Personality:

Julian is a flirt, no joke. Any female he sees, there he is flirting with them. Total fuckboy, through and through. He is cute, so he can get away with it. He can be sweet when he wants to be, most 95% of the time he is a jerk who only wants one thing. And most of the time he can get what he wants, if not for his looks, then for the way he knows how to pull people's strings. He is the master of manipulating people, although he would never admit to doing wrong. Julian pretends he is perfect when he is far from it, spending time in clubs getting dunk or high, just looking for his next hook up. 

Julian can be romantic, although he has only ever had one successful relationship in his life, and that taught him how to be sweet and care about others and if he were to ever find someone he cared that way about again, he could probably be sweet and kind again. Backstory:

Julian grew up in a family with money, but he got into bad things real fast. Once his parents divorced and his father remarried when Julian was 15, he started going to parties, and hooking up with girls, and getting high or drunk, he didn't care that he was breaking rules. He didn't like his new step mom, and he didn't like anything she tried to tell him or anything. Julian's way of rebelling was not coming home at night, and acting out. Once he turned 18, he moved out, and soon after he did, his father and step mom had a new baby. 

Julian met this girl when he was 19, she worked at a restaurant he was a regular at, and he saw her very often. They soon got into a committed relationship, and were together for two and a half years. He was ready to propose, before he found out she was cheating on him. They broke it off, and he soon got back into his old habits of partying and having fun, which is still how he is today.
