Tanjiro could feel his heartbeat faster and faster as Muichiro's scent filled the space they were in the tree house.

"Tanjiro there's no need to hide what you want from me.." Muichiro whispered as his hands crept into Tanjiro pants. 

"Muichiro please..I just need to climb down..and get your bag.." Tanjiro tried to persuade but Muichiro wouldn't let him go anywhere.

There body's were touching as Muichiro lips got closer to Tanjiro's..

"There's nothing to be afraid of.." Muichiro whispered as his lips inched closer.

Muichiro's pov

My eyes fluttered open as I saw the ray of sunshine through the small little window in the tree house as I slowly sat up to sudden pain shooting up my back.

That's when what happened last night hit me like a bus..

"Right we did that.." I sighed before realizing exactly what that was. "Wait we did THAT!" I yelled out in surprise before I looked at Tanjiro who was looking at me but with a beaming smile.

"Morning! Whoa, Muichiro your face is all red! Are you sick?!" Tanjiro said as he felt my forehead. I could only feel myself get hotter as I gently took Tanjiro's hand off my forehead..

"Tanjiro.." I said as I cooled down..

"Yeah?"

"I need to get going but, meet me back here in the tree house later okay..?" I asked before Tanjiro nodded as I got up and went to the direction of my house as Tanjiro went to his.

When I got to my room I looked at the time and it was 9:00 am. I sighed as I found some clean clothes to change into.

I thought about everything that had happened, and decided that..it would be safer if I end it here with Tanjiro..

As much as I do love him..I just can't continue doing things he doesn't enjoy doing. Tanjiro was only like that because he lost his sense..He doesn't feel the same way about me. Besides I think I would be for the best, I know that i'll just end up desperate and heartbroken and ruin our friendship. If anything Tanjiro probably finds me disgusting..

I sighed deeply before climbing back out my window to the tree house where Tanjiro was waiting.

"So, what did you want to tell me?" Tanjiro asked as he handed me a bag.

"What's this?" I asked

"The bag that I accidentally dropped during the sleepover..sorry.." Tanjiro chuckled awkwardly as he scratched the back of his neck.

I blushed, I could feel tears fill my eyes as I took a deep breath to prepare myself for my own words. "Tanjiro I think we should..-" I hesitated..

"Huh?"

"I think we should stop being friends..I'm sorry.." I finally managed to say..

Tanjiro's pov

My heart sank to as I could feel tears fill up in my eyes..

"I-I really am sorry.." Muichiro said while shaking before going back to his house closing the window and blinds..

I couldn't even say my thoughts because it was trying to comprehend what had happened as my tears fell from my eyes..

The words finally came out of my mouth, but it was already to late..

"I-...love you though..I was gonna tell you that..today.." I said quietly through soft sobs as I left the tree house into my room through my window..
