Welcome to HBS Profiles, the place where
you can officially register your characters!
Your form will be different depending on
whether you are applying as an idol group
member, soloist or actor/actress so make
sure that you've selected the correct form
and submit it on the right page or it won't
count! I'm being stricter on forms now...

⊱  There aren't many limits to this. You can
⊱  use idols, actors/actresses and ulzzangs
⊱  (as long as they have a lot of photoshoots;
⊱  eg. kim saeeun or park sora) as your fc. I
⊱  prefer faceclaims with more content since
⊱  they are easier to edit with so when you
⊱  apply, keep that in mind. I would avoid
⊱  fcs from groups like busters or ans since
⊱  there is nothing I can really work with.

⊱  You can use non-korean faceclaims (c-pop
⊱  idols or even someone like fatou etc) so
⊱  long as they have a connection to the asian
⊱  music or acting industry. Again, just make
⊱  sure that I have enough photos and gifs to
⊱  work with. If you're unsure about a fc then
⊱  you can always ask me!

⊱  I would heavily prefer that you make your
⊱  ocs adults using the Korean standard (20
⊱  year olds) as it makes it a lot easier for me
⊱  to cast them and put them in dramas and
⊱  such without worrying about 'legal' issues.
⊱  It also gives me a larger variety of concepts
⊱  to work with since I will not be giving an
⊱  underage character more 'sexy' concepts.

⊱  The minimum age your oc can be is 2003
⊱  The age gap between fc and oc is a max of
⊱  4 years and I would prefer it if you didn't
⊱  use idols who were born after 2003 as
⊱  well. They just really seem like babies to
⊱  me and since a lot of HBS dramas require
⊱  older casts, I wouldn't know what to do
⊱  with these younger characters.

⊱  Soloists also must be 2000 liners minimum.
⊱  There are no specific age limits (besides the
⊱ standard 2003 rule) for actors and the age
⊱ limit will vary depending on groups. Please
⊱ check the profiles for these age ranges.

≡ ❛ the ethnicity rule ‹‹

⊱  I don't actually mind ethnicity bending but
⊱  I am aware that some people do so if you
⊱ want to make a Chinese oc using a Korean
⊱ fc for example, I'd recommend that you
⊱  (the second password is your fave song rn)
⊱ make them least half Korean but this won't
⊱ be too heavily enforced on you all.

⊱ Actors/actresses and Soloists must be half
⊱ Korean at least (better if they are full) in
⊱ terms of ethnicity and this is only because
⊱ of the setting of the applyfic. It's slightly
⊱ strange for a soloist to promote a Chinese
⊱ song on a kpop music channel or to have a
⊱ random Thai drama on Korean televsion
⊱ and I'm trying to stay true to be as realistic
⊱ as possible so please do understand!ranges.

≡ ❛ your industry connections ‹‹

⊱  This is an alternative universe applyfic and
⊱  therefore existing groups do not exist. This
⊱ means that you can't have been in the X1
⊱ line up or have trained with Seventeen. You
⊱ can feel free to have connections with other
⊱ HBS idols but no one in real life. Any trivia
⊱ that is like 'NAME is a big fan of blackpink'
⊱ will be ignored and excluded from profiles.
