~Jinae's POV~
I ran and I ran fast. They took Baekhyun back to that stupid laboratory but he told me to keep running so I did. I heard shouts and dogs behind me which caused adrenaline to start coursing through my veins.

"Get back here brat!" One of the guards yelled from behind me. My eyes started to well up with tears when I fell and felt something pop in my leg. Pushing through it, I stood up and started running again.

"Come on, come on! There had to be a fucking road somewhere!" I grumbled to myself, running straight.

BANG BANG BANG!

"Now they're shooting at me?! I though Vladmir wanted me alive! Damn it-" I was cut off by a strong force pushing me.

~Chanyeol's POV~
I was driving down the road when all of a sudden this person walks out in front of my car! Not being able to stop in time, I hit her.

"Shit!" I slammed on the brakes and got out of my car to see her body shaking and then she stood up like nothing happened!

"Hey, uh, sorry to get in your way but um can you get me out of here?!" I shook my head yes while I stared at her in disbelief.

"Uh, um y-yeah get in." She smiled and jumped into the car. How is she not even scratched?!

"Where are we going?" Her face dropped when she looked out the window. I looked out to see bright flashlights through the woods.

"I don't know and don't care! Just drive! Now!" When she looked at me her eyes flashed a bright green and and I stepped on the gas pedal, taking off.

~Baekhyun's POV~
"Let's go brat!" The guard spit in my face. I struggled against their grip, trying to break free to follow Jinae. Looking into his eyes, my eyes turned blue and he just smirked.

"Your eyes will most likely start bleeding right.....about.....now." Suddenly, blood started to come from my tear ducts and from behind my eyes. Screaming in pain, I stopped struggling and fell to the ground.

"What the hell did you do to me?!" I screamed, rolling onto my back trying to stop the bleeding.

"I suggest you don't try that on me or any other guard again. We're immune to your stupid powers and it'll back fire to you. Stupid brat." The pain started to slowly go away as the yanked me off of the ground and dragged me away.

"Damn it." I groaned. About 10 minutes later we were back in the stupid laboratory. Throwing me back into my cell, the guard scoffed and slammed the door shut.

"Fuck. Jinae, I hope you made it out okay." I closed my eyes, letting them start to heal.

~Jinae's POV~ (imagine Chanyeol from the Monster video okay?)
I sat in a seat of a really big machine. I think it's called a car. I've never seen one in real life before.

"So, why are those people after you?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at the man in front of the wheel. He has red hair and green eye contacts in. Let me say he is very good looking.

"You don't want to know." I mumbled, looking out the window.

"Tell me before I stop this car and give you to them." My eyes widened an my mouth dropped. The worst thing was he had a serious face.

"Fine."

-7 years ago-
"Uncle Vladmir! When do we get to see umma and appa again?" I asked with wide eyes, looking at Vladmir. He just chuckled and ruffled my hair.

"You'll see them again. I don't know when but you will." My eyes widened with joy as I held my stuffed bunny named Kookie to my chest. Just then, an 11 year old Baekhyun came out with a scared look.

"Vladmir, please. Don't make her do that. She's a 9 years old!" He begged.

"Uncle Vladmir, what is he talking about?" My tone was laced with fear as I hid behind Baekhyun.

"Don't worry about it Jinae. You'll be fine." Right after he said that, the guards ripped Kookie away from my arms and dragged me into a dark room.

"You, you don't have to tell me any more if you don't want to." The man stopped me. That's when I realized that I was crying.

"O-Okay." I whispered, trying to hide my weak state.

"You said your name was Jinae?" My head shot up. I don't remember telling him.

"How-?" He cut me off.

"You said it was your name in your story." I nodded my head.

"Oh yeah. Sorry. I have a weak memory." I laughed nervously, scratching the back of my neck.

"My name is Chanyeol. Park Chanyeol." I smiled at his name.

"I'm Jinae. Byun Jinae. Um, where are we going?" I asked with a nervous tone, afraid he would take me back.

"Since you most likely have no where else to go, you can stay with me. I live alone." I felt my heart feel lighter and beat a little faster at his kind words. What is this feeling?

"Th-thank you." I stuttered, making him laugh. His laugh, why does it drive my heart crazy?

"No need to be nervous! We'll get to know each other better and you'll feel much more comfortable around me." I slowly nodded my head as sleep slowly took over my body.

~Chanyeol's POV~
She's asleep? Wow I wish I could fall asleep that fast. Not too long later, we reached my house and she was still asleep. I got out of the car and walked over to the passenger side, picking her up from the seat and carrying her to my front door. She's so light, has she been eating? My hand set on the knob of my door handle when my door swung open to reveal my best friend Jongin also known as Kai.

"Who's the girl? Aren't you already dating Soohyeon?" I shut him up by putting my finger to his mouth.

"Shut.......up. I will talk to you in a second once I get her in the guest room bed and asleep." I growled, carrying Jinae up the stairs an down the hall to the bedroom at the end of hall. Opening the door quietly, I walked inside and lied her down on the bed, covering her with the duvet and leaving closing the door behind me. Once I got back downstairs, I saw Kai sitting on my couch tapping his foot impatiently.

"Okay. Who is she? Are you cheating on Soohyeon?" I just stood there and stared at him.

"No I'm not cheating on Soohyeon. Her name is Byun Jinae and she was running from someone. I told her she could stay here for a while." I answered, sitting down next to him.

"Running from who?" I shrugged.

"I don't know. I planned on asking her in the morning. Kai, how the hell did you get into my house?" He opened his mouth to talk but quickly closed it.

"You know what, never mind. It's been a long day and I need sleep. You know where the door is. Night Kai." I said, my voice echoing through the main room.

"Night Chanyeol." He walked out the door and locked it behind him. I let out a loud sigh and walked into my bedroom, falling onto my bed. I have a lot of explaining to do tomorrow.
