feeling sad is a natural part of life. if we never felt down we wouldn't be able to appreciate the good. however if you are feeling sad all the time here are a few things that might help.
1) try crying it out.
sometimes letting it all can help you to reset.
2) rewarding yourself for small achievements.
e.g getting out of bed, brushing your teeth. this will help you stay motivated, make sure you're taking care of yourself.
3) find what makes you happy
this could be taking to friends/family, exercise, playing video games, watching films. bonus if it will make you laugh, laughter releases endorphins which will help you feel happier and improve your mood.
there are obviously lots of other tips online but there is no one thing that will completely change your mind over night. it can be a long road but you can do it! I believe in you!
if non of these help and you feel that you need professional help don't be afraid to ask, everyone deserves happiness. if you're not comfortable talking face to face there are tons of numbers you can call or text.
