Elodie grew up in a family with very strict rules. She was always training or working, and she never had time for friends or fun. Being an only child made the torture even worse. She became cold because of it. Her family is traditional, and neutral, not agreeing with homosexuality, or anything other than traditional values. Elodie became closed off, focusing on hiding who she was, at any costs.

Gemini's are usually explained as two-faced, and Elodie is a prime example of that, she is bitchy, mean, rude, and cold. Hiding the kind person she dares to be when she is adjusted to someone. She does not agree with her parents opinions. She hides herself behind a shell, a shell that will not easily be broken.

Background:

Elodie grew up as an only child in her family. It wasn't that her parents didn't try for more kids, it was just that they were unable to have anymore. Her parents always expected everything from Elodie, therefore, when she came out to them, they banned the thoughts from her head. Telling her she was going to marry into a higher economic level, and marry a man. Elodie then closed herself off like never before. She became cold, and focused on her singing, ignoring all the comments her mother would make about how she would not be a good wife. Elodie has been raised meeting gentlemen of a higher stature, and who are older than her.

When her parents started making her meet up with some of the men that they wanted her to marry, she fell deep into depression. She even tried to commit suicide because she felt so broken. She has scars on her wrist from when she was hurting herself because of everything going on. She usually hides her scars with long sleeves, a hoodie, or makeup, no one really knows about her dark period, and only her parents know about when she tried to kill herself.

Once the opportunity for a private boarding school, Raven applied for Elodie without asking her. This was the perfect chance for the family to move up in stature, Raven didn't even tell Elodie what she had done. It was quite a shock to Elodie when her name had been called, and she was not ready for this. All Elodie wants in life is to settle down with a great women, and be happy, and she was so tired of having to deal with her parents. She was looking forward to some time away from her parents, maybe she could relax just a little bit for the first time in forever.
