Raimundo, Robin, Artemis, Megan, Conner, Vanessa, Wally, and Zatanna have decided to head out as they were getting bored of being cooped up in the cave. Everyone decided on going to hang at an arcade in Happy Harbor.

"Ha, beat you again, fratello!" Vanessa cheers, fist pumping the air.

"Ugh!" he groans. "Why are you so much better than me at video games?!"

"Lots of practice."

They turn to see Robin having a dance battle with Wally. Robin being the one kicking his ass. Zatanna is on the sidelines with Artemis, both cheering their boyfriend on. Rai heads over to play on a different game with Megan.

Conner moves up to Vanessa. "You need to show me how to play these games."

She laughs, taking his hand. "Sure, come here."

She introduces him to many different games before a wisp of blue exhales from her mouth. Conner gives her a curious look after seeing it.

"Sorella?" Rai calls out, rushing over to her with Megan right behind him.

"Yeah, trouble is coming," she responds, moving over to the rest of the team. "We have trouble."

"What kind of trouble?" Robin asks, getting serious.

"A ghost related one," Rai responds.

An explosion is heard from outside.

"Phantom and Spook! Come out!" an old familiar voice shouts.

"How did he find us?" Rai asks.

"Who?" Robin asks.

"Techrus," the twins growl.

"Techrus?" Artemis voices.

"Technology mixed with virus," Vanessa informs.

"He's a ghost that has technopathy and electrokinesis," Rai says. "And gets smarter every time we battle him."

"Along with all the normal powers a ghost has," Vanessa says.

"Then let's go take him out!" Wally shouts.

"Not that simple," Rai responds.

"Yeah, we're dealing with a ghost. Fights with ghost villains are a lot different from fighting other villains," Vanessa says.

"We practice with you all the time," Zatanna voices.

"Yeah, that's because we're half ghost which is why you're able to touch us," Vanessa says. "Have any of you ever been able to touch Greta?"

"We haven't practice battled against her," Zatanna says.

"Cause, even though she's not very good yet, she'd still eventually beat you cause you can't touch her," Rai says.

Another explosion sounds off. "Ghost twins! I know you're here! The last spike of your ghost energy was around here!"

"Great..." Vanessa sighs.

"So, how do we fight him?" Robin asks.

"Back at the cave we have a few weapons, but we should be able to handle it," Rai says.

"Help the citizens get to safety," Vanessa says, transforming to her ghost half.

Rai follows behind her and transforms as they run out the building.

"Techrus!" the twins shout. "What are you doing here?!"

"I'm here to take you down, ghost twins! You two are the only ones that are in my way! Then, after I defeat you, I'll take over the world!" He laughs wickedly.

The twins roll their eyes. "Not if we can help it!"

The two fly up and power up their ectobeams with their feet turning into wisps automatically.

"Not so fast, children!" he exclaims then begins to summon all the technology out of the arcade.

In no time, he looms over them, towering over any nearby buildings. He laughs wickedly.

"We'll take you down like we always do!" Phantom shouts.

"Ah, but this time I have become more powerful!" All the weapon based games are aimed at the two.

Blasts go off and the twins dodge all of them quite easily.

"Spook to cave. Spook to cave, do you read?"

It's silent for a few minutes before it's answered.

"I read you, Spook," Kaldur answers.

"Is Greta with you?" she asks, twirling around beams in the air.

"I'm here!" Greta voices.

"Good, I need you to bring me the Ghost Thermos from my room," Spook grunts, dodging more blasts.

"On my way!" Greta responds.

"What is a ghost thermos?" Kaldur asks.

"A thing that catches ghosts!" Spook responds. "Got to go, Aqualad. Spook out! Whoa!" She narrowly misses getting swiped.

The twins power up their ectobeams and shoot them at Techrus.

"That tickles," Techrus laughs. "Now it's my turn!"

A machine in his chest powers up, releasing a powerful ectoblast at the two. Spook notices the beam heading for a child instead, and she shoves the child out of the way. The little boy runs off.

"Sorella, watch out!" Phantom yells, reaching out for her.

Spook doesn't react in time as the green blast skims the side of her head, knocking her out.

"Hahahaha!" Techrus laughs.

"No!" Phantom yells, speeding to his sister's side. He lifts her, looking over the giant abrasion taking up the whole right side of her head. He holds her close with his head bent down. "Please be okay..."

"It's your turn, Phantom!" Techrus laughs.

Phantom looks toward Techrus in a hard glare. His eyes turn a blood red as his whole appearance begins to change. His hair turns into a heated fire and his skin turns into a bluish grey color. His outfit changes into a more evil but royal look. "You. Hurt. Her."

Techrus' eyes widen at the new appearance. "Y-you're..."

"The son of Hades," Phantom growls, gently setting down Spook and standing up. "I know." He sucks in a breath and releases an overly powerful ghost wail.

The power of the wail shattered every glass object nearby along with demolishing Techrus' suit. Techrus is defeated, left on the ground with swirls in his eyes.

The rest of the team return to see if they could be any help after getting civilians to safety. They take notice to everything completely broken around them and the knocked out ghosts on the ground.

"Vanessa!" Conner shouts, running toward her.

Phantom shoots a beam to stop him in his tracks. "Don't get any closer."

"I'm trying to help her!" Conner shouts.

Rage fills his eyes as he walks toward Conner. Every step he takes the ground breaks into fragments from the sheer power radiating off his body in waves. "Don't. Get. Any. Closer."

"Please, Phantom, we need to get her back to the cave before she could possibly die. For good," Robin tries to reason.

Phantom snarls, summoning up a ball of fire. A blue mist rolls up in front of the team and a man appears from it. His appearance reminds everyone of when Spook turned in the Watchtower. They all take a step back. Phantom releases the strong ball of fire only for the man to catch it in his palm, diminishing it with a fist. The team all gape at him.

"AH, finally! I've been waiting for you to finally break the spell!" the man speaks. "I'm Hades, God of the Underworld and all that jazz." He snaps his fingers and Techrus disappears.

"Where'd he go?" Robin asks.

"Ah, I sent Techrus back to the Ghost Dimension," Hades waves off, moving up to his son. "It's nice to see my boy!" He teleports, before Phantom grabs him, over to Spook, waving a hand over her face. From his hand, a blue fog is released and her wound disappears. Her eyes slowly open to see Hades hovering over her. "Hi! I'm Hades, your dad, father, dada, whatever you want."

A force field surrounds Spook, and she looks to her brother quizzically, eyes widening once she sees him.

"Leave her alone," Rai growls.

"And this is why I'm here," Hades says. "I'm here to help the two of you control this power." He reaches down through the force field to help Spook stand. The force field shatters and vanishes. "I would've come earlier when you released yours, but you were in a dream and then off world for the two times you turned."

"You're Hades? Our father?" Spook asks.

"Really? We're going to go with father? Ugh, so formal," Hades complains, snapping his fingers which creates a force field around Phantom. "Yeah, I'm your daddio."

Phantom uses his wail on the force field, but it doesn't even ripple.

"You don't really seem like the God of the Underworld," Wally voices.

"What, would you rather me look like this?" He grows about 250 feet tall into a horrific nightmare. "Do I seem like God of the Underworld now?"

"You had to open your big mouth, didn't you?" Artemis huffs, getting defensive.

"N-no!" Wally squeaks, answering Hades first question and cowering behind Conner.

"Or maybe this?" He shrinks back down to a normal size then changes into stone.

They all stare at him with both amusement and fright. He returns back to his normal self.

"Alright, I believe you," Spook says, eyeing her brother who's still trying to break out of the bubble barrier. "I believe only a God would be able to defeat that kind of power so simply."

Hades once again snaps his fingers and a mist fills the barrier Phantom is in, returning him to his normal ghost self. Hades moves him over to Spook's arms, catching him as Hades releases his hold. "I'm here to help the two of you gain control of your powers."

Phantom groans, stirring awake. He looks up at Spook and holds his head. "What happened?"

"You turned into your god half," Hades speaks up.

Phantom turns to him as Spook helps him stand. "Hades?"

"Ah, glad I don't have to introduce myself again, son."

"Wow, he really does look like you," Phantom says to Spook.

"Yeah, I noticed."

"So, what did I look like?" Phantom asks.

"You look just like our dear old dad here but with actual fire colored hair and a matching fiery outfit," Spook says.

"You two are really protective of each other," Conner admits. "Spook turned when you were hurt just as you did when she was."

"I did? How'd you get hurt?" Phantom asks. "I can't remember."

"Same here..."

"You were hit in the face, but I fixed it," Hades says.

"You just 'fixed' it?" Spook asks skeptically.

"With a wave of my hand," he nods.

"I wasn't dead, was I?"

"You're already half dead," Phantom points out.

"I'm here!" Greta appears with the thermos. "Sorry, it took so long, but I couldn't find the thermos and... w-who's that?"

"Greta, meet our dad, Hades," Phantom introduces.

"What happened to Techrus?!" Spook suddenly shouts.

"I sent him home to the Ghost Dimension," Hades says. "Now, we have a lot of work to do." He once again snaps and a portal appears. "To the Underworld."

"Um, yeah, I don't think so," Spook disagrees.

"Why not? You'll come right back after we practice for the day. I'm not gonna keep you there. I told you I'd come back for you once you both awoke your powers," Hades scoffs. "I'm not evil, I just look it."

"Like Conner," Wally jokingly coughs, gaining him a glare from said boy. Wally smiles sheepishly and hides behind Robin.

"So, you coming?" Hades asks.

"As long as our friends can," Phantom says.

"If they even want to..." Spook grumbles.

"Sure, I'll come along!" Robin volunteers.

"Uh, no thanks," Zatanna says.

"Same here," Wally and Artemis agree with Zatanna.

"I'd rather not..." Greta mumbles, disappearing with the thermos.

"I wouldn't mind going," Megan says. "I love to see new places."

"Yeah," Conner nods.

"Splendid!" Hades claps. "Let's go."

They all disappear into the portal, leaving the remaining three.

"So... What now?" Wally asks, looking to the two girls.
