▬▬ forks, washington. a small town about an hour west of port angles. a town where nothing happens. a community so close, very tight knit that neighbor looks out for neighbor. and friends quickly become family.

that is until two girls join the likes of the pale faces at forks high school.

cori's back!!!! i started the original version of this book, the awkward swan series, years ago. i wanna say 2018 - 2019 but it's been so long that i can't remember. i do remember working on the old version and i remember being super proud of it.

but, the writing was crap, the grammar was awful and the plot was massively lacking.

so, here i rewrite it! this rewrite has been in the works for years and i think i rewrote the first chapter three or four times until i finally got to a place that i like and i am so very proud of this book and everything to come!

i love cori so much and i now understand her better and i think i can better write her and i think i can better weave her into the story.

to those of you who were around when the original was still up, there are gonna be a lot of differences.

also, if this book seems familiar, it's because i have combined all four books of the adore you series into this one book. so instead of each movie having its own book, the entire twilight saga will be covered in this one book!

i decided to do this for a number of reasons, though it is mostly due to the fact that i struggle so much with making covers for a series and, as a graphic designer, i like to change my covers pretty frequently but i would also loose motivation halfway through the second cover and give up.

i also really wanted to go through and edit the series, it really needs it lol

there are also a few minor things that i want to tweak and change, especially for act two.

cori is 16 in act one, but she is also very child-like. she likes doing silly little things that you may find childish, like drawing on the condensation on windows, long hugs and cuddling with her friends. please keep this in mind before reading, and if you do continue reading, please don't leave comments about how childish cori is. all of her family and friends have essentially shielded her in hopes of persevering her child-like view on the world.

any and all comments about her being too childish will be deleted.
