short update ahead

I drank my wine while leaning on the cold railings. The wind is blowing very hard and from where I am standing, I can see the starry sky. Feeling the big, warm arms of Uvogin enveloping me from behind, I closed my eyes.

My body is still in pain, especially my lower half, so it's kinda surprising to see myself standing. He just wrecked me, okay? I can't think of any other term for that, but yeah.

"Were you satisfied?" He hummed as I nodded.

"Of course." I smiled before facing him. "But I never thought our honeymoon will be this grand."

He laughed like a maniac before peppering my neck with kisses. I hugged his figure, moaning. Yes, I just married Uvogin and he decided to spend our honeymoon on a five-star cruise ship. At first, I told him to stop spending too much yet he bickered back, telling me that moments like these are super memorable. After all, he belongs to the Phantom Troupe, a group of notorious thieves. If they want something, like money, they can easily get it without batting an eye.

"I'm thinking of having a first child immediately, Y/N-chin."

My eyes grew bigger, hitting him in the shoulder, jokingly.

"You can't be serious."

"I am serious."

I looked him directly in the eyes and he's smirking. God, he really is.

It made me stop to think. We've been together for three years already but it feels like I wanted to spend more alone time with him. I'm not saying that I don't want kids. To be honest, I'm getting excited about that topic, yet once we enter that stage, there's no turning back. I want to create more memories with Uvogin before chaining myself into taking care of our little ones.

"I want to spend more time with you. Alone..."

He kissed me on the lips before answering. "If that's your decision, I'll be glad to accept it."

Aw...

"That's my Uvogin." I smiled.

I turned my back at him to see the wide ocean that stretches before us that feels like it doesn't have an ending anymore. My heart at every moment I remember that our lives aren't that secured. Knowing that we live in a very dangerous society, at any moment, someone might take Uvogin away from me. I don't think what might happen to me if that ever happens. Who knows, I might finally be able to awaken the real demon inside me, unable to control the flow of my Nen.

I trust Uvogin, yes, he's damn strong. But what if someone out there still got that chance to defeat him? I will not accept that and I will do my best to protect my husband, no matter what. I will kill all risks in our lives. I swore that at the moment I fell in love with him.

"What're you thinking, Y/N-chin?"

"H-Huh?" I blinked twice, seeing Uvogin with a worried face.

"You were shaking."

I smiled, throwing off the negative thoughts from my head, and instead, I kissed him in the forehead, enveloping him once again in a warm hug.

"Nothing. I love you so much, Uvo."

He chuckled lightly, caressing my hair. "I love you too, Y/N-chin."
