"Why does she get to tickle?" JJ whined as Kie took the phone.

"Shes the best." Pope said back.

"Should I do an accent?" Kie asked curiosity as she looked around the dark car.

"Definitely disguise your voice." Pope nodded his head.

"Like a english accent." Lila suggested.

"How would you like me to talk?" Kie asked with the english accent in her tone. Lila cringed as she leaned back in the seat.

"Never mind." she shook her head.

"Batman." Pope suggested.

Kie dropped her voice, "Batman."

Lila let out a laugh at the tone.

"There you go." Pope nodded.

"Spot on." JJ agreed while glancing back at Lila, following her relaxed way in leaning back in the seat.

Kie held the phone as it rung, Gavins voice coming from the other line as Kie spoke as bateman, "Hello- I can't."

"Just talk normal, everyone sounds different on phones." Lila whispered back with a thumbs up.

"Is Gavin there?" Kie asked into the speaker. Lila and JJ leaned up on sync to be close.

"This is Gavin. Who's this? Hello?" he asked again, clearly becoming alarmed when he hadn't recognized Kie's voice.

"I know what happened on the tarmac." she said back with a nasty tone of anger.

"Uh.. who's this?" he asked again.

"It was Rafe Cameron." Kie said back. Lila leaned back in her seat again, glancing off a moment as she bit the inside of her mouth. Pope watched her from the mirror in the car, wondering what she'd been thinking, "But you already know that, and you lied about it."

"Okay, who is this?" Gavin asked again.

"We're gonna prove it. You're guilty." she threatened right back.

"You're gonna tell me who this is now." Gavin was the one to threaten her now.

"You could have saved her, Gavin, and you didn't." Kie said in disbelief from the other line, "And you're not getting away with this."

"Listen to me! Who is this!" he hollered, clearly becoming annoyed with the lack of identification he had on them.

Kie hung up the phone, "How was that?"

"Yeah, I was scared. Good Job." JJ nodded his head in the dark.

"Very lawyer like." Lila hummed, messing with the buttons on the Hawaiian shorts.

"All right. We tickled the wire. Phase two complete." Pope spoke as he looked over at Kie, "Now we wait and listen?"

Kie handed Pope the Airpods quickly as Gavin got in his car. The four ducked down in the car slightly, JJ and Lila bumping for heads and scolding each other for it.

"Go, go, go, go." Pope said quickly as Kie started the car up, "Turn the head lights off."

"Don't turn the head lights off." Lila said quickly as she held a arm out.

"He could see us." Pope said back with a insane look.

"Yeah, and another car could run into us without them." Lila argued back as Kie flipped them on low and lingered behind.

"It's Ward. He's talking to Ward." Pope said as he listened to the conversation on the other line coming through.

Lila adjusted in her seat again as she tried to listen in on Popes call.

"Ward?"

"Are you serious?"

"Get closer. I can't hear." Pope said to Kie quickly as she nodded, cutting the head lights and getting closer. Lilas gripped on the door tightly at the lack of head lights, noticing both JJ and Kid hadn't had their seat belts on either.

"Buckle up." Lila said, shoving JJ's shoulder.

"We're not-" he began.

"Buckle up." she warned him, "You too, Kie."

The pair listened and buckled up like the blonde and Pope had been.

"He's talking about negotiating something." Pope informed them as he adjusting the Airpods in his ears.

"Do you hear anyone else?" Lila had to ask.

"Lila." Kie said her way.

"I'm just wondering, Kie." the girl defended herself.

"Just them two." Pope said back to Lila, "Gavins got the gun that Rafe used to kill Peterkin."

"Holy shit." Kie breathed out.

JJ looked over at Lila, catching her eye to read her. Coming up with a sign of worry and relief all at once.

"I think he's trying to use it as extortion, as leverage." Pope spoke up once again as the three stayed quiet so he could listen in longer.

"Wait. He's pulling over." Kie said as Gavins car came to a stop at the end of the road, "Do I pull behind him? What do I do?"

"There's a culdesac up here, you can circle it." Lila spoke up as she leaned forward some.

"Have you been down here before?" JJ asked her.

"Once, yeah." Lila said back, not offering to say when or why.

"We're gonna loose him." Kie panicked as she got deeper down the road.

"I can't hear anything. Shit." Pope panicked as he moved around, "I'm loosing the signal. I can't hear him."

"What the hells this?" JJ asked when they came to the construction up a head before even making it to the culdesac.

"Just run through it." Lila suggested.

"Are you crazy?" Kie asked her in disbelief.

"Just turn around." Pope said to her wishfully.

"Pull in here and back up." JJ said, leaning over the seat and pointing to a small opening. Kie did so, going to back up as a construction truck came right behind them immediately.

"Are you kidding me?" Kie asked in disbelief.

"Hang on." Lila said as she unbuckled her seat belt and got out of the car. She waved at the construction men, "Excuse me! We've gotta big emergency, ghost are loose on this block and we gotta get the hell out now!"

"You literally had to do that now?" JJ called out to them as he got out with her, Pope jumping out of the car and taking off in a sprint, "Wait!"

"What are you doing?" Kie hollered his way.

"Pope! Son of a birch!" Lila called as she raced after him, JJ and Kie on the way right after her. Pope ran through a large, Kook like house as Lila, JJ, and Kie were close after.

"This is why i've been here before." Lila said as the two caught up with her, "Rafe took me to a party here."

"Sean?" JJ asked in disbelief, seeing the boy in the water. Kie threw her arms over Lilas face to avoid anyone seeing her, "Ah, this is where you live, you Kook!"

"You know Sean?" Lila asked JJ as they ran side by side.

"You know Sean?" he asked her the same question with wide eyes.

The three found Pope behind a bush, running up behind him as he turned their way with wide eyes.

"What? What does that mean?" Kie asked, staring at his intense and crazed face.

"He's.. he's meeting Ward right now. We gotta go." Pope panicked as his head snapped to each of them.

"Come on." Kie said as they began running agaun.

"You know where?" Lila called to Pope as he answered with a loud yep!

"Nice camera. Where'd you dig up that relic?" JJ asked Pope, looking at the video camera the boy had.

"Well, Marilyn Monroe isn't water proof and has all the storage filled." Pope said as he looked at Lila with a look of disbelief.

"Marilyn Monroe?" Kie asked with a odd look, "What?"

"My videocameras name." Lila ignored her before rolling her eyes at Pope, "Of course she's all full, Pope. You think I video ghost hunts on my damn phone?"

"Please tell me why neither of you use your phone?" JJ asked in disbelief.

"Well, first of all, I like my antique electronics." Pope said in a matter of fact tone, "And second of all, this is a telephoto. It allows me to get closer image from far away."

"And you?" JJ asked Lila.

She gave a odd look, "My video camera is old as shit, JJ, do you know how much that adds into the whole effect of what i'm going for?"

"Lords of the dorks." Kie said in disbelief at their words.

"For definitive proof of witness payoff, we're gonna need quality glass." Pope said her way with a unamused look, "And Marilyn Monroe-"

"Isn't setting foot in this rain." Lila shook her head.

"There he is." JJ said as he saw Ward running into the construction sight with a duffel bag in his arms, "Get down, get down."

The four ducked quickly.

"There's Gavin." Pope confirmed as the unknown man ran soon after him.

"Stupid son of a bitch." Lila said honestly as she watched Gavin run inside with Ward.

"No, no, no, i'm losing him." the boy panicked as he lost track of them on his camera, "Where's he going?"

"Hold on." JJ said as he hurried off, Lila kept a eye on him before he turned back and gave a whistle, "Yo! Hey, I found something. Come here."

The trio hurried after JJ quickly, following him up the small latter that lead to the top.

"Woah, dig this blue lighting." Lila said as they made it to the top, the blue lighting shining off the drug store they were on.

"Lila." Kie scolded her quickly as the four crouched down. Pope rose his camera, "Are you getting it?"

"Yeah, I see them." Pope nodded. Lila leaned over and hit the record button for him, "Oh, shit, thanks."

"Think smarter, not harder." she said while knocking on her own brain.

"Ward just handed Gavin something. I think it's a duffel bag." Pope informed the three as he kept his eye on the target.

"Guys, I think this is a pay off." JJ spoke up.

"Of money or chopped up body parts?" Lila asked with a crazy look in her eye.

"Gavin doesn't look happy about something. It looks like he's yelling at Ward." Pope spoke up again, "He sure looks mad."

Lila noticed the two blurry figures starting to move, "Are they fighting?"

"Shit! Yeah, over something." Pope said quickly, keeping the camera rolling.

"They're really going at it." JJ said, seeing the faint figures fight from the multiple feet away.

"Wards kicking the shit out of Gavin." Pope confirmed.

"When is he not kicking the shit out of someone?" Lila asked in disbelief.

"What are they fighting over?" JJ questioned.

"I don't know." Pope said back quickly.

"Holy shit. Wards gotta gun." Pope panicked.

"I bet that's the murder weapon." Kie spoke in worry.

"Why is Ward doing all this for Rafe? He doesn't even care about him." Lila said in disbelief, "Covering his own ass I bet."

"Probably ." JJ agreed with her.

Shots went through the construction sight, the clear sight of Gavin falling making the four gasp in panic. They each dropped and hid behind the wall.

"What's going on?" Kie cried, Lila grabbed her hand tightly.

"He's so fucking crazy, so fucking crazy." Lika repeated in a panic.

"Pope, tell me you just got that." JJ spoke up with heavy breaths.

"Enough to put this asshole away for life." Pope sound in a mix of proud, shock, and fear.

Lila watched as the gun fell from the top, "Look, the gun!"

"Get down. Get down." Pope said quickly when Ward looked out.

"I think we should go right now." JJ spoke up as he looked over the wall, "Pope, you have enough, right? Hold on, he's coming out."

Lila watched as he looked around and ran off, "He's looking for the gun."

The four watched as it dropped into the drain, Ward beating on it and yelling out after it did so.

"Hold this." Kie said as she passed the binoculars to Lila.

"What are you doing?" JJ asked in disbelief as Kie stood up some.

"What is wrong with you?" she yelled loudly out toward him.

"Kie! Kiara, get down. What the hell are you thinking?" Lila asked in disbelief as she tried to pull her down, but Kie was a lot stronger then what she appeared to be.

"Murderer!" she yelled before JJ put a hand on her mouth and yanked her down.

"Thank you so much, Kie. Let him know we're here and have us killed or arrested." Lila said in disbelief as she ducked behind the wall, not wanting to be seen by a Cameron yet.

"Are you crazy?" Pope asked Kie in disbelief.

"I don't care if he hears me. He's a murderer." she said with harsh glares.

"Yeah, and he's gonna murder us, Kie." JJ argued right back.

"Guys, he sees us." Pope panicked as he looked through the binoculars.

"Shit, go, go." Lila said quickly as she lead them back toward the latter on the side of the building.

"Be carful, L-" Pope began as Lila started to climb down, stopping himself as the blondes hands slipped on the metal and she hit the ground, "Lila!"

The girl coughed as she held her chest a moment, "Son of a bitch."

Before she could stand, Kie stepped on JJ's hand, making JJ fly back and kick Pope in the face, causing both boys to fall on the ground and take Lila down with them again.

Lila groaned as they laid on either side of her, "Why does this keep happening this us?"

"So sorry." Kie called as she climbed down the latter.

"No, no." Pope panicked as he grabbed the broken video camera. Lila pushed the wet, and now muddy, locks out of her face to stare over with a look of disbelief.

"You fumbled it?" JJ asked in disbelief.

"You kicked me in the face!" Pope yelled back.

"She stepped on my hand!" JJ yelled back, pointing at Kie.

"Because I was worried after Lila fell multiple feet, yet again." Kie defended herself as she pointed over to the girl.

"After you blew our cover." Lila pointed out her way, "This is a damn domino effect!"

"Let's go, come on." JJ rushed the four off quickly as they ran back in the director they had came from, jumping over the fence one after the other.

"Lila, go, go." JJ said as they got to the car, making her jump in first before doing the same. The doors all shut, "Could someone fill me in on what the frick just happened?"

"Which part?" Lila asked in disbelief as she caught her breath, "I've been home one day!"

"Holy crap. I can't breath." JJ took deep breaths while Lila wrapped her arms around him.

"Wait, wait. What were they fighting over?" JJ asked Pope quickly.

"Uh... it was.. it was a gun, the one Rafe used. He must have kept it." Pope said back quickly.

"And that Ward shot Gavin with." Lila nodded with deep breathes, holding JJ still.

"Oh, course! The murder weapon." the blonde yelled out.

"Pick up, pick up!" Kie dialed on her phone.

"Who are you calling?" JJ asked her.

"Who do you think?" Kie yelled back.
