Eva's Pov

Shutting the door softy I walk downstairs only to see my only daughter playing in between a mess. Her toys were shattered and so was the flowers she got for her father.

It's been 1 week of him coming home again after 2 weeks. As per doctor he was highly suggested to have pure bed rest for atleast 2 weeks. His head injury was a serious case.

From the time we come back Isa like a daddy's little girl wasn't leaving his side and was so attentive like she wasn't just 3 years old.

And God bless this little one she bring fresh flowers for her father everyday which she herself pluck.

Her father can't be more happier. He always smile around her. But I can't say the same thing about me here.

I don't know how but we are again to Strangers here. Basically roommate strangers. And that's because we don't talk.

I don't talk.

My self respect was too hurt by his words that I can't find myself talking to him like everything was normal when it wasn't! But my bad! My love for him is also soo much that I can't stop myself from worrying about him.

It's complicated

I try to stay away but again I can't see him in pain. His words still rings in my ear. How the way he just declared our 6 month old pure relationship a deal.

I was hurt to my core!

I shoot my head as I felt tears filling my eyes. I was hurt, sad , alone, betrayed. My own mother sold me and the one I love brought me.

It hurts!

"Sweetheart let's go to sleep"

I said to Isa who was now chewing on her toy duck. She looked at me and smiled nodding her head. I smiled while carried her in our room.

After he come back I can't just let myself be alone with him. Not when he was always looking at me with Strange emotions. All day I try to avoid looking at her while doing his works but at night I have to face him. I can't just leave him on himself at all night.

And that why I thought why not make Isa sleep in between.

I opened the door softy only to see him sleeping. His medicines are making him sleep more the usual.

Putting Isa on the bed I checked him for one last time and climbed on the bed. My daughter kissed her father's cheeks and turned to me. Putting her head on my chest she closed her eyes.

And now I know from where she got this habit.

Closing my eyes I tried to sleep. My heart ache at the thought of us like this. My family was destroyed by him in just a minute for a small misunderstanding.

He broke us!

Author's POV

As soon as Eva closed her eyes Alexander opened his. He looked at his two beautifulwoman's. They both slept while he was wide awake. He already know she will bring Isa tonight too.

He wanted to talk to her. Her words from hospital still hurts. He still feels the heaviness and sadness from her voice. Her tear filled eyes haunt him.

He never wanted her to cry! But what a irony he was the only reason for her cry!

Still there isn't any solid prove in front of him that Eva was innocent but there was a corner in his heart which told him to trust her.

And he was doing now!

But was that any bit beneficial?

Because till now his wife hadn't even looked at him. Let alone talk! And that was bothering him way too much.

He wanted her to look at her like before was there anything like before?

He looked at her innocent face which was illuminating in darkness. His longing her eyes went to his daughter who was sleeping while placing her head on his wife's chest.

It's his place!

Huffing at that he placed his head on the pillow welcoming another sleepless night!

Alex opened his eyes only to see his daughter wrapped in a towel and sitting on his chair seeing her picture book.

Today Eva decided to make Isa bath here itself. She woke up late and knowing it was time for him to wake up she Decided to bath Isa here itself.

The door click open and Eva walk in with her Isa's jumpsuit in her hand. He noticed she walk to Isa without looking at him. But as she was near the chair she looked at him for a millisecond and there eyes meet.

Eva frozen as they had there eye contact and Alexander's heart beat fasten. In that second he saw care, sadness, hurt and something eles too in her eyes. Something that he started to feel too.

Love?

Eva was the first one to look away. She felt her innerself shaking at the thought. Gulping she looked away and concentrated on Isa.

She tried to do everything fast as few of his associates were coming home to see him. They heard the new of his accident and were coming to today to pay him a visit.

After making Isa ready she made Isa ho downstairs to play. Taking a deep breath then she walk to him who was looking at her only. Seeing her coming to him he felt his heart beat fasten and automatically his hand went up to hold her.

Eva shivered at that contact but tried to look neutral. Placing his hand oj her shoulder he got up. His leg wasn't broken but still there was a bit pain. But now after 1 week the pain was gone.

But Alexander was too bad to continue the act of his leg hurt. And that's because she is always around to help him to walk. If she will find out then she may stop coming near him too.!

Oh the horror!

She took him to bathroom and made him sit on the counter. He kept his eyes on her without saying anything. She kept her eyes on ground without saying anything.

Eva bite her lips as it was time to remove his shirt. One of the hardest work. Suddenly she felt hot due to his continuous gaze and warm hand on her bare shoulder.

Taking a deep breath she unbuttoned his first button and Alex Bite his lips. 1 week and still he isn't use of this sinful sight.

Only If they were OK!

Only if! Then he would have made this moment more sinful but right now making her talk to him is more important than anyother thing.

But what about the heat and spark between them?

Eva went red as she unbuttoned his last button. Even she was angry but his affect wasn't anybit less on her. His hard and bare abs were On view for her. She tried to look normal but only she know how much this closeness was affecting her.

And now come the most hardest part!

For him to control.

Without saying anything Eva put his hand on his pajama button. Unbuttoning it she kneel down and he looked Down at her.

He sucked a harsh breath. The scene is front of him was making him feel something he didn't want to feel............right now!

"Fuck!"

He muttered when she pulled his pajama down. Eva felt her cheeks on fire. She didn't dared to look up. The only breath of there harsh breath and crazy heartbeat was heard in the bathroom.

Once making him naked, removing everything except his brief she stood up. Her lips between his teeths and cheeks red. He soo wanted to kiss the hell out of her.

But he know better!

But his heart doesn't know!

As she stood up his hand which wad on her shoulder traveled to her waist leaving a tinglish feeling behind. She gulped but didn't Said anything. She felt herself getting more hotter. He lean his face to her neck and exhaled her fragrance after long 3 weeks.

"I missed you"

Words flew away from his lips And he rested his face on her neck. She was about to wrap her hand around his but like a thunder all his words hit her.

His warmness was nor suffocating her and his hold was making her feel caged. She wiggle and felt tears filling her eyes.

"Leave me"

He heard her voice after long 3 weeks and for fuck sake what she said? Leave her?

Alexander tighten his hold on her. Even his one hand was injured his other one was enough hold her on her place.

"Never!"

He whispered back nuzzling his face in her neck. She felt tears flowing from her eyes. Her emotion went unbalanced and she let out a sob. This was too much! Too much for her!

He can't always have whatever he want!

Sensing her tears and hearing her sob he moved back. He looked at her eyes closed cheeks red and sweaty face.

"Wife? Wife what happened. S-Sorry p-please"

He paicked a bit. The only thing he didn't want her is cry! But the only thing she is doing around him is cry!

"No No! Leave me"

Eva shouted. She had her enough!

"You can't always have whatever you want! One moment you name me as a good digger! A cheater! A bloody thing and next moment you hug me and tell me that you missed me? What the hell you want?"

Eva yelled.

Her emotions brust. She looked in his eyes at that moment she saw the surprise hurt and the most regret?

But she doesn't want this now!

Eva wiped her face harshly while tears kept flowing. Alex kept looking at that women who was destroyed by him. Her state hurt him and that's why he tried to touch her, to confront her. But then Eva moved back.

"No! Don't touch me"

She said and looked at him with anger. Her tiny nose looked big and red which made me amazed.

"OK Ok but please listen to me"

Alex said and backed up. He just can't see her tears. Listening to his talk Eva again looked at him and this time with a small smile.

That smile indicate danger!

"Listen to you? Did you listen to me before naming me? Did you listen to me before making up stories on your own. Did you listen to me before leaving me and Isa fit 2 weeks alone? No right! Then how can I listen to you? Tell me Mr. Alexander Knight how can I?"

She screamed. All the pent-up anger took a toll and she let everything out. Her face red and puffy from crying. She sheded more tears and he held more helpless!

Stupid Alexander!

Without saying anything she walked away. She can't stay with him. Not when she shamelessly cried and indirectly told him that she was hurt way too much. Not when she indirectly told him how his absence affected her.

Not when he will never understand abs reciprocate what she have for him!

That moment he realized he was in deep deep shit and his little wife was innocent in all!

"I am such a stupid bastard!"

Mr. Miller said looking at him. Today he was looking more sick. Because of whatever happened in the bathroom he felt more guilty and sad.

How there happy life turn into this?

Alexander nodded at the old man not wanting to be rude.

"Yes Mr. Knight you should take care of yourself"

This voice made his already sore more more sour. He clench his jaw and looked at that boy who also decided to accompany his parents.

But why?

Why this boy has to show up?

He wasn't liking his presence near him. And knowing his feelings for his wife he just wanted to push him out of his property but ahhh!! He can't!

He again nodded his head without looking at him.

Before they can say anything Eva made a entry with few staff behind. They put some snacks and took there leave. Eva too leaved as she didn't wanted to stay there.

Alex saw her, her face was dull but still she managed to take his all attention.

But Eva didn't only took Alex's attention but of someone else too. Who looked at Alexander and saw him lost in his own thought.

He quietly got up and walk behind Eva. He saw her going in kitchen and decided to follow her.

"Eva?"

"Nick?"

Hearing his voice she turned and saw him. One of the reason of there fight. She took a deep breath and tried to compose herself.

"What happened nick? Do you need anything?"

Eva asked.

But in return she only got a intense look.

"Eva what happened? You don't look good"

Nick said seeing her puffy eyes. Her all time bright face was dull.

"Oh nothing. It's just weather"

She tried to dismiss the topic. Eva wasn't having good feelings about him bring around.

"Please Eva stop torturing yourself! I know you aren't happy here. I know he isn't keeping you happy!"

Suddenly Nick said and Eva's head snapped at him.

"What?"

Eva said feeling confused. Who the hell he was to tell her that her husband wasn't good enough ?

Indead of saying anything he holded her both hand in tight grip and pulled her. Due to sudden move she Collided with his chest.

Taking the advantage of the situation he snaked His arms around her waist caging her. Eva's breath hitched and she instantly started wiggling.

"Stop this Eva. Please. I love you. I love you soo much that it hurt seeing you with him. I never wanted to have my confession like this but now I made it. And I know you will choose the good one. Come with me I will keep you happy"

He said looking at Eva who for a second stopped and looked at him.

Is he mad?

She again started pushing him but before they can do anything they heard a voice which was enough to break the apart.

Eva's breath hitched and Nick went White for a second.

"How dare you touch my wife"
