Alright. Let me think about this.
To be honest, I don't really know. I never really give much advice, but I'll do my best.
Let's start with what I tried at first. Try to just get away from the person.
If you have someone else to sit by at lunch, ask to stay over there. If you see each other alot, do your best not to talk to them, and if they start bugging you, try to tune it out.
If it gets out of hand to the point you can't take it, try confronting them about how they act. This person is supposed to be a friend, right? Are they really a friend if they do stuff like that to you? No. Not at all. Tell them how you feel about the matter, and hopefully they might realize how dumb they sound. If they keep it up, I don't know what to say...
