28. "The Damage Is Done."

All I needed was the love you gave
All I needed for another day
And all I ever knew
Only you

Charlotte's P.O.V

"Hey Charlotte?" I heard Mason yell behind me as me and Emma were walking towards her car. "Yeah?" I asked turning back to see him running towards us. "Do you want to hang out? You know doing homeworks and all the stuff." He asked nervously. I saw Emma staring at me making me glare at her. "Yeah sure." I smiled at him. "Cool. I'll meet you soon at your place?" He asked and I nodded. "Okay." I said. "Bye." I said before Emma dragged me to her car.

"Are you out of your mind!? Did you just invite Mason to your house?" She whispered yelled. "Yeah I did. He isn't a bad person, Em." I said. "He is. He cheated on you." She said. "Did you forget how broken you were? How you cried for days and nights? How you even got sick and that asshole didn't even cared and was busy fucking that bimbo." She said and I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, I remember it but he has changed." I said. "How do you know that he has changed? He must be faking it." She shrugged. "I just know, okay. And if he's not then I know that he is trying. I can see it." I said and she sighed.

"Whatever, just beware." She said and I nodded. "I will. And I have you with me. You'll break his hands before he can touch me." I said and she nodded while smirking.

"That, I would." She smirked and I giggled.

"I'll see you later." I said unbuckling my seatbelt and got out of the car. "Bye." Emma said cutely before driving off. I sighed while adjusting my backpack and walked inside.

Everything was quite. Like awfully quite. Is Justin here or not? I exhaled the breath I don't know for how long I was holding when I saw no one in the living room. I lazily settled myself down on the couch.

I felt my throat getting dry. I need water. I got up and went in the kitchen getting myself a chilled glass of water. I immediately started gulping it down, feeling the cool water again my throat. I sighed happily before keeping the glass in the sink.

I deserved that glass of water.

I turned around and gasped in horror when I saw Justin staring at me. He was standing close to me. How did he suddenly appear behind me? How did I never noticed him coming?

By just looking at him, I remember what had occurred yesterday night. I felt really humiliated, ashamed and I was pissed. I just wanted to slap him which I did but that still didn't felt enough. I wanted to hurt him like he did to me but I won't. I wasn't like him.

"We need to talk." He said snapping me out of my thoughts. "There is nothing to talk about." I said ready to walk away but he grabbed my arm as I was walking past him and pulled me towards him with a jerk. I gasped looking into his eyes.

"Please babygirl." He begged. "I am not your babygirl. Take your hand off me." I said turning my face away from his. I don't want to look at him. I know I would eventually give in if I do and I don't want that. I won't show any kind of weakness.

"I know that you don't want to talk to me. Hell, even look at me but we have to talk about it sooner or later. We need to sort it out." He said and I rolled my eyes. "The damage is done, Justin. There is nothing to talk about. There is nothing to sort out. What is done is done." I said bitterly. "Now leave my hand." I said and he shook his head. "You are cutting my blood circulation." I mumbled and he immediately let go of my hand.

I looked down at my arm and saw that in fact my skin was getting red. I have this weird thing. If you hold my arm or any part of body for even two to five minutes, It will go red. When I was little, I was so amazed by it that I would do it often now and then just to see my skin turn it's color from pale milky white to red. I don't know why but it felt amazing at that time.

I rubbed my arm softly.

"I am so sorry baby." Justin apologized. "It's... Whatever." I said.

"I know it's hard for you at the moment but it's hard for me too." Justin said. "Really?" I scoffed. "It's hard. It didn't looked like it last night when you humiliated me." I said.

"You don't know why I did what I did. You don't know the whole story." He said.

"Really Justin? Why did you do it then, huh? What is the whole story? You got bored of me? Or you finally got what you wanted so you didn't wanted to toy me around? Tell me what is the whole story? Why did you do it?" I yelled at him. His eyes began to grow teary as he looked down.

"I-I can't tell you." He said softly almost ashamed with himself. "Bullshit." I scoffed again.

I watch as he closed his eyes before opening them again and as he was going to answer, the doorbell rang.

I walked past him to open the door with Justin following behind me.

I opened the door revealing Mason who had his backpack carelessly hanging off his shoulder.

"Hey, come in." I smiled and he smiled back entering in the house.

He glared at Justin for a split second and Justin became tensed. He was pissed.

"Hello Mr. Bieber." Mason greeted with a smirk. "Mason." Justin said with grinted teeth.

Now, there was a huge tension surrounding the atmosphere of the room. Justin and Mason kept glaring at each other. And Justin looked like he was going to kill Mason with his bare hands any moment. Did something happened between them? Why are they looking at each other like they want to kill each other right now?

"Is everything okay?" I asked nervously because of the tension in the room. "Yeah, everything is fine." Mason said while smirking.

"Should we go and work on homework now?" I asked and Mason nodded. "Sure. Let's go." He smiled and we started making our way to my room so we could work in peace without Justin and Mason killing each other with their naked eyes. I needed to graduate with good grades. It's important for me. I am not letting anyone ruining it. Nor Justin. Nor Mason.

Because education is important. You are known by your knowledge and education. In the society, people know your worth only by your knowledge and education. They respect you on the basic of that and how you are using it and if you are successful. If you are uneducated then there is no place in the world for you. You won't be able to earn a good livelihood. You won't be respected by others in the society. That's how the world works. And we gotta live in it whether we like it or not.

"Lottie?" Justin said and I turned around. "What?" I asked, trying to hide the pain in my voice. "We have to go to The Ellen Show for the interview tomorrow. Me and Scooter will tell you everything about it. How the questions would be asked and all the other stuffs." Justin informed and I nodded. "Okay." I said.

"You are going to Ellen?" Mason asked when we entered my room. Yes, I moved into my old room because I don't want to be near Justin.

"It looks like it." I shrugged. "That's cool." He said sitting down on my bed. "Don't forget to mention me." He joked making me laugh.

"Sure, sure." I laughed.

We started studying maths and it was the best way to study it. Mason made it easy and fun for both of us. I was laughing the whole time. Not only that, when we would be doing rough work, we both would scribble in each other's notebooks like some young kids in kindergarten.

But I couldn't help but think about tomorrow. I had never been interviewed by anyone in my whole life. Yeah a little bit introduction had occurred where I would just say 'hello', how old I was, in which grade I was studying and do I love Justin. That's all. And the other times, the interviewers would just mention me to Justin showing my photograph on the screen and talking about how 'adorable' I was and what we were doing in the pictures or when some video of me and Justin would go viral. That's all. There wasn't any personal question asked.

But tomorrow...

Tomorrow, they may ask about my personal life. And I don't know how I would be able to answer those. I wasn't actually an actress, singer or something. I was just... me. A seventeen year old girl who goes to school, live a normal life and know Justin Bieber.

I just hope tomorrow goes good.

Another chapter is here!

I needed a favor from y'all. So as you know (it's okay if you don't know) next chapter would be Charlotte and Justin's apperance at Ellen. It is going to be an important chapter as that chapter is going to decide Charlotte's future and I would try my best to write the chapter in the best way. We would get to know Charlotte and Justin's lives even more briefly.

So, I needed you to comment Questions that Ellen should ask Charlotte and Justin. (Remember that the world doesn't know about Justin and Charlotte's relationship so no questions related about them dating) It would make my work a little easier because I would know what type of questions you want to be asked to them. I am having trouble only writing my own Questions because I don't know if you'll like them or not. So please comment the Questions under their names so I could know what's needed to be asked and what's not. The questions could be about Charlotte's life, her career, Justin's new album that he will release, and etc. Just ask whatever you feel like Ellen should ask them.

Justin:

Charlotte:

Do you want them to play any game?( Like Ellen always does)

Do you want Justin to perform too? If yes, then what song?

Hope you guys liked this chapter ❀️
