knew what to say.

Me and Justin could be together if my custody could be handed over to Scooter. I didn't really knew what to say about this. All I knew was that I needed to know about it from the lawyer. I needed to know how this thing will work and everything than only I'll know what I feel and what I have to say on this.

"You want to call him now?" Pattie asked amazed. "Yeah, I do. I want to know everything about it if we are going to do this." He said.

"Let me call him then." Scooter said, getting up from his seat, to call the lawyer.

"I'll make something for us to eat." Pattie smiled before walking away in the kitchen. I think she knew I needed alone time with Justin to talk about it.

"What's wrong?" Justin asked. "I don't know... what to say over this." I said softly. "You don't want to do this? Do you want me to tell Scooter not to call the lawyer? I can do that if you want." He said squeezing my hand and I turned to stare at his face. He was being honest. He was ready to wait longer for me even when this will hurt him.

"I don't want to say anything until I know everything about it. I want to hear what the lawyer has to say." I said licking my lips nervously.

"Everything will be alright." He said and kissed my lips. "I hope so." I smiled.

"Why did you call me so urgently?" Mr. Benjamin, the lawyer asked. "Thank you so much for coming." Justin said. "We needed to ask if there was any way I can hand down Charlotte's custody to Scooter?" Justin said after few seconds.

"Yes that can happen but why do you want to do that?" He asked confused. Justin glared at me for permission and I nodded my head. If we are going to do this then we'll have to tell him the actual reason.

"Actually... me and Charlotte are in love with each other and we want to be able to be together without any problem." Justin said. Mr. Benjamin smiled. "That can happen, Mr. Bieber." He smiled. "But it make take few day maybe weeks." He said. "And if you do hand down her custody to Scooter then she'll have to move into his house until she turns eighteen. And after that if you both want then she can move in with you again." He explained.

Justin looked at me for my answers, asking me if I wanted to do this.

Did I wanted to do this? If I say yes, then we won't be living together for four months, almost five months. But it will be worth it, right? We won't have to hide ever again. We both can wait some more if we did for an year, right?

I nodded with an smile and he smiled back before nodding. "We want to do this." Justin said and Mr. Benjamin nodded.

"And Justin when this happens, of course everyone will know about the Charlotte's custody being changed and they'll make their own assumptions and theories over it. I think it would be for the best if you both don't make the announcement of you two being together and why this happened for a week or two. Let the first tension calm down a little bit or it will be too chaotic." Scooter said and I nodded. "We'll do that." I said and Justin secretly grabbed my hand in his and interlaced our fingers together.

"And don't be too touchy in front of everyone too. Not until she is eighteen at least." Scooter said and I felt my cheeks heat up. I slowly nodded.

"Okay. I'll get the paperwork and everything else ready that needs to be done." Mr. Benjamin said.

Everything was going to be different now.
