Rhaenyra watched her younger sister walk around her chambers, she could remember the day her father had told her Alicents firstborn was not the son he had wanted. But a daughter who had been named after her late mother.

At that point Alicent hadn't declared war against her, but either way it had felt like Alicentw was taunting her by naming her sister Aemma.

But once Aegon was born, she watched her father put her sister aside just as he had done to her once. And from that moment onwards Rhaenyra became like a mother to her half sister.

So it was no surprise to her or Daemon when Aemma showed up on dragonback a moon ago. What both of them didn't know was why Aemma had left king's landing and Aemma was in no hurry on telling her sister or uncle.

"Aemma" Rhaenyra finally spoke up, wanting her sister to stop and sit down.

Aemma did stop but she didn't sit down, all she did was look towards Rhaenyra.

Rhaenyra walked over to her "Something is worrying you, I haven't seen you act this way since the day you arrived. You can always trust me"

Aemma held back tears as she nodded "Mother wanted me to marry Aegon"

"That's why you left"

The girl nods again.

Rhaenyra sighs "Aemma"

"She writes, she still wishes for me to marry him. Rhaenyra I cannot.....H-" She stops herself.

"Aemma what has he done"

"Nothing" She lies "I do not want to marry him just like I do not want to be around those vipers"

"There is a way to sort everything" Rhaenyra whispers kissing her sisters head "I shall sort everything"

Aemma nods as she hugs Rhaenyra. Making the princess of dragonstone smile softly. She would do anything for both of her sweet sisters.

And there was one person who could make sure Aemma didnt have to be near those vipers or marry Aegon.
