They all together sang as Joe came in who was followed by Haru, Yoongi and Chohee. He stayed at Yoongi's house till the others prepared the party place in the Hanok for him.

He jumped up and down but when he remembered that Haru and his friends were there, he stopped and cleared his throat while fixing the tie of his suit.

He elegantly walked towards the table which had his birthday cake on it while bowing down as he passed by the elders and his classmates and friends who were invited too.

All of them - Jimin's parents, Sham's parents, Jungkook and Areum, Y/N, Taehyung, Yoongi and Cohee, Joe's uncles and aunts, and Sham - almost laughed out loud at his professional cuteness except Jimin who was at the verge of crying seeing the little version of himself, but didn't want to cry because he couldn't wipe his tears away since he was still holding the four red hearted balloons.

He blew the candles then they all started eating what was served - including the chocolate tart of the birthday boys' mother, which was so tasty that they almost ate their fingers along with it.

Then gift time came...

Joe's friends took turns giving him the presents they bought for him. Sham helped her son in unpacking them and Jimin didn't want to miss a second without taking pictures or shooting videos of it.

"Happy birthday buddy, hope you like it."

"Yay uncle TaeTae thank you!" Joe said happily as he took the gift from Taehyung which was his favourite set of hot wheels cars. "Woah! So cool,"

"Happy birthday bub," Y/N told the kid with a soft smile. Joe looked up at her and took the box of a gift from her, then made her bend down just to wrap his arms around her neck. "Thank you bee."

She broke the hug and ruffled his hair, "You're welcome."

As planned, after gift time it was time for playing. The elders went out to the garden leaving the house for the kids to play in. However, Jimin, Taehyung and Y/N stayed inside.

The kids were playing the prince and the princess. Haru was the princess, laying down on the sofa with a crown on her head, surrounded by pillows acting like a wall of the castle. Outside the castle stood Jimin with his Dragon costume on, roaring now and then.

Joe was the prince who was sitting on Taehyung's back who acted as the princes' horse with his horse costume on.

The other kids all acted as soldiers behind Joe the prince, and Y/N just sat there laughing at the ridiculous sounds Taehyung and Jimin would make.

"Let's go get my princess!" Joe shouted and slapped Taehyung's but to make him go. Taehyung yelped and his face reddened but didn't say anything since Joe was the birthday boy.

"Prince Joe please come and save me from this ugly dragon!" Haru screamed.

Jimin stopped from roaring and looked at Haru with a frown. "I'm not ugly!" He shouted like a little kid.

"But Dragon's are supposed to be ugly and scary!"

"Well I am a different one, look at me. Am I not handsome? Huh? Y/N what do you say?" Jimin contiuned to desperately explain his handsomeness.

"Jimin for God's sake!" Taehyung shouted in disbelief.

"Horses aren't supposed to be speaking!"

Y/N confirmed that she has feelings towards Taehyung. She admitted that the fast beating of her heart would start whenever Taehyung was around.

She started to crave for his presence. She even enjoyed sitting in silence beside him.

He didn't cross her mind anymore, he lived in it.

Even if she spent an entire day with him, she'd miss him the second he left.

It was night time, and Taehyung and Y/N were sitting outside of the house after everyone left.

Jimin and Sham decided that they will stay that night in the Hanok, and Joe - being Jimin's son - whined with his cute pout for Taehyung, Haru, and Y/N to stay for the night too and they agreed.

Taehyung and Y/N were currently sitting in the front garden, the chilly breeze creating a cold atmosphere. But it was good anyway.

"Now it's my time to ask you a question." Y/N softly said, her voice a soft and a peaceful melody in his ears and her face shining in the night.

So beautiful, so heart fluttering. Taehyung just admired. Admiring was his only job when it came to that certain girl sitting criss-cross in front of him.

"Go ahead."

"Didn't you say that you know everything about me?"

"I did." Taehyung nodded his head. "Sham and Jimin told me everything about you, just to be careful around you and do not make you uncomfortable as they said." Lies again, but could he tell her the truth? No.

"Hmm, okay. Now I'm gonna ask you three questions."

"What if I answer all of them correctly?" He asked in return with a small smirk on his face, not knowing what kind of havoc his deep voice made in her stomach.

"What do you want?"

"A wish. You making a wish of mine come true."

Y/N looked at him a bit before answering. What wish can I make come true? It seemed a bit odd. Maybe his wish is to see her doing ten push-ups and becoming breathe less? Or her running around and shouting like a maniac?

But she trusted him. She didn't know how, but she trusted the brunette with her whole heart. She knew that he won't do anything or ask for something that might have badness in it for her.

"Alright. The first question," She clapped her hands twice as she unconsciously went closer to the boy. "How old am I?"

Taehyung's eyes widened as his mind went blank all of a sudden as he looked at the girl. "Hold up,"

"I'll count to three, if you don't know the answer I'll go to the next question. One,"

"I know!"

"Two."

"Twenty Two!"

"Excellent. Next question," She smiled excitedly.

"Go ahead!" He said.

"Why do I hate avocado?" She raised her right eyebrow in a questioning manner. He eyed the girl with a disbelief expression on his face, but it wasn't necessary. He knew every answer to any questions as long as it was about Y/N.

"Because you think its colour is ugly and that you think the fruit being ripe is very disgusting and that it tastes horrible." He answered quickly.

The girl blinked her eyes twice at him before smiling widely that made her teeth on display. "Okay, third and the last one. I bet you don't know this one. Why do I love babies so much?"

"It seems like you love babies."

"The soul is healed by being with children."

"Because you think that the soul is healed by being with children," Taehyung answered not even letting the girl start counting.

"Woah, you know it-"

"You told me this yourself. Don't tell me you forgot," He grabbed the bridge of his nose while shaking his head making the girl laugh.

"Okay, so what is your wish?" She crossed her arms over her chest. His happy expression changed into one of a kind of soft-straight one, as he did nothing except looking into her eyes.

Those eyes. Those gazes. Soft and so beautiful and mesmerising. Dark but full of life and hope. Small white dots shining as if they were midnight stars of a late night. He had never seen sparks so pretty.

Lately, he had been noticing how her eyes would shine. Something he has not seen in a very long time. And that always happened whenever he looked at her.

I always wonder what crosses your mind when your eyes meet mine.

He leaned closer, their eye contact never halting. Her heartbeat boosted as her body warmed up. Her mind screamed one thing, go away from him. While her heart begged for her to stay and even lean closer too.

"Tae-"

"Shh..." He placed one finger on her lips and sat on his knees, his breaths hitting her face. "Just let me make my wish come true..." He whispered.

He didn't stop moving ahead until the tips of their noses touched each other and he tilted his head to land his lips on her soft ones.

Her eyes closed on her own, a spark plugged into her body.

At that moment they both thought the same thing...

And that was, the best feeling in the world is kissing someone for the first time when you have wanted to kiss them for a long time.
