Humor me would you? I've been reading some DxD stories all day today (by the time of this chapter had been published). And you know what I see? A lot of male readers, OC's, taking place of Issei and make them OP. I'm not slanting or berating them, but seriously...some of them bash Issei quite hard and frankly some of them just don't give a damn about the character. Well guess what? Without him, there is no Highschool DxD. It is the cold hard truth. I don't see why people bash him when they are just like him deep down inside. If you don't like a certain character, at least give them credit where it's due. Anyways, off topic, back to this. Everything from here is not canon, it is based upon what would happen if he did meet Koneko. That is all. Enjoy! (Issei is not as perverted, a tad bit more smarter and slightly stronger. You'll see why.)

Issei Hyoudou, is in his final year of Middle school, having grown up in Kouh and known for his decent looks and above average grades. He is well liked upon the students and teachers.

"Ne, Hyoudou-kun, where are you going to Highschool?" Motomoha had asked. "Hm, that's a good question...I was thinking of joining Kuoh Academy, I've heard that they have a course selection which fits in to where I want to study in." "Good thing that they are finally going to be co-ed, this upcoming year." Matsuda said while slinging his bag over him. "Hoh? You guys are going too? That's good! I was thinking I might have to go alone." Issei chuckled.

"Hyoudou-kun is aiming for Kouh Academy?" Seems like word spread like a wildfire. Grabbing his belongings, and bidding farewell to his friends. He walked out of his last class and treaded his way back home.

While on his path, he came across a newly opened candy shop. Thinking it wouldn't hurt to have something to snack on, he opened the door as a ringing sound came from the bell. "Ah! Our first customer, welcome to Delightful Sweets, how may I help you?" Clearly surprised from the way he was their FIRST customer, he responded. "Any recommendations of chocolates? Gotta satisfy my sweet tooth." The woman pondered in thought before she swiftly turned around and began searching for an assortment of chocolates. "This'll take a minute. So please sit and wait. I'll be right back."

Pulling out his phone, he began typing his application for Kouh Academy leaving none of his records and identification out of the blue. Engrossed with it, he didn't hear another person sat right next to him.

"...Hello?" The voice was female. "Oh! My bad, I was paying attention to submitting my application for Kouh Academy." Turning his head around and locking eyes with the female...he had an astonished look. The female in question was short for her stature, she had white hair as snow, and eyes of gold. She looked younger than him by 2 years, if he had to guess. "I'm Issei Hyoudou, nice to meet you?" "...Koneko Toujou. Nice to meet you." She said flatly.

Taking a good look at him, she saw that he was rather normal for a human being. His chocolate brown hair and eyes reminded her of the candy in question.

"I'm back with chocolates of your desires Sir!" The woman laid out a basket of chocolates. Each seemed to be a different shape and size. "Thank you. Ah, I suppose you wouldn't mind taking a few Toujou-chan?" Her eyes widened a bit and took some (most) of the chocolate delicacies. "I'm greedy, bite me." She said, hiding the sweets in her bag. "That's fine. How much was all this worth?" "It's on the house, you two are my first customers." The woman smiled. "Thank you for your kindness." Issei bowed while Koneko did the same.

"Thanks for coming! Do come again!" She waved off. Issei grabbed his bag and started making his way back home again. "...Senpai." Looking behind him, the sun peered behind Koneko's figure as her eyes became a bit brighter. "Uhm, yes?" "Thank you for the sweets." "Anytime Kouhai, I'll see you soon then!"

Location, Grigori.

"...So this is where the current Red Dragon Emperor is located?" "Hai, Azazel-sama." Azazel gave his thanks. "You have done well Raynare. Your next mission is important. I want you to study Issei Hyoudou, do not let him, in any circumstances die? Got it?" Raynare visibly flinched. "As you wish Azazel-sama. I vow not to hurt or let the Red Dragon Emperor die." Azazel waved her off.

"Now let's see who gets the Red Dragon Emperor this time." He said to himself.

Location, Heaven. Seraph's domain.

"Dear Brother, it seems that the new Red Dragon Emperor is upon us. What shall we do?" Micheal looked upon Gabriel. "We can't do anything, it is the Devil's territory. However, we can merely observe him. Perhaps we can send in Griselda's disciple? Xenovia?" This time it was Rapheal who suggested. Uriel seemed opposed to the idea. "I doubt Xenovia is ready." "And who are you to say she isn't ready Lord Uriel?" Griselda spoke a bit too sweetly. "N-nothing. I'm j-just worried about her." "She'll do fine. Think of it as a real experience for her. She has never experienced her life outside the Church so this would be a good chance for her to dwell in." Seemingly content with the answer. Griselda left without another word.

Location, Underworld (known as Hell)

"Mou! So-tan! Why won't you just love your big Nee-chan!" The figure in question bounced up and down. She wore a magical girl uniform and wand to boot. "Noooo! Stop it Serafall!" Her little sister kept running back and forth throughout the estate they own. Stopping for a minute, Serafall felt a precense, not just any precense, it was the Red Dragon Emperor. Frowning a bit, she shook off the feeling and made sure to tell the other Satan's.

"Ahhhh! Nothing beats anything like a warm bathtub." Issei was relaxing in the warm water. Thinking of what happened today, he pondered. 'Koneko Toujou, huh? She seemed nice and way too cute. I wonder what she thinks of me?'

In many ways, it could boost a faction's powerstanding but comes with a few cons. To name a few is, there will be a lot of tension from all three sides. Second, many will pursue him because of his power. And third, I hate to admit it but, a lot of women will no doubt try to court him. Anyways, that wraps it up. See ya next time!
